Poor customers service. I needed a quick phone case at 6: 54 pm they would not let me in. However ket someone else in. I called to complain on Saturday today is Thursday still no call back. Tried calling no one answer. The person who I gave my # to refused to give me his name. What a bunch of clowns

Worst Rogers customer service staff works here. His name is Japjot Singh. He requires to be re trained in how to speak with customers. I went to the store to return a pod. Japjot first deliberately dropped it on the hard floor and then rudely refused to take it without giving me a valid reason. Shameless behavior.

Came in and waited half an hour only to be told they couldn’t help me at this location. I asked when I walked and and they said they could do an upgrade but the story changed when another family walked in needing multiple upgrades instead of my measly 1 upgrade

I went at this location for my bill review and Naseeba and Neha explained my bill very well. Later Naseeba offer me a good deal on an iPhone 14 for my mom. I’m happy with the service they provide

All the reps were very nice and polite. Hats of to them how they handle some though customers. Have been twice there and both the times I have witnessed some bad customers.

Had a great experience with the store and also they have excellent staff and customer service. Particularly, Neha was brilliant in understanding my needs that what type of plan would be the best for me and then she tailored the plan and offers. Overall it was a excellent experience.

I called them for internet, Paryanka told me to come by in store they will check if on my address rogers have internet service or not. I visited them and after taking two hours they signed me for internet. After few hours received text message from rogers stating that they cannot provide service at my address (see screen shot of message attached).

Next day when I called them to inquire about why rogers refused to provide internet, they have no answer and also rudely hang-up phone on me.

Don't waste your time with this rogers location, they have very poor knowledge of rogers product although they claim they are rogers dealers.

They deserve 0 rating.

Worst Location in town, Staff is not welcoming and non co-operative, as per todays experience and being a loyal Rogers customer since a decade I will suggest Everyone do not stop at this location.

I went to this location today and dealt with Jaskaran. There was an issue with my internet order. He went above and beyond and resolved the issue. Really happy with the service provided. Jaskaran deserves raise. Will definitely visit this Rogers store again.

We came into the store on July 6th to return our equipment because we decide to switch over to Bell because they were offering cheaper plans. One of the associates were so rude and didn't seem like she didn't want to help and wouldn't take the equipment from us and told us that a work order needs to be place. We told them that Bell put the cancel order in. Then we had to call into Rogers ourselves and get them to cancel it. Total time in the store 1 1/2 hr.

I would have given 5 stars for the service that was provided by Rajat Pahwa; except for the enormous amount of time that it took to get the phone set up and not due to courteous Rajat. It felt like that the only person who cared to assist someone at the store was this amazing guy! There were customers waiting and leaving; however few of the staff just felt like taking it easy on the staff room at the back of the store. Rajat was awesome and he spent nearly 3 hours with me to set up 2 lines for me, even though we had some issues and had to call Rogers support, to no fault of Rajat. Hats off to this guy who single handedly catered to the customers when others were just trying to get through the day. He should be promoted to Manager position as he seems to know pretty much everything! Thanks again Rajat and continue to keep chin up!

Nassiba was awesome so the other girls, they where so helpful and solved my issues with rogers call centre, it was my first experience buying a phone with monthly plan, had a very bad time with the customer service and rogers call centre management through the past 2 days they brought me to the level i don’t want to get anything anymore, BUT i tried my luck with this location and they where as i said awesome, happy to help with great attitude and smiles.

Another negative review to add to the list. I had worked on the phone on a plan to purchase a new ipad and after a few back and forths, they told me my ipad was ready to pick up at this location.
When I arrived, the ipad was not ready and they indicated I would have to call rogers as well to fix the issue. The help was near minimal and wasted me and my families time.

Very unprofessional staff with no remorse and causing deliberate inconvenience by providing wrong information. I was turned away twice by the store employees who lack knowledge and professionalism. The sales rep and management here miserably lost business of 5 lines on existing family plan requiring to be switched to unlimited data plan plus 1 complete phone upgrade. They had turned me down despite having confirmation and reference number from Rogers phone support. It's a shame because I called Rogers phone support immediately after and got everything done over the phone, plus received a free tablet. I would avoid this store at all cost. They have low review ratings and negative feedback for a reason.

Don't bother calling during "busy" hours they'll never pick up. I actually went to the store and called while being there and two people could have clearly answered. One service rep had even decided to walk towards the phone ringing but had probably realised it will go to voicemail and decided to go to the back instead. Probably needs new management.

The worst customer service ever. They Don't help you in any sort of manner, all they try to do is jack up the phone prices and low ball you on trading in your old device. I will never step foot in this rogers again, I have been a rogers customer for 10 Years plus and this is how they treat me.

We Canadians pay too much for mobile data. The service is great but the prices are too high. Canadians pay too much for mobile data! It's almost better to cancel your services everytime a contract ends and go with Bell. I only say this because existing customers never get deals like new customers. There is little to no incentive to stay after a contract ends. Every new plan costs more and offers less than my existing plan. I could use more data not nationwide calling, province wide is good enough seeing how you could fit most of Europe in Ontario. Please give us more data for less or PERSONALIZED plans that fit our needs.

Fantastic customer service from gurminder when i purchased a new phone last week. Very helpful, polite and went out of her way to help me with my phone. She deserves a raise for her hard work and dedication to her job
