The Rogers North Oakville store close to my house. On March 28,2023 i went to change my phone to a new one. I got iPhone - it was my first iPhone. Until now I use to have a Samsung. The salesperson - Mario very clearly explained me all details of new system. I want to acknowledge Mario's professionalism and express my gratitude to Mario for his patience and attention to all my questions. I am very satisfied with Roger's service. Thank you!

I went there to get get a different sim and activate it and set up my Apple Watch after receiving the wrong sim by mail. I met Olivia who took care of all my concerns one by one and set up my phone, my watch and some errors on my account. I am more than impressed how professional and friendly Olivia was, I wish all companies have people like her. Thank you sooo much, I am really glad I moved to Rogers and I highly recommend Hay’s Blvd branch in specific

I lost my phone on airplane heading to France and when I came back I was so blessed and grateful to have dealt with the Manager Olivia at this location. She made the entire experience not so cumbersome and very seamless. She also managed to review my existing account, upgrade my phone, syncronize my existing phone data to my new one and also save me on my monthly fees as compared to my previous plan. Wow, I was very impressed and very grateful.

I'd say it's the worst customer experience I've ever had. Staff are pretty rude. They never use please. When I express my dissatisfaction, they reply that you can leave. I went to buy a sim card for my son's smartwatch. Information on the subject is limited. Moreover, instead of consulting their supervisor about a matter they do not know, the employees simply say that they do not know about it. What they say they don't know is also very basic: Is it possible to make calls with this card? I'll get the card from Bell instead of Rogers or Fido. I am a good and loyal customer of Rogers. This is a big disappointment for me. I will never go there again.

They called me to pick it up and it's ready but it's not fixed

I went to store two times to get a new sim card activated buy they gave me a sim card and said activate online. I called customer care and they said you can go to store to activate the new sim card because I don't know the old sim card number. The staff is busy gossiping with each and do not care to help customer.

They charge you $40 as set up fees even if they set up nothing for you. They tell you point blank, we charge you this but we do not give you anything in return. It is our policy. Take or leave it. Or go shop online and do not come to our stores.
This is extortion.

Came in on Tuesday August 11th around 6pm and received amazing service. Did not purchase anything but I walked away very satisfied because ALL information about my current plan was explained to me respectfully and it was a nice reminder why Rogers is the right choice!

Its been a nightmare.i am standing here for the last 90mins.nightmare of a customer service it is.on my query the guy, Thomas, at the counter said you contact customer service.to my luck i called cutsomer service while being at the counter and they categorically said that the guy at the store would do it.and the store has been trying to do it for the last 75 mins and when they finally did.very conveniently changed my packed from 45 to 75 dollars without informing me.now i am told i need to be here for another half hour to get it sorted.nightmare of a store and service!

This is the worst location ever for Rogers! The guys working there have no clue what they are doing. Expect at least 30-45 mins wait time.
They never have enough staff at this location.terrible!

Shehroz is hands down the best wireless service salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He helped us purchase and activate our tablet and the experience was so pleasant I was back a month later to upgrade my phone with him. He went above and beyond both times to ensure we were taken care of. If you're a Rogers customer, or considering becoming one, go visit Shehroz and you will not be disappointed.
