I have never had an employee of any store speak to me as unprofessionally as Jenish did today. It was challenging to be let in to the store, even though I followed the directions. A female employee finally opened and rather than greeting me pleasantly said we are very busy right now. Then I had the misfortune of interacting with Jenish who is uncouth and inappropriate. Unknown to me a Rogers live Telephone agent did not close an account as I requested. Jenish did not offer to investigate or call Rogers, but rather yelled that I was not understanding him. It was atrocious. I then went to the store at Yonge and Eglinton and was treated better and did not even have to show an ID like I did at this Rogers. Avoid at all costs!

Closed during business hours, lady said she has to take her 40 minute break because there is only 2 employees, she closed the gates infront of us while we were infront of the doors. Management should really see these reviews!

Why the heck do you lock your doors during business hours? Happened to me two times now. Also they dont unlock the door and tell you to come after 10 15 mins. As everyone else commented they treat you like thieves. Pathetic store, very disappointed.

I would give NO STARS if I could. I have submitted a formal complaint with Rogers and will also be pursuing legal action through civil and criminal law for the recent experience I had. It's a possible case of identify theft and fraud, where the employee inserted my sim card to his personal device to activate a new account I did NOT authorize. The staff is extremely unprofessional, poorly trained, including the manager. The manager is a by-stander and does not take responsibility. I just can't believe things like this still happen - definitely did not expect it from a big, organized company like Rogers.

I went to this store on February 10th 2023 at 12: 10pm. After looking online first to see if this store stocks gift cards, I walked about 5km to get there to find the door was locked, then I heard a voice over the intercom saying "what do you want", I said "to buy a gift card please", the voice said "I will come to the door". When the lady got to the door, she said "what did you say you wanted", I said to purchase a gift card please, she said we don't have them here, I said I checked online first and the services available for this store showed they were stocked, she said "I don't know why it said that, we don't stock them". I am giving a bad rating because people don't want to walk a great distance like 10km just to find a store does not stock what the say they stock, and basic manners like an apology from the staff member would have been good customer service too!

Door is locked during business hours, was ignored by both employees, the employee on the right in the photo literally locked the door right as I was going to open it. They both made eye contact with me… If this is the process at your store maybe let people know what to expect? Thought it was incredibly rude, and weird

I came to the Belsize branch to get my device upgraded. Jenish helped me out in the most patient, knowledgeable way possible. Assisted me in knowing what plan works best for me and made sure all of my concerns were answered smoothly. Would hugely recommend anyone who is Midtown or looking to get their Rogers upgrade to get assisted by Jenish. 5/5 service!

Are we living in the fascist state of ON months after covid- the door is locked they tell you through an intercom to show your ID - health cards not included- for “security reasons “ but dont tell you what the reason are - Think ill go with BELL

There are so many flies around the property and all around it’s disgusting. When I was walking there I noticed a bunch of unkept garbage cans in the back alley just festering a breeding ground for flies and bees.

Stopped by here to look at an iPhone I was thinking about buying. I tried pulling and pushing on the door to find it was locked. Someone came on the intercom "what do you want? " I said "to look at a phone" whoever was on the other side asked for ID which I said "no" to providing because it's a retail shop. At the same time an old lady was leaving the shop and I held the door open for her, I was then rushed by store employees who yanked the door from my hand and slammed it shut. I just walked away, probably the weirdest and worst retail shipping experience I've ever had.

The door was locked at 2: 30pm, the employee sat at a desk and asked what I wanted. After telling him I wanted to return an ignite set top box, he asked for my drivers licence. I showed it to him via a picture on my phone to which he responded he needed the physical licence which I did not have with me. He refused my entry using the excuse it was because of security issues. A complete lack of customer service.

Agents were extremely rude. Even with a waiting area and space enough between people, the “policy” is let the client waiting for 5-10 minutes outdoor, doesn’t matter it is -9° plus.

Internet is somewhat reliable but does have issues. Cell coverage in Markham is poor in many areas with only one bar. They know. They knew for 30 years. That don't care. Prices like all the big players are high unless you can negotiate a better deal with customer retention. They are not the worst, Bell is, but they have a ways to go.

Disrespectful! 2 employees on this store, let me waiting for more than 20 minutes outside the store, under the sun! Just gave up. Worst customer service ever!

Sent my wife to swap our cable net box and they had her in the system but could not find the box. She lost 3 hours of her time.
We wanted to get home ignite, but they have you install it over the phone, plus a $50 charge for helping you over the phone, and your time wasted to do their work!
That is insane!

Wasted my time! I went down there to exchange my modem to a faster one. The employee said I had to upgrade my plan for a new modem to work. I kept saying that didn't make sense since i've exchanged much older modems in the past and never had to upgrade my plan. I didn't believe a word he was saying so I decided to get a second opinion and I went to the other store at yonge and eg and they exchanged it on the spot and said no upgrade necessary! This location seriously wasted my time as its obvious they were only trying to get me to pay more and upgrade my plan.

They were worse we were at store about one hour after that he just found he didn’t know how to do it! Funny part it’s he said don’t try with Rogers go with another company to buy iPad! They just know how to give money otherwise they don’t know anything.

I literally never write one star reviews, but I was greatly disappointed to travel directly from work to exchange my router (as I upgraded my wish package recently) to arrive at a store that was advertised online to be open until 9. In reality the hours are nothing as advertised.

With another Rogers store just up the street (who advertised their hours correctly) why does this location even exist? If there were any company store closures due to downsizing, I'd hate to say out of the two, this location would absolutely be closed in a heartbeat.

Staff there were always great. Chris (manager), Ales, other Chris (lol), Joshua, Kelly, Cass and Kapil were the stars of the store. Don't believe what the other reviewers here say, especially that Kade Davis person. He's an unreliable source, always with the fake news. #belsizeoveranything

I went here because my phone was broken. They sent it off and gave me a loaner phone. I had to go back bc the new phone was also broken. When I arrived know one knew how to send out the phone for repairs. Only one staff member, out of 4 there, including the manager did not know how to do this. I had to wait for over an hour for them to call Rogers. And I can't return the loaner phone because the building is closed - and i cannot return it to can other Rogers stores. Now Rogers has a collection agency contacting me to get the phone back. I just want to get rid of this loaner phone and get my deposit back! Staff need to be trained! It is useless to have 5 people there that don't know how to do anything except call Rogers! Terrible service!
