My boyfriend and I were in to transfer lines from one existing contract to another and upgrade both of our phones. We had spent quite some time in store as problems kept arising, the sales rep Ibrahim was incredible. Very understanding, knowledgeable and kind. He had a lot of patience and it was by far the best experience I’ve had with a Roger’s representative within the last 10 years. Way to go, Ibrahim. Thank you!

Visited Dec 31 2023 and the store was very busy. I waited my turn and Rob helped me and he was great. He explained everything about my new phone and plan and was very patient.

5+ stars! I can’t recommend them enough, everyone was so helpful and pleasant to deal with. They went above and beyond for us!
