Customer service from Megan was amazing! She took her time and explain everything properly even when there was a big crowd on the Black Friday Saturday. She should get a raise! She was not only friendly to me but also took really good care of every single customer she was handling on that day!

My most recent experience in purchasing a phone at the Niagra Falls location went great. Exceptional customer service, even though I arrived one hour before closing. The store manager, Amanda, went above and beyond to help me remedy a situation, even though it was a week after I purchased my phone. She was respectful, attentive, and very empathetic towards my situation, and I appreciated her knowledge and expertise in helping me navigate it. I would highly recommend this location and dealing with Amanda. I am a new customer to Rogers and I am happy with the level of customer support I recieved in store.

Amanda was absolutely amazing. We had a request to change plans and get new phones and she was extremely kind and efficient. Wouldn’t go to any other Rogers except this one.

Absolutely useless location. The people seem nice HOWEVER, Ive been twice and the could not help me with a simple equipment return.this time the door was locked (as always) and there was NOBODY there.during buisness hours.
No wonder Rogers is losing customers with this type of service.

Rogers is one of the worst cell phone companies I've been with. Hidden set up fees they dont tell you about. Wanted to look at a phone they had but not on display but they would not open the box. Dealing with issues after purchase is a night mare. Hours on the phone and argumentive agents that don't take the time to listen. Bad customer service reps out number the good ones. Good luck!

Matt & Brandon provided fantastic customer service and went above and beyond in solving my issue. I’ll return to this store for all upgrades in the future because of them.

My family (of 4) had an appointment scheduled at 5pm at Rogers with a blonde woman. When we arrived we were notified only 2 of us would be allowed in the store, despite us all living in the household and I clarified there would be 4 of us when I booked the appointment and was not told this wouldn't be allowed. How are you supposed to start a family plan when only 2 people are allowed in the store at a time? She was very rude and unhelpful. Clearly rushing us out and lied to us telling us that, " no Rogers carries iPhone 12 128g's in stock". We called the pen centre Rogers and was told this was a lie and they had plenty in stock! We have decided to switch phone providers and switch to Telus after this disappointing experience! I advice going to the pen centre instead of this Rogers as they are EXTREMELY unhelpful!

Staff at this store are condescending. Rogers as a whole has no customer service. After 12 yrs as a customer I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Went to return my internet modem. Darren (customer service rep) told me that he cannot accept the modem because he has never done it in the past. I called Rogers customer care who said the store should accept the model irrespective of their past experiences and issued me a job code. When I went back again, Darren told me he cannot accept the modem because he has never done that in the past. On top, he seemed confused on what he should do. Pathetic customer service to be honest.

Mariah was amazing! She helped up my daughter and I choose the right plan and phone and went the extra mile to find a promotion against the cost of a phone upgrade. She assisted with the phone transfer and made the experience fun! Great service thank you!

Awesome experience here the other day. Came in with a unique request that none of the 3 staff there had come across before. All. 3. Of. Them.worked with me together to try and figure out a solution, including calling other stores and searching online. After a little while, the collaboration paid off and I left happy with an even better/cheaper solution than I expected. Thanks to store manager Brandon and the other 2 associates whose names I didn’t catch. 10/10 Would shop here again.

I would not recommend this location to anyone in the future. I would rather take my time and drive out to the St. Catherines or Welland locations. Everytime I go in here and look at an upgrade I'm always being forced into LG even though I tell them I prefer iPhones. I also don't think they have enough supervision seeing as how everytime I go in it seems like they just woke up from a party with the way the staff smells of booze. Ended up getting my iPhone upgrade in the pen center and will take my business there from now on. Absolutely 100% unprofessional children without supervision working at this location. *Avoid at all costs* hopefully some restructuring happens to fix this location. It used to be excellent a few years ago.
