Amazing staff! I couldn’t have had a more stress free and comfortable process with the help of Tyler today. I’m Canadian but I’m going to school in the United States and he helped me find a plan that works in both countries, while still being more affordable vs previous provider and keeping my current number.

LOUIS is the man! He got my husband and I set up with new phones. Was super knowledgeable and helpful. Even stayed late on a Friday to help us out! WOULD HIGHLY recommend!

I only have one thing to say, and that is LOUIS. I was gifted with the pleasure of meeting Louis who made things quick, easy and very knowledgeable. If you are coming to this location, do yourself a favour and try have Louis as your rep. Will be the only person I deal with when it comes to handling all phone business.

VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! SUPER UNACCOMMODATING & DISMISSIVE. I switched to Bell 3 stores down because of two guys in this Rogers ESPECIALLY the one with the dreads.

Purchased a new iPhone today with Louis at Rogers-Pen Centre. He went above and beyond our expectations. He took the time to go over and explain all options. The rest of the staff was also very friendly. Very happy with the service. Thank you Louis!

People that work at this location are decent people but the plans they offer are some of the most expensive compared to other providers. And they really don't care if you stay with them or not.

I went to the store with a friend of mine because she needed to upgrade her phone. Louis, who helped her husband upgrade last year, was in the store. He was great and remembered both of us! He really went that extra mile and even though I'm currently with Freedom, I'm switching to Rogers when my contract is up. Louis, I'll be looking for you.

Worst customer service ever. Tried to call about NHL live not working and could not get my question answered as I was constantly transfered between different menu options. I could not speak to a real person. Garbage

I have been with Rogers for 15 plus years. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Louis from this location twice. I must say he is the reason I continue to go to the Pen Center for service. He remembered me from two years ago and such a pleasure to deal with. Everyone needs to take the time to go into that store to experience his wonderful customer service.

The open concept style of customer service is terrible. No direction or greeting from any staff leaves you wondering how to get served. The staff seem to work on a "we'll get to you when we are damn well ready" type of work style. Laid back and unprofessional work environment right from the starting line.

When you are lucky enough to be approached the lack of professionalism only drops. All your personal info is discussed in a open format with anyone and everyone listening in.

When it comes to services provided.be sure to calculate your own numbers, this staff struggles with simple math.

If you are looking for them to provide additional services such as screen protection please run away as quickly as possible.

Case and point. We purchased the $35 tempered glass screen protector. The employee did not successfully install the screen without defects. The corner was damaged and lifted.

His response when questioned is as follows.

"We can not guarantee perfection, Installing the screen protector is just a courtesy"

Sounds like a great new marketing campaign for Rogers "we can not guarantee perfection"

When we asked to have it fixed.he was quick to make sure I and everyone else understood that I was in the wrong and theres nothing he is going to do about it. Sort of a pressure tactic to make the customer feel uncomfortable in an open environment in Hope's I would concede to his "management approach"

We had the same screen protector installed at a mall kiosk minutes later.and installed perfectly.it really isn't that hard
