This is an amazing location, with extremely helpful and professional workers. Ashraf helped my friend and I buy a phone and introduced us to some amazing phone plans. Highly recommend this place!

Went today to the store to get a new phone. Got helped by Rajveer and had a wonderful experience.

I wanted to take time to acknowledge Marie at the Rogers store in Vaughan Mills mall. This week I has to go in because I needed a new cellphone and I was not looking forward to going in and seeing what plans were available. As soon as I walked into the store, Marie smiled and I knew my experience was going to be great. Marie gave above and beyond service, took the time to explain to me all of my different options so that I could make an informed decision on which plan would be best suitable for me. She not only provided me a better plan than my current plan but also made the upgrade transition easy and helped me select the right device. She listened carefully to the challenges I was having and offered the best solution possible. Her communication was crystal clear and she demonstrated the utmost amount of patience.

MARIE MADE A MASSIVE DIFFERENCE IN MY DAY!

I would highly recommend going out of your way to see Marie for any of your rogers need.

First of all, teach your store staff to give accurate information to customers, not to victimize or deceive your customers. I regret choosing Rogers.

We were there last week, we have an unnormal issue with our Rogers wireless plan, Brittani _the store manager _ made an adorable effort to resolve our issues.it was really hard and take a long time but she made it by patient and in a friendly way. I really appreciate her work and I just want to thank Brittani for her facilitative work:)
