I recently had an excellent experience at this Rogers store with Amber. Amber was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. She went above and beyond to address my concerns and ensure I left satisfied. I appreciate her dedication to providing top-notch service, and I highly recommend this store for anyone seeking exceptional customer support. Five stars!

I received wonderful customer service today from Lexian. Earlier in the day I called several stores with regards to purchasing a new iPhone 14. From the moment Lexian answered the phone he sounded truly interested and happy to help (unlike other stores who made me feel like an inconvenience). Lexian was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. As a result, I purchased my iPhone 14 from him along with several other accessories. He truly went the extra mile. I will definitely return to him and the Rogers store on Wonderland road in the future!

I was there to return a phone on behalf of my mother since the financing term was up (we are under the same family plan). Lady (dont know her name) was extremely rude from the start with some serious attitude. Immediately greets me by asking "why are you here" and after my explanation proceeds to tell me I couldn't drop off the phone because it would be "fraud" to do so despite being told by another rogers employee it wouldnt be an issue. I went to another location and they accepted it with no issue and we all laughed at the absurdity of how she doesn't even know basic rogers policy. Either she's new or just straight up doesn't want to do her job. Honestly, just because you are having a bad day or want to go home doesn't mean you should act unprofessionally at your workplace. Additionally, please review your own store policy instead of making me drive to another location.

The manager has no sense of customer engagement. After seeming to have an issue with system not accepting documents. She wouldn't even call Rogers to clatifying and said "it isn't my job". Her error caused me to be on the phone with Rogers Support Agent just to say that she didn't do her job and put info incorrectly on system causing error. She walked away and the other Staff stepped up and took over and completed flawlessly in less than 10mins. Unreal Customer Relations.

I was there at 5: 01 and they have the door locked and employees were just staring at me so unprofessional they didn’t even open the door nothing!

I just went to this location to buy a phone case. The 2 girls working there were extremely rude, giving me dirty looks, and typing to each other on their computers about me. They handed me first a case that was all dirty and had scratch marks on it and once I asked for a new one they brought one out, as I was looking at the new case to make sure it was okay they were once again typing on their computer about me and showing each other and then both started laughing. Extremely disrespectful and rude and both of them shouldn’t be working there because it seems like they are both extremely clueless about anything to do with the rogers company anyway.

Great customer service. Mabel explained the upgrade options clearly and listened to what our needs were and provided some good options with the phones, insurance and accessories. We upgraded 2 phones because of her! We had a technical challenge with the account (no fault of Mabel’s) and she assisted in getting all straightened out. Her colleague Georgina also assisted - great team work at this store. Everyone that we encountered at this store was friendly, efficient (all had good senses of humour). Above all - they know their stuff and go above and beyond.

Had a very Bad Experince from the coustomer Support. The two ladies in the store was too lazy to look into the system to suggest me a suitable package for my need and they behaved like they dont want any coustomers in the store even though I was the only coustomer in the store, there was no wonder why the store was empty, being a coustomer support person my self I know how bad they where dealing with coustomers, due to the behaviour of the coustomer support person they are loosing business. I dont suggest this store for any enquiry or purchase. I had to put 1 star because I cant go ahead with the review post, they dont deserve even a single start for their action.

Was able to receive prompt and realiable service at this location. With the help of the manager and staff all the necessary steps were taken so that my issues with my phone could be resolved immediately and I can get the best service possible.

I just upgraded my wife phone and the staff was amazing. Very helpful and knowledgeable. They even help us decide which phone was the best fit for her (and It wasn't the most expensive one). The manager was very considering and wanted to make sure we are satisfied with the purchase. Guarantee going back to that store again. And share this amongst my friends to get the best service out there.

Rogers internet is the worst my internet always disconnects every day and every time I call them it takes 2 hours on the phone just to talk to someone and when they send someone to fix my internet it works good for 5 hours then turns really bad.

