Worst service, I went to get a replacement of sim. The lady over there was irresponsible and they said they don’t represent Rogers as they are a third party client. They are arrogant and not bothered about customer issue.

I came in to switch to a rogers phone plan and the customer service was amazing, especially Waad, she was so helpful and really sweet and went out of her way to make sure I got what I came for. She gave me some great recommendations and I really appreciated the help.

Excellent service and amazing customer service. I came on Black Friday to check out the deals and even though they were very busy at that time but they were patient and I left extremely satisfied. The girl that helped me was Waad, she is very professional and knowledgeable. She also helped me set up my new phone and I got the best deal I could get. Would 100% recommend giving them a visit.

Mahima was great.explained my new plan and phone. She helped me set up my phone made sure my photos and contacts came over. I couldn’t read my phones screen because the font was too small. She showed me how to make it larger so I could read it better. Happy with my new iPhone 13.

Recently came into the store looking for a new phone plan and was greeted by a wonderful employee, Waad. She was extremely friendly, welcoming and very very helpful. I didn’t know what to expect and Waad explained and helped me very patiently. I will definitely be retuning to this location!

I came in to the store just to ask some questions and it was very busy. Even though other people were making purchases and I was just there to take a look. The girl that helped me “waad” was so patient and lovely. I don’t usually take the time to leave reviews but I was very impressed by this girl!

Mahima and Waad are perfect examples of what customer service looks like. Mahima helped with an upgrade and new line explaining the details and how this changed my bill. Then I had to come in for another issue and I requested and was happy to wait for Mahima who again knew exactly what needed to happen and got it done. The third time Mahima wasn’t in and it was time sensitive and Waad helped. She knew various details about the phones to help me compare and choose the right one for my needs and helped to set everything up. There were several glitches in the set up and I am so happy I stayed and Waad had such patience dealing with everything. These are 2 wonderful employees and I will definitely be back to see them for my needs in the future.

I recently came into the store to look for phone plans and deals. Waad was extremely friendly and welcoming. She was patient and took the time to explore various options with me. She also seemed very knowledgeable and ensured my overall experience was smooth and easy. I will definitely be retuning to this location!

Came in to the store the other day looking for a new phone plan, and Mahima could not have been anymore helpful. She helped me explore my various options so that I could get the best deal possible. Really appreciate the help! Makes all the difference. Will return in the future.

I wish I can put 0 stars. This company is complete chaos. They've been charging my account on a previous address for "cable" service which I never signed up for and only after moving to my new place I find out that they've been charging 2 accounts. Rogers owes me over $1600 and its been over 2 months trying to get this amount credited back to my account. Over 2 months of "we've sent this to our back office, call the presidents office, we are working on this for you. Etc etc. "
I have been so patient but the lack of punctuality, responsibility and professionalism is ridiculous. They dont have a proper system, there's lack of internal communication, each employee has a different opinion and not only that, theyve even failed to provide me service at my new place on the moving day althought I've let them know of an address change a week and a half prior. Did I mention that they were responsible for a canada wide outage too? What a shame. Save yourself from the headache of dealing with Rogers, they are not to be trusted with anything. This company needs major reconstruction.

SHAN IS AMAZING! I’ve had the pleasure of having Shan assist me twice! Both times have been for a service upgrade. He is very patient, thorough and honest when dealing customers. The most recent time our service required for us to be there after the store was closed (a situation out of our control and his) he continued to give Exemplary service! I really Hope he grows in the company!

EXCELLENT Experience with Elka at this Pickering TC Rogers location!
Needed to help my senior Mom with consolidating her services, getting a new phone, and a competitive new bundle plan. Elka was FABULOUS! She listened to our needs, presented competitive solution options, and walked us through the entire process from start to finish. She was friendly & gave us (especially my Mom) comfort through the entire experience & I would highly recommend coming to this Rogers location & seeking out Elka for all of your technology needs. WONDERFUL!

I went to return the modem and TV box to the store. There were two customers at the store and two reps serving them, just transferring cell data. The girl told me it will take them one hour to get into my account and take the equipment back and i should come back after an hour, not to mention that they were closing in 45 min. This is the worst excuse for not working that i have heard ever from a customer rep. If possible i would have given them zero stars. Worst store ever. Good hing i switched to bell

They don’t back their promotions 100%. They promise to give free tablet but then find all sorts of excuses not to give you one. Promised to call when promotion is on again but didn’t. All nice and lots of smiles in your face but full of broken promises. It’s fine I got approved for their platinum credit card but when it comes receiving anything free from them it becomes a real big problem. I’ve been a loyal customer for the past 15 years so I truly expect better from Rogers. I’m not impressed whatsoever!

Worst customer service in this location ever. I went to this store to pick up Rogers internet modem. Any internet modem needs a coaxial cable and when the service person of the store gave me the modem I told her I need a coaxal cable to hook up my modem. She 100% assured me that I do not need one and she was being rude saying why I am asking for the cable. I tried to explain that without the cable I would not be able to connect the modem, but the only response I got from her is rude response. Avoid if you can. And to Rogers- please provide proper training to your folks and part of the training should to to respect anyone who steps in the location.

I came into the store to purchase a phone and one of the attendant assisted me by setting up the plan with an account number. I was advised that the phone I wanted wasn’t in stock but I was ok to wait. Unsure as to how long the wait would be a week later I called to find out if my phone had a arrived. The person who answered my call mentioned she was the store manager and I figured I was in good hands. I gave her my information and she stated she had no information of mine on file which was strange as I had an account number when I set up my plan. She then proceeded to inform me that if the phone is not delivered before the promotion date the price is subject to change. HOW DOES THAT MAKE ANY SENSE! I already set up an account. For anyone that has set up an account at Rogers, it’s not a 1 min process. I had my kids and wife and was in the store for over an hour at least to now being informed that I could possible be a waste.she was rude, she kept repeating the same thing over and over again. I’m a long time hassle free customer to Rogers

I swear they just opened up and already terrible service. I used to work in telecommunications and one of the first things you are supposed to do is check missed calls and voicemails, which clearly have not been done. On top of that, the store phone, i am very sure, is dead. Goes straight to voicemail. Seriously Rogers, no wonder the company is going down the piehole.

Brenden was excellent. Got me an iPhone 7 for $0 when i traded in my 6s. Also showed me where maywedda was which was super helpful.thanks Brenden!
