The employees try to help but they are not trained. 2 starts for their efforts but they didn't end up being able to help me.ppl at rogers customer service were confused why they had an issue in the first place.

The worst customer service ever. Have been with Rogers for 20 yrs and never had this problem. Phone battery was dying and had visitors in the city that was trying to find their kid. Other kiosks and Rogers store had charging stations that allowed customers to charge their phones in case of emergency situations. Went to ask the Sales Reps at Rogers if they have a charging station b/c my phone was dying and they said "What do you think this is? This isn't charity service. " I hope they all get fired for their lack of customer service and or send them in for compassionate training. This location has total lack of respect for customers and couldn't care less if life isn't about them or them making the next set of sales. Don't even bother with this location.

Do not go to this Rogers. It is an authorized Rogers dealer NOT a Rogers store and the service is terrible and not aligned with Rogers policies.

Went to upgrade my phone. Have been a Rogers customer for 5+ years, always pay my bill on time. They told me that to get the iPhone XR I would have to sign up for the $95 Rogers Infinite plan (not allowed to stay on the $75 Infinite plan I am currently on) and it would be $200 down. I agree.

Now is where it gets fun. I do not have a drivers liscence and offer them my passport as a piece of ID. They are unsure if they can take it even with offering my health card, credit cards and to show them utilities bills verifying my address. Finally they say yes they can do it but I will have to preauthorize my credit card for monthly payments. I pause at this. I do not preauthorize payments with phone bills as I like to review them for accuracy before paying. They said that was the only way so I walked out.

Thank god I didn't sign a contract there because I called Rogers and ordered a new phone. Got the iPhone XR for $0 down, on the $75 Infinite plan and will not have to preauthorize payments every month. They also told me on the phone that it is absolutely not policy that a passport is not an acceptable form of ID nor that you would have to preauthorize monthly payments in order to sign up.

Got a new phone quickly and at a good price, guy named Garcia was super friendly and all around knowledgeable.