I came into this location to have someone from rogers help explain my bill to me. They were very busy but working hard, when I thought it'd be my turn and I was called upon to be assisted next by a blonde man, not in uniform and from what I could tell from the way he "assisted" or rather spoke to the other staff, he was the boss. He asked me how he could help me and I brought up the 3 most recent bills and asked him to explain the charges as each bill is different. This last bill being the largest when I haven't made any changes to my account. The boss after hearing my concerns told me that he would not be able to address billing matters with me and I would need to call or wait for one of his employees to become available. I was a little taken back as he introduced himself to me as someone who could help then it felt like upon realizing I was not there to buy anything he would rather continue hovering over another employee while they assisted someone else buying a phone. I waited to be helped by someone else and had the pleasure of having Jared look over my billing with me. He was able to give a clear explanation and advice to help me lower my bill moving forward, I want to thank the young man for taking the time and being patient with all my questions. However I feel the need to bring to light the unprofessionalism I witnessed by the manager. He was distracting to the staff by making uncomfortable jokes, jumping in to conversations and cutting people off to offer them things like iPads when they only came in for a new remote.

Came in to look at new phones, I planned to buy one. I tried looking at the phones but they had them strapped to a table 3 1/2’ off the ground. I’m 6.5’, - impossible to look at! They clearly don’t care that clients can’t even test out the camera, the most important feature! An employee came over and told me every stores like that, what a lie! Incompetence here, I went to another Rogers store 10 minutes away, they had them on extendable security cables & I could view them perfect, bought the perfect CAMERA phone for me - Huawei P20 Pro. I came in but you gave me no reason to stay! You lost my business!

We walked into this store today October 6,2018. The woman in the store was obviously not happy to have her rest time in the back room interrupted. We wanted to ask about cable. She kept telling us to call Rogers and would not even show us basic information about cable service. Got rushed out of the store. Terrible employees. Stay away.

Stay away! Absolute horrible! Extremely rude employees! I had to deal with them twice, once for cable modem and once for my cell phone. Very bad experience. Both times, when the issues were not fixed and I complained, they were very rude, had no desire to help me, and told me that they're just '3rd party' and can't do anything. They told me to call Rogers/Samsung directly. Both times, when I called Rogers, they told me that the store should have helped me. Disgusting store!

They need to teach employees efficiency. Waited over 1.5 hours with only 2 people ahead of me. The lady working there had a hard time setting up new cell for a costumer and kept calling someone at Rogers. I told her I just need to return my devices after cancelling Rogers, can she just scan it quickly. She said sorry have to wait because it takes at least 15 minutes to return a device. Pure lie. When my turn came up, she scanned the device and that was it. Less than 10 seconds after 1.5 hour wait.

I was in there today to exchange a modem. While there (inches beside me) an elderly man was asking about how to charge an iPhone that his grandson gave him. He was using a USB cable. The employee told him it was the wrong cable and shrugged him off. I told the man he could get a new iPhone charge cable at the dollar store that is in the same parking lot as this Rogers store for $4. The Salesman piped up saying that they sell them for $20.00. The man thanked me and said he would go to the dollar store. The Sales man said "you better have good home insurance" I interrupted saying "Why? " the sales man said "the dollar store chargers catch fire" I told him that "yes it is true that earlier in the year Health Canada recalled a bunch of charges for fire safety concerns, but that does not mean that all dollar store chargers are fire hazards. Just make sure you buy one that has a CSA Cert on it and its fine.
Then a second employee spoke up and said "I personally had 2 catch fire"
That comment is why I'm giving a bad review.up until this point, i can understand warning someone about cheap products, that is only good service.but to Lie to my face and tell me you personally had 2 catch fire. Really? So I am to believe you bought a cheep cable at the dollar store and it caught fire, so then you decided to replace it whit another cheap cable from the dollar store and it caught fire also? Yet you work at rogers and have access to all there inventory of cables? I call BS! I don't like people lying to me or using fear tactics to manipulate the elderly.
After reading other reviews on this store, I think there is clearly a training issue that rogers needs to address.
