I’ve been a customer at rogers for over 10 years and typically happy with the service I’ve received in store, but the worker asked for my card and took 300 dollars out of my account without my knowledge (there was no communication the money was being taken out at ANY moment) this employee stole from me and I would avoid going to this rogers for service due to their negligence and lack of thorough communication. I guess you could go if you want to risk getting 300 dollars stolen from you. Thanks BRIAN!

The team here was incredibly helpful and accommodating when I was struggling to get service from online Rogers. Their follow up care was above and beyond what I usually expect when shopping at any business. I very much recommend dealing with this team for anything Rogers Wireless related.

Brian is such a patient young man. His customer service is exceptional. He helped my husband and I with our questions. We are not technically inclined and Brian went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. Thanks and we look forward to getting our new phones.

Where do I begin? Went in to upgrade our phones, one of which was broken. The gentleman working today not only took the time to help set everything up on our new phones, but they spent time troubleshooting how to transfer data from our broken phone to new phone. A+ customer service. Walked in feeling defeated, left completely satisfied. Excellent work gentleman thank you.

Dylan & Brian were both extremely helpful when I was dealing with them. They went above and beyond to provide me with the BEST customer service. This will definitely be my go to Rogers!

I had a great experience with Dan today. Got me everything i wanted when I came in plus 4 extra gigs of data! Dan was great today and Collin has always been dynamite in the past when ive dewlt with him. Thanks a lot guys!

Dylan was great, but rogers business service line was not available for help. Rogers should change the way stores are setup. Dylan should have the tools needed to make changes to any plan. If it wasn't for his customer service this would have been a ZERO star review.

They couldn't help me with my bill and didn't have good deal on a new phone so I'll just keep the one I have

I paid $141.28 of my bill on Aug 14 via Debit/Credit Card. They then proceeded to take out that amount AGAIN on Aug 15th. I understood it may be a mistake on their end. I called Billing and they said there is NO record of that and to call my bank. My bank said it was Rogers and that it was happening to MANY of their customers. I called Rogers back and an agent told me it WAS a mistake with their system, it was happening to many of their clients and that he created a case and to keep checking my bank and I will see the money back at the end of the day 101%.

When this did NOT happen I called back the next day and when I explained what happened they told be someone will call me back in two days. When I told her this was unacceptable she hung up on me.

I called back and the next agent told me I would have to wait 72 hours and call my bank. When I told her I had a case open, that I was told that I would receive my money back by end of day she told me she was unable to check because their system was down.

WOW! I have been with Rogers for approx.a decade, with 4 users on a shared plan spending over $300/month!

This is truly unacceptable customer service, and not what I expect when someone fraudulently takes money from my bank account.

Please respond ASAP!

They are definitely thorough, but hopefully you don't arrive when anyone else is at the store. I arrived with two people being helped in front of me, both took about half an hour. One guy explained to another customer about how he had too many photos for most of the time. During the backup of another customers phone I was never helped despite a long wait. After all this they did not have the Rogers modem I came for, so my entire wait could have been avoided

Amazing experience. The rep was incredibly knowledgeable, efficient and completely not pushy to sell anything more than required. I was pleasantly surprised with the level of professionalism and integrity. Great location to get a phone.

The staff at this location are fantastic! While I was there a few older customers came in and needed help with settings, even though it was jot a new sale they took the time to help these women out!

Okay, honestly, the staff here are HOTTT! Good looking guys that probably look even better shirtless and flexing!

Joking aside; they are very helpful and HOTT. They are knowledgeable about their products and willing to go that bit further to help you accomplish what you're looking to do. It's rare that you see a customer service company, especially one as large as Rogers, offer friendly, communicative and patient employees. I have a small business that I run and have multiple lines added through this store and will ONLY deal with this location for my small business needs.

Thank you for being helpful.and HOT!
