No one there knows what they do, I am a Rogers employee who visited twice to do an upgrade as I had to trade in my phone, both days the upgrade didn’t go through, I had called the store and then had gone after they told me to come, more over they removed my employee discounts which was unacceptable, seriously who ever runs the show there needs to go and learn process, and to be honest worst ever customer service, they don’t even apologize for they wrong doing.

Very low service, I wanted to purchase an iPhone 13 max pro and the guy was so lazy to do his work, I felt so disrespected by him, It seemed that he didn't want to work, so disappointing by knowing that Roger hires these kind of lazy people to represent them.

Great service in this store! I switched to Rogers with a new SIM card there, the buddy help me set it up for my own phone with problem free. Enjoy the service with Rogers technician there.

They told me my reservation was ready and the girl who called me said I was able to pick it up. First attempt to go pick it up (Fri Nov 2 2018) the systems were down and the employee who opened looked like he was miserable and hungover. The second time I went to go pick it up (Today Nov 4) the extremely rude employee said I wasn’t an authorized user of the account. I was told all I needed was a passport and was inconvenienced twice with no reservation. Decided to just cancel my whole rogers plan altogether and go somewhere else since they clearly didn't want me to upgrade. Everyone at this store doesnt care about the job and just wants the day to end. This really left a bad taste and will definitely never go back.

Customer service sucks, good luck getting your issue solved. Typical Rogers complicated business strategies to make your life hell.
