Terrible experience. Had to chase them for almost a year to fix problems they created on my account. In the end it was handled over the phone by customer service after escalation, because this store is such a mess.

If you’re promised something at this location be prepared to chase them for it.

Regional management please take note, this store has some major issues.

Service can take so long since there’s no clear queue/ sequence to ask for a service, and no associate is attending to those who are waiting in the store to make sure who is waiting for what service/ need.

At Yorkdale store They have one indian guys named Anoshjan (hopefully remember correctly) he didn’t want even to serve people. Was waiting almost 2 hours but customer service 0000! Rogers you destroyed my imagination.

Sunakshi rude & unprofessional.
Failed to mention the right steps about the procedure.
Didn’t have any idea about the service & kept asking me to come back. Wasted hours in Travelling.
Will be contacting the store manager & also filing a complaint.

Neil at this location goes above and beyond to help customers:) Super accommodating and understanding!
