But they never pick up the phone if you need any service after that.

I had a really good experience at this store. All of the employees were very helpful and informative but Parmeet in particular stood out to me. She was very patient, knowledgeable about the current deals and phone plans. Thanks to her I was able to get the new phone I want and an amazing new phone plan that saved me a lot of money. I am very happy with the service and would definitely recommend this location.

I have been to ROGERS store for the purchase of my phone IPhone 13pro max today and I have an amazing experience with the Sales service men Mr Simranpreet. He has wonderful skills and personality, further he has professionally trained and gave us the best quote possible from his end. We never had this experience anywhere else wether be the customer care online and on call. But the way he and his team served us today is really appreciative.
I would recommend everyone if they are looking for best customer service and deals.

My experience with rogers today was amazing. As I walked into the store I was greeted by Ahmed and we started talking about what my visit was about. I told him what I wanted to do (a trade in) and he was very polite and helpful. He made me feel at ease and explain time everything my trade in would entail. He was very knowledgeable about everything and explain to me what was what. I felt at ease and I was not rushed. I would recommend my friends to come and see him. He is a great asset to the store he works in.

Hey everyone, I was planning to buy smartphone with good internet plans with different service provider but I went to rogers store located at 70 resolution dr, brampton. I met a person name MELVIN in the store and he solved most of my queries that i had in my mind which was not solved by other rogers store. He has tremendous selling skills as well as kind heart who knows how to treat customer nicely and also how to provide best customer service to the customers. He provided me a best deals with phone and plans both. I would like to recommend to all, who are planning to get good deals from rogers. Must visit place. Meldin gave us an amazing customer service when we visited to get a new phone plan for my wife and myself. He was very professional, courteous and got the job done despite some technical difficulties. We also got an internet plan while we were there and Meldin promptly got that setup as well. We were very happy with Meldin's excellent customer service and we would definitely recommend this location to everyone because of the top quality service that we received.

Useless location. Advertise (by owner) that they deal with TV, internet and home phone but always refuse or deny that they do.

Actually we came from very far a way place and they didn’t solve our issues and said that take a cup of coffee and wait for a long time about to 2 hours

Called there in regards to my corporate plan. The staff said he's busy, i'll have to call back later in the afternoon. I would've appreciated the time to call back, when he wasn't busy.
I wouldn't mind being proposed a call back, especially from a network company.
I wasn't asked, therefore requested the call back. Never got it.

I get phone service from here and I really like it! It's pretty good and it meets my needs perfectly!

Not sure why this place has such bad reviews but the staff was helpful and the manager was extremely knowledge and not only was he able to help with account issues but got me a phone that was right for me. Recommend!

I had a great experience at the Rogers store at Kenedy and Steeles. Went in there to activate a new line. I was offered a very good deal. The process was transparent. He explained all hidden costs and charges and i felt informed. I would really like to thank the Manager Meldin and his assoiate Manav. Thank you guys.i will recommend this store to all of my friends!
