I’ve been with Rogers for over 25 years and got the best service ever, thanks to Joanna and the store manager.
I was panicking but Joanna assured me she’d be able to resolve my technical issues. Even though she’s only been there for just over 6 months she knew exactly what to do to help me resolve my issues.and while I was at the store her manager was providing guidance (great leadership). Sorry can’t remember his name (KC I think) … I just wanted to thank the entire store for a great service.top notch customer service, thanks

This location is way better than any other Roger's one most importantly staff is very professional and keen to do their job I'm personally impressed by Areeb such a nice and well mannered person also Joanna is very kind and cutest one

Gaya has excellent customer service skills. She went above and beyond to meet and exceed our expectations. She was very patient, understanding, and compassionate. Highly recommend to go to her if you are ever visiting the store.

I had a great experience with Roger's in fairview mall with Gaya the store manager I bought 2PHONES FROM HER SHE GIVE ME EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH A LOTOF EXPLANATION SHE HAD A LOT OF PAIIANT

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Rogers' customer service. The representatives seemed uninformed and unhelpful, making the whole process a headache. Communication was poor, and resolving my issue felt like pulling teeth. Different associates provided conflicting information, instructing us over the phone to visit the store for a deal, only to be met with a different story at the store. Joanna and the store manager Kaycee claimed we had to resolve the matter through a call, creating unnecessary back-and-forth and wasting our time and told us that we need to hold the other associate that helped us on the phone accountable. Finally, as we were fed up by the multiple misalignments between different branches and the call service desk, we decided to cancel our deal only to hear that the associates at the store don’t have a “cancel” button, and that this could only be done through a phone call. I have finally succeeded to cancel my plans after being on the phone for an hour and 45 minutes. This lack of consistency and miscommunication was a major letdown in their service. Overall, a disappointing encounter that left me questioning the quality of their customer service

One of the pathetic Rogers store that I have been too. I was waiting in the line of only 10 people and there were 4 people waiting in the line for.
The assistant store manager Kaycee came to my place and asked that what do I need to do. I told him that I have been with you guys for more than 2 years now and I need some better plans. He told that I can switch to the plan of $50 with 50 GB’s. I confirmed with him that is there anything else that I need to do apart from just changing the plan and he said that nothing needs to be changed just go to the Representative when it’s your turn and ask for the RPP plan.
I thought that it would be easy as I was the fifth person in the queue but guess what it took exactly 2.5 hours in the queue to meet with Representative and all he told that I can only change the plan to $50 if I will buy a new phone.
I told the Manager that your Assistant Manager Kaycee didn’t told me about this at all. All he said was to stay in the queue and tell him to change that plan to RPP.
The manager told that he might not be aware about that and I was like oh why did you hire that person who doesn’t know anything.
I completely waisted 2.5 hours on that day and the employees that are working there they don’t even care about the customers and their valuable time.
They should hire the people that can work and know their products. Additionally, they should at least have 6-7 Reps to cover for the customers.
Nonetheless, on the same day itself I changed my services to Bell because this was not at all expected with bell.
To all the customers please do avoid this Abysmal store and utilise the ones who really care for their customers.

I was helped by Gaya and she is extremely knowledgable and friendly! Answered all of my questions and explained my deal in a clear and concise way.

My friend and I visited the Rogers outlet in Fairview mall. We signed up and were 17 on the wait list. Within 5 minutes, the store manager Kaycee walked up to us and asked us what we wanted. My friend wanted to upgrade to $50 for 50GB corporate plan and the manager confirmed that it was possible after looking at the profile. We waited for more than 2hrs in the queue. Finally when we got our chance to speak to an associate at the counter, he said that we had to buy a new phone and the plan wasn’t available for byod. If the manager had confirmed this while we were waiting in the queue. We wouldn’t have stood for there for more than 2hrs. Absolutely pathetic and rude service. The manager (Kaycee) needs to be retrained. I will never recommend this store to anyone. STC Rogers by far, gives the best service.
