After 2 visits to Costco with no help…. 3 phone calls to Rogers over 3 hours for assistance with absolutely none given…. The store and staff was able to sort the issue. I wanted a new plan after 14 years, qualified for a discounted government plan but whenever the “code” was sent to my government phone to confirm it was blocked due to the security level of my phone. Rogers by phone basically told me no code, no plan.suggested going to another company or getting the gov to lower the security settings! OMG.rolling eyes.
Tim at this location very simply said he could do it…. And he did. Gave me the discount…new phone…and no issues. He was friendly, very well informed…even found some old non existent items I have been paying for for over 10 years. I walked away with new phone and plan for about 20 dollars more than I’ve been paying since 2009…including the phone in there…with more GB than anyone should ever use in a lifetime. He also found a few promo offers from my old account and saved me quite a bit more. Husband is heading there shortly to do the same. Go see Tim at Park Place Rogers!

Got helped immediately, they were all so nice and had great work ethic, they definitely butter you up to buy more but over all amazing people who will help with whatever.

Tried calling store 5 times without answer, Rogers attendant tried multiple times as well, no answer. Got there 6 min before closing time to find a locked door and not an employee in sight. Without actually having been in the store it doesn’t get worse than that.

Came during business hours. Wasted my time driving over because no one answered the door. Now have to make appointment? Makes an already poor service even more frustrating.
