Rogers Corporate needs to investigate what is going on in this store. This is the second time I have gone to this store and it has been locked up like Fort Knox. For those not familar with this particular store, you do not simply "walk in" like every other regular business establishment, you are required to buzz an intercom and show your ID before entering the store. However, once you are admitted into this peculiar, super secure store, you are subjected to some of the worse, arrogant, sarcastic and rude custimer service that Rogers has to offer! Today, I had the great misfortune of dealing with Nelson, the very rude and sarcastic store manager. I asked him a simple question of why the policies and procedures of Rogers employees differ for simple things such as paying a bill after he asked for our security pin, to which he scuffed that "he doesn't have to do anything if we're going to be like this". The service that Rogers has currently been providing in the past five years does not even remotely equate to the nonsense that their customer service has been on, however this store truly takes the cake on being the worst Rogers store in Ontario.

Had an excellent experience today with Matthew, he was very efficient and helpful. He was able to understand the problem I was facing with my new iPhone 12 and came up with a solution instantly. I would 100% recommend Matthew if you are shopping at this Rogers.

It’s an incredibly good service, the people who work for Rogers are incredibly kind and honest and you see they love working for Rogers, which is most important to me personally and to everyone who needs a service from Rogers. Although I live further and have much closer locations from Rogers, but I will continue visiting particularly this location store from Rogers, because in general speaking I have no stress, and most importantly it makes me "Happy"!

Over the past several years my experience at this location has generally been poor. Yesterday I visited the store to return equipment and was refused admittance because I did not have physical ID, even though I did have it digitally. Again, arrogant attitude from staff, ineffective communication, and what comes across as indifference to customers. Add to this that there is no way to forward concerns or comments regarding service at their stores, which is surprising because this is their very public face. Frustrating treatment from a digital communications communications company whose customer service statements are really only hollow words.

Another customer told me later that staff said the ID requirement was due to a recent theft, but I fail to see how asking for physical ID relates to it.

One star rating only because they are there.

Staff are rude and they have stupid roles for going to inside store.door is locked, staff ask you from behind glass door, do you have mask!? What you want.many stupid question then they want show them 2 pieces ID card and you have to take your mask off for matching your Id card and face.finally open the door.
I never back to this store my prefer use Rogers store in Fairview mall!

This is by far the worst store you can visit. The staff is beyond rude and unfriendly, it’s as if they create reasons to not be helpful. Before you can enter their store, they ask for ID, for what purpose you are untold (not vaccine related because they didn’t ask for that) this reminds me why I have cancelled my services with Rogers and not looking back.

Very professional staff. Both Stuart and Ammar were very helpful. I walked in to ask a question in regards to my SD card on my Android phone. It was not transferring my files and they took the time to show me and restored everything in its place. The customer service was above and beyond.

Thank you for making a difference.

There is this extra tall polish guy jacek, gave us excellent service on our first visit! 5/5 for him! This other not so tall but smart guy patwin gave us excellent service on our second visit! Assisted us with what we wanted! The store was spotless clean! Yet there was still cleaning going on! If only the restaurant's maintained same standards of cleanliness! Kudos to the manager for keeping the store so shining!

Extreme rude people from the antique Manager Nelson to workers in there. I went to get a phone and a plan with them having my whole research done but once i see these people's attitudes towards customers and being so bossy with rush i left the store.i feel so bad for Rogers having these kind of people represent the company losing customers easily. Save ur time, shop where they at least give u a smile.

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff member. He pretended to follow best practice in terms of Covid19 protection by following proper sanitization of returned devices, but he asks customer to sanitize returned TV boxes devices in front of him while he's standing and watching. In other places, usually a staff member will take care of that, or let customer drop the item in a specific container to be sanitized later on by a professional staff.
Moreover, I wasn't asked to sanitize the remote controls. That's weird because remote controls are the very high contact items and can be heavily contaminated compared to the TV Box which we rarely touch anyways.
Also, although the place is big, I needed to wait outside for at least 20 minutes in a very sunny day. Another lady just left as she couldn't wait longer.
One of the most harmful experiences with Rogers.

This store 808 York Mills is a disaster. Don't even think to go there, you get nothing done and just waste your time. There is no integrity, no respect, no help. The manager Melton (no sure about the spelling) is very unskilled and unwilling to help; the rest of them are just filing in the store. Rogers must start hiring proper staff.

I wish I saw the ratings before I came to this location. Overall, tone was uncomfortably confrontational and rude.
