On my visit to the store, I had pleasure to meet Jainish Shah, who posted an exemplary display of customers service skills. He was very patient and was willing to help me in every possible way. Jainish gave me a choice of the best and most affordable plans that I couldn't get from any other provider. His skills have greatly impressed me, therefore going forward, this store will be my first choice for assistance or purchases.

Jainish was very helpful and patient. He helped us to get the best deal, trade in our phone and explained all the information with in depth details. Overall, excellent customer service! Would recommend him!

After dealing with Centerpoint mall rogers, I decided to go here. Devanshi was excellent. Calmly explained what the deal was and helped me get it done. Tanya helped with the phone data transfer and truly went out of her way to do. I also witnessed an interaction between one employee and who I think is a manager. The manager was very open, accommodating, and encouraging to the unwell employee. This is a place you should go. Don't forget it is a rogers and they are limited inside that, but they are so much better than a lot of the rest. Cheers guys. Thx

I went there to get a phone plan and Jainish was the one who helped me. I would recommend to get services from him, he gave me student discount as well. I would recommend to get services from this rogers store. All of them were very kind.

Went in to get a new sim. As compared to another rogers store, this one is a big thumbs up. Riaa is proactive and is thorough with every deal she told me about. Devanshi being a new employee is doing good but needs more training. Jainish is determined and showed positive attitude. In crux, I had a good customer service presented to me on a silver platter. Thanks, rogers for employing them.

Went to the store to return my modem and cable box. I highly recommend Kavian, he cares about customer service and helped me with more than just a return. He will exceed your expectations.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. After several frustrating attempts with using Rogers online self serve and speaking with 3 agents over the phone. I would 100% come back to this location in the future. They definitely go above and beyond.

I was confused about rogers plan for my brother who is coming from india in September, the sales rep RIAA elaborated all plans and benefits which rogers offers and cleared all doubts of mine. Must visit place if anyone looking for switching to rogers.

I have had a very good experience and customer service, a new manager Salman was very helpfull and assisted me with all the questions and concerns. I highly recommend this dealer! Thanks Salman, keep it up!

I have went to the store for Roger's internet modem return. The lady there was named Riaa was so helpful in smooth return and also provided few other plans for my family members as well. She was quite a knowledgeable person and conducted everything in smoothly manner.

I would highly recommend this place for getting new services.

Very unresponsive and cheap staff they don’t know how to deal with a customer i went their to get my hardware upgrade i called them so many times before visiting the store on call they told me they have my desired device and just need my drivers license for identification when i went to the store he forced me to show him another piece of id which wasn’t required might be taking bribes from the people of their religion because there is 1 white couple standing their for hardware upgrade aswell

It appears that they do not provide customer service in this stores. Only upgrade and commission based services. Shame on you I pay good. Money for getting served on the outlet too.

This location is terrible. Staff are not helpful and taking advantage of covid protocols, they are treating this location as somewhere to show up and do nothing from 9am-5pm and get paid because customers cant enter the store without speaking to someone through an intercom first.

I came in because my sim card stopped working. Through the speaker, the employee told me to just call technical support. I asked how to do that with my phone not working and he told me to find a cell phone to call. I ended up calling tech support from my office at which point they told me to go to a store as my sim had to be replaced! Thanks for wasting my time!

Why is there no zero star. These people here are very lazy. Everytime i come here from any return, the way they talk to me as if they have a fit with me or i did smth wrong or m d only dumb in the store. Many times they make their own rule and say this location doesn’t accept return. Bunch of lazy rude liars works here. I hope some higher department take action on em.

This location needs to learn customer service and the staff need to either be fired or retrained. Needed a new SIM card to port a number from Fido and the associate instead goes and cancels one of my current SIM cards. It gets better, they told me that I needed to call in to activate it, when I called Rogers they said it needed to be done in store. These clowns wasted my time and literally can't do a basic service. Rogers should be ashamed.

The guy name gary whose working in this rogers store is very unhelpful. I asked him if they have any promotion for home internet. He told me while holding his phone and playing games that i have to call the customer service and ask them about the promotion because according to him, no promotion is on going right now. I went to promenade circle mall. The indian guy have given me a good promotion without even calling customer service.

Bad customer service. The person who work there Homayoun has no experience with the phone. I ask for help and he do not know how to show me. Why work in place like this.

Terrible customer service, they can simply put a robot there to answer people and then you won’t have any expectations, got there at 10: 45 and open sign was still off, went inside and they had no phone available but an Apple 10R, Homayoun Didn’t even TRY to help or offer any alternative way to get phone for me. I guess they don’t want to do business and that’s why don’t even care to turn Open sign on. Won’t walk into that store ever again and don’t recommend it to anyone else.

Homayoun is an awesome guy. Helped me explaining my plan and very kind. Intelligent and honest. Will definitely come back to get a new phone.

Horrible staff.went in to upgrade my phone walked out cancelling my phone service 20 minutes later. 1 star is being generous

Homuyoun is terrible. He refused to help and made no effort to resolve my internet issue. I just needed to exchange my modem. He then called another store. Then he turned to me and said he called three stores. He lied to me as if I wasn’t standing right there. I expect some level of customer service from Rogers. He said there are no more gigabit modems so he won’t help me. I called Rogers and they said “you can get a new modem. They have it in that store” I will not go back in there.

Very bad service. No manager, open and close no about open hours. Friday should be open until 7pm, 5: 30pm already closed!

The guy in the store was really rude and arrogant. I think these guys needs to understand how customer service work
