Great location and employees. Karandeep was super helpful and well versed on the products they offered. A very rude customer was in the store when I walked in and Karandeep did a great job at trying to resolve the situation while also prioritizing my needs. Would recommend going here!

I bought a Samsung phone here. Rogers staff, Karandeep helped me really a lot nicely. I really do appreciate that and recommend this place.

Where’s the line up to tell Rogers in the year 2022 it is completely unacceptable to lose an the entire coverage of a major city and it’s business, atms, 911, banking, government and communication services etc for over 36hr, with nothing more to say other then “we believe it’s most likely an internal issue”.

Never mind to lose all of that in multiple areas across the county.

Rogers should be shut down, and every single customer should walk away. Incredible we somehow didn’t enter the purge with how blind and muted the entire place was. You could not dial 911 from a Rogers networked phone.

That’s insane.

This company is an embarrassment to anything Canadian.

Worst Rogers location I have ever been to. Insanely unhelpful and their systems don't work. Kandeep was less than no help and just wasted my time.

I was just at Roger's on Bloor by Bathurst and had the best help That I've ever had from any mobile service. Karandeep thank you so much for taking the time to answer all of my questions, and with a smile as well! AWESOME!

Went to the store to ask for duplicate of a blocked sim card which your customer service promised to send by post but has not.

The guy wanted to see ID of the account holder which is my girlfrend.
She didn't have it on her so we had to drive back home to get it.

We came back with the ID and the guy hold us for one hour asking question and finally did not issue duplicate. He said he suspected fraud.

Contacted another guy via Facebook - same story.

I put 1 out of 5 but it is actually 0 out of 5. We have been in touch with other 5 fellas to resolve this and no one was capable.

P. S.

Finally the sim card arrive after another call and is functional.

I had the fortune to have Karandeep as my Rogers Customer Service Rep and he was super helpful and extremely personable. He made the process of getting Wi-Fi and a home Ignite package super simple. Karandeep is what customer service is all about. Highly recommend.

I discovered Anthony a couple years ago at the 604 Bloor st west store.

He is awesome! Knowledgable, polite and just an overall nice person.

I even drive an hour from outside the city to have him service my phone.

Pls be patient as he is a 1 man show w the pandemic and book an appt.

Just came to look at upgrading my phone and was helped by Anthony. Anthony went above and beyond to answer every single question I had, various phones, plans etc. He even referred me to the nearest store that had the device I was looking for at the sacrifice of making a sale himself. Anthony is a true pro, really appreciate all your help, def ask for him if you're looking for a new device or service options.

Anthony was fantastic. I came in looking for a new Canadian phone number and new phone (I was currently operating on a US plan). He hooked it up. From finding me the best phone for my needs to the right plan for my usage. I feel set up for success. When I was being served, other patrons came in and out of the store. He knew some by name and others he did not- But Anthony treated all with respect and acknowledged them while they waited. It’s hard to find great customer service of his caliber. He knew his stuff and I felt like I was in safe hands. Great job! I will definitely be back.

This is the best store for Rogers and for smart phones in Toronto. They are very knowledgeable and informative. They were helpful and patient and stayed late, after the store closed, to help me set up my new iPhone. I highly recommend this store.

Went to exchange a faulty modem. I called SEVEN times to find out whether they had my specific modem in stock and each time it went to voicemail. I showed up and there was an empty store with three clerks staring at their phones and they of course did not have any of the modems in stock. I told them I had been calling and one them actually opened up a drawer with a phone in it and said "I didn't hear it. " Maybe because your phone is in a drawer. In short, classic Rogers customer service. I've got a broken modem and they're not getting any more until Friday.

The two salesmen (on Wed 12/5) were wonderful. They were on the phone for an hour trying to verify my ID for the Rogers mastercard, and were incredibly patient and great company during that time. Thank you both and I will be back!

I recently had my phone number involved in some fraudelent activity. When I noticed something was wrong, I took it straight to this location.

The process that followed was very complicated, involved many steps, and was completely over my head. Luckily, Mohit and Anthony were there to handle it for me. Despite the fact that the store was very budy that day, the two gentlemen balanced ther cutomers while handling over 2.5 hours worth of phone calls regarding my device.

In the end, my phone was cleared of any issues and my ccount was restored to its regular state.

This company is a joke. I’ve been with Rogers for a while now and I completly hate it. They don’t know how to answer to my questions, they alwaysssss put my on hold and I’m just sick and tired of this. They’re so rude on the phone and give such big attitude. I’m so disgusted by this place. Not the store itself but the employees on tech support. Honeslty I’ve gotten more than 5 people to get out of Rogers and I’m really not stopping there. Disgusting. If there was a 0 star I would put it in.

I came to switch my modem after having live chatted with an agent and it took a very long time to get anything done. There is horrible communication, lack of customer service. Not suprising for Rogers. If you need to get anything done, dont come to this location if you have limited time.

Anthony and Ankita took great care of me both in-store and over the phone. They were helpful and informative and had my best interest in mind from front to back. Ankita is currently in training but handled my inquiries professionally and did some of the more difficult work over the phone on my behalf. It was much appreciated!

I had to set up a new account for internet for my apartment. There were a couple of issues and the process took longer than it should have, but the guy who was taking care of it was super nice and very professional. I have been to a different store to get an estimate, while I was still deciding which company I wanted to go with and there I felt very rushed and they didn't make a good impression on me. Here, the salesperson took the time to walk me through the different plans and did not advise me to get the more expensive one (as they did at the other store) but just the one that was perfect for me. I will definitely come back to this store if I'll need assistance or new products.
