Although there are complaints regarding waiting outside, I found the employees at this store exceptional. They were able to rectify a problem that neither other stores or Rogers online seemed able to solve. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

Terrible customer service. They keep everyone outside in the cold. They closed the door in another customer’s face when he was having trouble scanning the QR code and asking for help. I stood outside with my elderly Grandfather for 15 minutes before giving up.

Poor Customer service experienced today. Was asked by Rogers to go to a rogers store nearby for verification and went to the one at Ottawa st S and Fisher hallman road who advised they don't assist corporate accounts. They asked to go to this store on highland.
They kept all their customers wait outside in the cold and sign up for waiting line.
Did not serve us as the Employee said they are closing at 6pm due to short staff and verification takes 40mins. Their website and store shows store closes at 8pm.
Very inconvenient!

The worst rogers store I visited. Only 2 reps were there in the store and the asked customers to wait outside the store in cold weather. The problem is they are taking more than half n hour with one customer and voila they don’t even care you just wait outside in cold.

Horrible service. We wanted to ask for prices and they told us to wait outside for 5 minutes. It was raining and cold outside. They’re was no one in! The hours said it was open too.

What an absolute disgrace. Here to return a modem and cannot get in to the store. Had to wait 40 + minutes to get in. As I'm writing this review, I'm still waiting. The sales reps are smiling and eating and have been serving the same customer for the whole duration iv been here and they were there when I came. Wow. Never coming here again.

Unsure on why this location has such low ratings. I went today to upgrade my phone and had no issues whatsoever.

I did have to wait outside, but not for very long (maybe 10 min tops). I understand this is for security purposes, which is perfectly fine. Customer safety, and the security of their store/ products should be a high priority especially with the crime rate rising.

Scott was absolutely wonderful, and patient with me while we changed over my data to my new phone. I will definitely be coming back to this location in the future.

Worst customer service ever. I understand you are were busy helping other customers. But me and my mom were waiting outside in cold. I requested if we can just wait inside but guy rejected. My mom has knee issues. Never returning here.

Curious why Rogers is effectively destroying there own company by keeping these ridiculous lockdown rules in 2023. Locking the store and not allowing anyone inside without an appointment in the middle of winter? I can see by the reviews how many customers you are losing. You just lost another one.

Only rogers store in the entire region that refuses to let you into the store and makes you wait outside. They told me I needed to make an appointment even though there is nobody in the store. Congratulations Rogers, your in person service now sucks just as much as your online and phone service.

Went to get a replacement phone and they just make you wait outside in the freezing cold. I specifically went here because it was a store front that I could be in and out of. I left after 20minutes of freezing. Terminating my Rogers phone service as a result.

Walked in to return the modem. Relatively big store with two staff visible with customer with them. Just me outside in freezing cold, they don’t let me in, says I need to wait outside until one of them is free and it’s to prevent robbery! I see some phone cases and dummy phones locked there for potential robbers. They guy says he have more actual phones in the back. Rogers is such a poor cash strapped company to be actually employing another staff or security to look after their stuff in store! The guy’s attitude was as if I barged into his home! Company doesn’t give anything about its customers, so the guy threw customer service out of the window. Perfect fit for each other.

If I could give zero I would. I was dropping off a defective box which was requested by phone support. You need to wait in line; no problem. The line is outside: doors are locked you need to join the line from your phone and wait until you’re called. Terrible customer service! This is Canadian winter; I would have worn gloves had I been warned.

I went here to return my Roger's box. The door was locked. The employee talked through the intercom and asked "vut are you vanting here? " After arguing back and forth he finally let me in.

I handed him the box and he told me he cant take it. "You have to call customer service" he said.

Nobody at Roger's customer service can speak English.

Now I don't know how to return this stupid box. It was a 10 day "free trial" They have already sent me a bill for internet that I have not used (the Roger's guy never showed up to hook it up in the first place).

Worst store. They only allow one customer in store. I stood outside in cold for 20 mins, there were 2 sales representative dealing with only one customer. They are still using 2020 rules in 2022 November.

Store online states it’s open until 8pm, when arrived at 5: 40 the store was already locked up and no one there. Called and no answer. Do you guys typically close this early or even earlier than most that close at 6pm?

The staff was very rude to me, first of all they didn't let me enter even when there were no customers and they suggested me to call in customer care and didn't provided satisfactory solution, they just told me to wait only
