Ring a bell to get into a store… that’s new.
I needed to return my modem and I had to ring a bell… no one looked, no one walked up and told me I’d have to wait, nothing. I’m just waiting outside a store like a weirdo. Shows how much they care.

Rude and unprofessional service. They get upset quickly for no reason and order you like you are brainless. I don't understand what is up with this location.

Came here to pick up the Apple Series 6 watch for my wife and had a very pleasant and informative experience with the customer service gentlemen who attended me his name is Christopher, he was very patient, polite and explained well to me how to setup up the apple watch for my wife and gave me some great tips to protect it as well! Thank you for being helpful and kind, my wife will enjoy this watch very much no doubt!

This is the best rogers store I have been to until today Ales is best rogers representative I have ever met.

Adam & Peter were very helpful and took the time to correct all of the errors customer service made on my account and ensured what I wanted was fulfilled. Just wanted to say thank you on turning my not so good experience to an amazing.

First of all, The line is ridiculous. You guys need more employees. Shahad was extraordinary and made my 30min wait well worth it. I went in for an upgrade and left with a much better tv package than what ive had for the last 4 years. I wouldnt have switched if she wasnt so adamant about the service and the reliability. 10/10

I've been going to this location for over 5 years and I never complained about long lineups or long waiting time when there's only 1 or 2 employee (s) working all the time. However my last visit to this place just let me down completely. I have 4 phones with Rogers and it's only because I own a courier business and needed phones for my employees. My advise to Roger's? Get your store a new MANAGEMENT PLEASE! Hope this msg goes to the head office!
PS The manager at this place is a joke. If he was a friend of mine, I would definitely kick his a$$.

Went in to this branch on a Saturday after spending over 5 hours trying to deal with my Rogers account S8 that had the battery blow up in my phone and ruin it. The guy was so rude, making implications like, 'i have never seen this happen with a Samsung b4'. Subtly hinting that i somehow caused this to happen, or that it wasnt the right battery 4 the phone! He had no ppl skills whatsoever!

Nice store. Michelle was trying to help with a situation that the live agent screwed up. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get my PVR as had been stated to me by the live agent. However Michelle made me aware of a Chatr and Rogers loyalty program that I may make use of.

Three employees all sitting down with customers talking about phone plans, four people waiting in line then 10 minutes later two other employess come out the back and assist the people in line.
