One of the most chaotic and comic somehow management I ve ever seen was running in this Roger’s store in Dec 30,2023 They asked customers to register for their turns but the Roger’s staffs came and chose the customers randomly and when I asked them the reason they answer me is “human error “the big question for me is who set this ridicules system. Poor congratulation to Roger’s company for hiring this kind of manger (Diana) and poor trained employee

I was having a very difficult time dealing with customer service for an ongoing issue, and without hesitation the young man with the name Zagros had taken the time to help resolve what was happening. Not only did he fix this, he helped lower my overall bills while answering all my concerns regarding contracts and technical issues.

Thank you so much Zagros for being very professional and showing that you care, or else rogers would have lost a loyal customer that day.

My Husband and I went to this store for help with our new Cell Phones. Nima, the Store Manager was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and very patient. He helped us with all of our concerns and answered all of our questions. He was professional as well as friendly which is a great combination! This store will be our "go to" location for the future. Thank you very much Nima! (I hope I got his name correct. He is the Store Manager)

I bought my new phone from this store through Danyal. His attitude as well as his level of care and professionalism was excellent. He left me walking out of this store happy and fully satisfied. Danyal deserves big recognition for his work.

I have a feeling no one wants to work in this branch, very poor customer service and the door is locked from inside so you have to wait until they come and let you in.

Still has a “capacity limit” for Covid reasons in Oct 2022 although none of their staff wear masks. Customers turned away at the door because the store has 5 customers already.

Extremely inefficient staff. Cannot even return equipment without waiting hours.

Very bad experience. The personnel not mature. They refused to change screen protector on my iPhone. I have lifetime warranty from this store and screen protector was changed by them before.
This Rogers location is definitely not recommended.

I had horrible experience at the Rogers Promenade Mall before but I was very happy and satisfied with my shopping experience at the Rutherford location. The amazing rep who helped me was Bardia. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He provided high quality service and I felt very welcomed! I would 100% recommend this location and Bardia!

I have been to this location 3-4 times during Covid. They take safety extremely serious which is good. But their attitude towards people has dramatically changed. The way you’re treated is as if you have COVID already! …I felt very uncomfortable by the tone of voice they used to talk to me.

Thank you Thank you Thank you for such a great experience in this store. With all the procedures that is followed by this store, you know you will be safe. Amazing customer service. I was always on the phone with rogers and order everything online but as of today experience with this store I will definitely go to this store in future instead of using any online services that has been done by rogers, even though I am a big fan of online shopping. Bardia helped me today and after buying my phone, he made sure that I did not spend extra money on the other lines and reviewed all the details for me.

I’m not sure how it works at other locations, but it’s too bad than my cell phone data. I have replaced my modem twice and yet no result. Tech team on phone are so bad and they only tell us to restart the modem. I hate restarting the modem every modem. If you are someone who need internet for office work, then don’t go with them.

Extremely bad service! Nobody wants to help, doesn't care about anything. We came to upgrade the phone, but ended up leaving without new phone, although they have it available. I do not recommend this location!

What happened to Rogers Internet, keeps dropping, 10 times a day! And what happened ti you Mr. Rogers employee (bold guy) in this store? Why are you so rude and angry with me? Because my accent and listening, my chinese face and waring-a-mask or what else? Just ket me know the reason. I'm not happy with Rogers service but I didn't show my anger to you or to anyone who pickup the service. I was a cable guy before and serviced people for 10 years, which means I had seen cheap faces everyday for ten years, Ok. I just remember a catholic guy told me (when I first came in Canada working in assembly libe), 'Be nice! And you will go to heaven. '

The worstest Rogers location I ever been. Salesperson was so rude and uninterested to my request we just left. We were actually planning to do the phone upgrade and end up doing it on the phone directly with Rogers. Would not recommend that location to anyone

Absolutely useless! Tried to buy a new PVR, as mine has stopped working. Was informed that the only way to obtain one is to rent it, at $18/ month! Is that a new way to gouje people?
I then requested to cancel my TV cable, and I was told to cancel it on line. Really poor service.

I increased my internet service with rogers and discontinue my cable service. The internet service was pretty poor so I had to call rogers several times to check the service. This occur on a Saturday and every single individual I spoke to. 7.of them in total were rude. They were very inconsistent with the information provided, no one tried to help and solve my concerns. However I called back the Monday and a young lady by the name of Agnes was extremely helpful a n d took the time to assist with my problem. She recommended a new modem which helped my problem. I would recommend not to call rogers on the weekends. Seems like all those who do not care works at that time. I am really disappointed that rogers and their expensive services Allow their employees to speak to people the way they do. By the way, if you ask for a manager, they just give the phone to their friends. They can't all have the same accents on the weekends. Rogers really need to do better and ask Agnes to teach their employees how to retain customers.

These guys are very rude and they dont handle the customer service properly. They deal with you as someone who has a disease. At first they interrogate me at the door with a doorbell, why are you here? What do you need to do?
They should handle the customers, no matter what is the reason I go there.
No word of cutesy they use when they talk to you, no please, no thanks.
They demand you to stay at some certain spots not even having one customer inside and they dont answer you while you wait there, its like you dont exist.
It took me 20 min for a single and easy task.
Very disappointing and rude.

Today my modem got problem, I called the support they send me to exchange my modem to this location, both employees was incredibly impolite, they told me they don’t have my modem model and other stores doesn’t have it either, when I want them to check some other stores in Toronto, the man shout at me told me I have other customers. I myself called to Arura stores, and they had my modem model. So not only they are impolite they have me false information too. They were not helping and they are embarrassments to the business.

The representative was rude and argumentative! We went in for a simple flip phone. My dad doesn’t need to text or email. The representative sold us the phone, took our money and didn’t tell us ahead of time that their system is down until 1 pm. Now I have to call Rogers after 1 to deal with this. Also the manager was not there and he was the highest store representative. If he would have said initially that the system is down, we would have come back but instead he decided to argue and be rude to a customer. Not happy!

Came in to return a old device on a Sunday morning only to find out their systems are down. I was advised to return at a later time. What a waste of time!

I ported my rogers account of 13 years to Bell because of the awful, below standard service I received from the store manager Pretti. I have never witnessed a manager act like a child and show her ego and pride the way I saw Pretti do. At the end when she realized she was wrong it was too late to apologize after raising your voice and treating the customer like a criminal.

Worst customer service provided by the manager who unethically try's to use her authority over the customers. Rogers please train this manager or you'll continue to lose customers because of her, and customers DO NOT LET HER LIE TO YOU get everything in document from her.

I came in for a hardware upgrade a few days ago when my iPhone decided to start malfunctioning, I tried everything but couldn't get it working. One of the reps, Cena greeted me instantly and got right down to business. He was able to help me out and get to the bottom of the issue even with my lack of technological knowledge. I'm very weary of pushy, ignorant salesman, but Cena was far from it. If you want professional service, I highly recommend this location.

Never trust what rogers tells you. They will tell you one price then charge you another. If you are upgrading a phone be very careful of the 2 week return policy. Once it passes you cannot return your phone and you are stuck with your contract. Carefully check over your previous invoices to see the difference. I cannot wait for real competition
