Great customer service, very knowledgeable and supportive. They directed me to an android phone, perfect for my needs, and set me up with a plan on Fido, which will be such a step above, and much more efficient, from Freedom Mobile, which was just a terrible provider. Satisfaction guaranteed. Five stars out of five, all the way, in every aspect.

The customer service was great at this particular location. I was helped by Vlaho (great guy) he helped set me up with a new phone and I am very greatfull (pixel 7 pro) I will stay with Rogers and recommend them to friends.

This is not about a store but rogers in general. I needed a home phone internet and TV. Ordered and recieved no confirmation email. Takes apparently 3 days to get the ok to resend that. Cannot set up the rogers app and date they wanted to install they changed. In total I have 3 to 4 hrs logged with this company of issues and i dont have it hooked up yet. Mostly on hold or wrong department. Currently I have been next in line on hold to cancel for over 30 min. Never never again.

If you are having over the phone headaches with Rogers I suggest you go to see Cassandra and Craig at the store on Bridgeport Road. I was with them for an hour and even though I still needed over the phone assistance they were fantastic at store level. Very helpful, very friendly and also very patient. I would recommend them highly and I will go to them for any future business.

Craig has sold me 4 or 5 phones over the last 15 plus years and I would recommend him to anyone in need of a new phone. He always takes the time to talk through needs, compare products, trouble shot any hardware issues and review your current plan to see if there is anything better currently available. I left with a new S21 and a reduction in my monthly bill. I appreciate the help Craig and I will see you again when its time for a new phone.

The gentleman who reviewed my phone plan was extremely helpful explaining my plan and contract. I believe it was Craig? He also gave me a direct phone number to find some data plans for my situation (broke situation lol) for the customer loyalty centre where I was directed to speak with Peter. He went above and beyond to help me lower my plan without breaking my contract and was very friendly to talk to.overall great service!

Craig in store was the most entertaining customer service employee Ive ever dealt with. Very cheery and explains everything in detail.

He gave a fellow employee his commission on my phone sale without telling him and then stayed 20 mins after store close for me. Get in line and hope you get to talk to this man! Great experience.

Due to the pandemic, returns for due equipment have not been possible. Got slapped with a 500$ no return bill, and need to go into the store because the Mail return Rogers said they would do, did not happen.
Waited for 60+ minutes outside in in +35°C weather, with 20+ other customers who came and went, while the only 2 employees spent the entire time doing phone setups for 2 customers with no communication to the waiting line, which did not move by even 1 person in that time. An express line for equipment returns needs to be implemented, or time limit for phone assistance. I tapped on the window to suggest this to an employee who shrugged and ignored me through the glass.

This is a mostly a fail on Rogers as an organization, but the under staffing and lack of care displayed by the employees makes you feel all the worse as a customer. I can't recommend going here at all with how it is currently run.

Couldn’t have asked for better service from Craig & Edward! Took the time to help me thoroughly before leaving the store! As a Business customer of Rogers I appreciate having “go - to” places that have the same qualities with hiring great people as I do! You’d be foolish to go anywhere else! See these guys today!

Went to the Rogers at Conestoga mall first to add a line to our business account and get a new phone.this did not go well and they were not very knowledgeable.
Bridgeport location was recommended to me, and I am so happy I went there instead. They were so knowledgable with the business account and made setting everything up so easy! I will definitely be going back here for both business and personal phone needs!

Trevor is AMAZING. Helped us with initial set up for internet and cable. He even called for us to save us the hassle. He was apologetic for anything that took some times and Secured a better deal for us too. I would say you should always ask for Trevor if at this store!

Visited the store today to return a cable box and get an additional one for a new TV. Trevor provided all the information I needed and set me up with a new Nextbox. He answered all my questions and was very kind. This is the best service I have had from Rogers in over 40 years of being a customer.

Visited this store on several occasions and experienced exemplary customer service. Edward was patient while I shopped for a new phone and explained the features of a few different iPhones which I had requested. Edward was pleasant and attentive while answering my questions. I left the store to ponder the options presented. When I returned to the store there were a few people ahead of me. Both Edward and Trevor greeted me while they finished with their clients. I particularly noticed how much time Trevor spent with an elderly client. Trevor was pleasant, patient and very understanding to the health concerns of his client even taking extra time assisting this gentleman safely from the store.
These two gentlemen are beyond helpful and many clients commented while we waited our turn. I have worked in customer service for many years, I was so impressed by the knowledge level of these two representatives and their focus and attention to superlative customer service. It was my pleasure to deal with Edward and to observe Trevor deliver wonderful service.

Went into the store today to get information about selecting a new cable package. Edward was more than helpful in explaining the alternative that worked best for our needs. He also gave me detailed instructions for getting to the right person at the call centre and what to ask for when making these changes to our account. A totally positive experience. Thanks, Edward!

We went in tonight searching for a phone for my mother-in-law. Luckily we connected with the manager Craig. He was soooo informative about different types of phones, and helped us get her a phone as well as upgrade our own. He spent a lot of time with us ensuring that we were fully satisified. He was also very entertaining, which was refreshing.

This was by far the best experience with Rogers I have ever had. I will return to this particular store for any of my future business.
