Had a great experience buying the ignite internet and flex 10 bundle. The issue is I have defective hardware and the sales rep told me if I had any issue that I can bring it back and they would exchange. So I go back to exchange and the person at the counter said yep no problem then went to the back and when they return said sorry you need to contact technical support.my issue is the hardware was defective and they have replacement hardware at the store and chose not to replace the hardware when it is well within their capabilities. Now I'm going to have to deal with tech support and wait weeks for new hardware to ship and send back when the store can just do it in 5 mins this is sooo frustrating that this company would choose to waste more of their time and my time when they can just re-issue me the hardware.

Worst in store service, the guy didn't even have a name tag on so I can't even mention his name. I asked him to carry my old number over from my old phone into the new phone. I get home to find out I'm not getting any calls or text messages because he gave me a new number. He had no clue how to explain anything about the phone it self or how to explain my bill. He didn't know about any of the Rogers shared plans I had to look them up on my phone for him. And now I'm sitting on call with Rogers for about over an hour trying to fix this. I will never go to this Rogers store again period. I might even cancel my service because of this.

We weren't planning on stopping by this Rogers location but we were in the area and needed to exchange a modem. Good thing we did because Sam noticed a discrepancy on our account that no one else mentioned before. Not only did he point this out to us but he also explained how we can correct this mistake. He just saved us $300 on our bill. Now that's what a call a WOW Moment! Way to go Sam!

Yesterday when trying to locate open washrooms in the mall (since the most are closed due to Covid now) an employee waved over my friend and I and told us where to find the nearest open washrooms. Obviously he wasnt doing this to try to get a sale out of either of us. But he was the only person to help us without us asking. I don’t know his name. But he’s the best employee at this store purely because he took initiative to help others. 20/10 great human, I appreciate his existence.

The service is horrible for ignite tv and internet.both always crash.customer service is horrible.over 30minutes on hold to cancel rediculous

The manger here is awesome. She goes out of you way to help and provides amazing customer service. Not normally a big fan of dealing with the store but this store has some super helpful employees.

I give this store a two because the girl helping me was nice and friendly, however the store 'policy' if there is such a thing, is a bit ridiculous and they scam you. I returned my old phone and received $100 credit to use toward my new phone. After 4 days, I returned the new phone for a different brand. I was not given my $100 credit for the new phone and had to pay full price to get it or upgrade my plan to have it cheaper. So basically, they kept my old phone because it was 'shipped out' somewhere already, and I didn't get to have my $100 credit. I lost my old phone for nothing and they got it for free out of me. If I would have known that this was some sort of 'forfeit' as I was told then I never would have given up my old phone and would prefer to give it to my parents. I had to call the management complaint department to actually get this resolved, and even they said that the store should have still given me that credit toward the recent purchase I was making. That it doesn't matter if my old phone was shipped out or not. So clearly.if online management is saying the store should have approved the credit, then something is wrong with how this store handles their customers.
