Extremely grateful that we met Austin Thomas as our rogers representative here, as he was very calm through a series of issues we had when trying to upgrade our Iphone on an upfront edge package. Austin went far beyond his JD to to call and secure us the details we need as well as making sure we felt at ease through a very stressful issue. Unlike other Rogers store like one at bayview mall, the staffs were so rude and I found out this is not an official Rogers store but an authorized dealer. They can’t do thing the normal Rogers store can. Because they are still using the Rogers logo exactly same as the official store, it is very misleading and can waste many peoples’ time.

I have been a long time customer of Rogers, and I’m always surprised when I see negative reviews. This weekend, my iPhone started glitching and turning off, so I needed to purchase a new phone immediately. I was in the shop both yesterday, as well as today, and both times I had stellar customer service.

Shafagh Azhandeh was the person who was able to sign me up, set up a brand new phone, as well as recommend accessories needed to go with the new iPhone 14. I could not be more pleased! She was very patient, and I feel very satisfied with the deals that Rogers offered.

I will continue to be a loyal fan of Rogers!

Can’t help their customers at all. Every question asked the lady, she would only tell me she doesn't know and told me I have to go to the other branch to solve the problem. And the lady was even eating a banana while talking to me. Super unprofessional.

P.s. I just have a problem with switching my SIM card.because they changed my number.

Never pick up the phone, no social distancing, no covid screening questions, store looks unorganized and dirty, staffs are slow and incompetent. It's really hard to say something positive about this place.

I know you may have less employees to service customers. BUT I came here at 11: 30 and wait for over 35 mins, which does make any change to the line outside the store. The guy who in front of me is lining and waiting longer than me. If anyone decides to go, better count your time. I just want to return the modem back. I even paid $2 for the parking and waiting like 35 mins. The parking session run out and the guy in front of me still wait outside. Can you return my time and money back? I waste my money and time? Waiting for people inside doing service which I don’t know why it takes that long? I just leave. I would like give a no star review but the lowest is one star. People inside the store can definitely know there are people waiting for a long long time. Can’t you just give a little explanation rather than leave them alone?

The manager of this branch is very funny. He sold me an iphone with a screen protector which obviously wasnt built for iphone 11 pro max. A bubble appeared on the protector. When I took it back there he didn't refund me instead sold me a new one. The second protector made the same problem within 2 days. When I got back there for the second time he said there must be a problem with the phone. He didint believe it was the screen protector. When I took it to apple the geek team found it funny. Show me that the screen was flat. And they gave me a screen protector of their company. I used that, it worked just fine. When I got back to rogers store to tell them that it was the 2 screen protector they sold me. The funny guy said, I quote: "it was just a cosmetic problem, the protector was working just fine, you just didn't like the fact that there was a bubble other than that it functioned perfectly". You just made me laugh mr.manager. Oh by the way I e-mailed them about my issue they didn't even bother to reply to me.

Came for some simple phone plan changes and even though they had two people working the one who I started with told me she was didn't really know how to do much and I had to wait for the other person. I have now been waiting for an hour and have not been helped. The person who doesn't know how to do much is just playing on her phone while all the customers wait for the other person.

Very rude manager, terrible customer service, was rudely arguing with a customer when I entered, very unprofessional, then refused to deal with my issue, told me to call customer service even tho customer service had just sent me there. Rogers, terrible management at this store reflects you, been a customer since 2004, why am I wasting my money to be treated like this?

Every time I visited I had to face this manager who is the rudest and unwilling to help person I have met in customer service industry. The man even does not look at you. He sits in front of a computer and talk. And his tone of the voice is so rough that one has to restraint anger not to yell at him. I can guarantee there have been other complaints against him. Hope someone will look into this.

Disrespect rude and racism were my experience in this location. I called prior to visiting the location to see if they would be able to help me with an issue on my phone and they replied "YES WE CAN FIX IT PLEASE COME INTO THE SHOP" so I head over to this location and walk inside the door. I wait at the line for 15 mins because they work like turtles and I finally get to speak to someone I think it was Igor, immediately I noticed his rude manner, no eye contact, not caring. I told him I spoke to him on the phone about fixing the issue with my phone and he replies with "No I dont know what your talking about that was not me and nobody here said that to you". I dont know if it was because I'm a middle eastern Muslim man that he became racist and rude towards me or if his period was leaking in between his legs I'm not sure but one thing is for sure NO OTHER CUSTOMER IN THE SHOP WAS TREATED THE WAY I WAS TREATED AND NO OTHER CUSTOMER WAS MIDDLE EASTERN DECENT LIKE ME. I'm going to be calling corporate to file a complaint against this location for discrimination, racism, and disrespect.

Big store. However, do not get fooled by employees. Manager tried feeding myself and my friend false information, which I caught on. As well tries to upsell you on plans that don't make sense.

ROGERS really need to train this employee IGOR for some basic customer service skills.

I went to the store today at around 11 am and at that time this sales rep was attending another customer. There was no other sales rep and I waited to be acknowledged and at least updates on the wait time. I waited for more than 15 minutes expecting Igor to at least acknowledge my presence or at least update me if there is going to be a wait. Please verify this fact from the camera recordings you have. He acted as if I am non existent. This is very insulting and rude. I would really question the training imparted to this employee. Such attitude is and will drive away your customers.

After more than 10 minutes of wait, another employee came from back office who assisted me.

Originally I wasn't going to write a review about my absolutely unnecessary troublesome experience I had with this location, but I changed my mind soon after having received some rude attitude and zero customer service from some of its reps. I visited this store to get a new SIM card. The person who handled the work apparently had trouble inserting the SIM card into my phone. He took at least 20 min to replace the SIM card, which worried me because he was using various tools to "push" the SIM card into my phone. After a long while in the store, I left with a neutral feeling not knowing the next few days would be completed RUINED. Since that visit, my phone has ABSOLUTELY no signal = can't call out/take calls, can't receive messages, can't use data AT ALL and had no network signal for 6 DAYS STRAIGHT! Thinking it might be some network/connection issues, I called Rogers and even the the previous phone company back and forth at least 7 times, had them go through all sort of troubleshooting and configuration with me, restarted my phone countless times, restarted my network connections but seemed like none of the methods were working. Finally, I tried swapping SIM cards to see if it's the SIM card problem. Having done that, this SIM card gave zero signal on all 4 phones I tried on. A Rogers call centre rep suggested I reach out to this store as I bought that defected (or man-made-defected, who knows) SIM card from this place. Spoke with another person from this place twice, and both times I was rudely cut off that no matter what had happened with that SIM card, I still need to pay again to get a replacement, and then talk to Rogers call centre to beg for a reimbursement of the defected (or man-made-defected) SIM card. One, if you can't even provide a standard level of customer service to me, at least be somewhat helpful. Two, after learning about the troubles this defected SIM card had me go through, you offer no solutions. Three, regardless of whether I am a customer or not, basic respect is something everybody should have in this world!

I have just swapped my modem for a new model as I have been having a lot of internet connection issues lately. I was welcomed by two professionals who truly know their job! One of them took the time to let me know how to properly setup the new device, and it was very clear. You will find true professionalism at this location. Thank you gentlemen!
