Upgraded my phone of Friday with Parin. It was an awesome in-store experience. Not only was Parin able to process my upgrade quickly but his colleague (regrettably I didn’t get his name) gave my son papers to colour, put on tv shows for him and showed him games on the IPad so I could do what I needed to get done. Honestly one of the greatest experiences I’ve had with any cell phone activation and/or upgrade. Highly recommend this location!

The doors are kept locked and they won’t let you in the store without removing my glasses and having my face scanned. I guess a lot of robbers mistake them for the jewelry store right next door. If I could give this location a lower score I would.

We came here because the person we talked to on the phone said we had to come in. However, their doors are locked, and NOWHERE does it say you have to ring a doorbell to be buzzed in. The people at the counter were just staring at us like idiots. A nice lady came up behind us, and she was the one who said you have to ring the doorbell. We rang it, and they said that the building is "at capacity" even though there were 2 guys not doing anything at the back of the store. There were 2 other Roger guys who were with clients at consultation tables. But really? A store this large can only let 2 people inside at a time?

A great store with great employees and customers. Company slowly lost its feel of community, and the intense sales thrown at you while trying to purchase something else, makes me do everything online or the mall. The overall atmosphere of rogers has shifted colder in my opinion.

I've been using this store for the last 6 or 7 years, even though Orillia's store (inept staff.if they acknowledge your existence at all) is much closer. I've had excellent, polite and knowledgeable service every single time and their upselling is well explained with pros and cons. They listen to your needs and wants, budget and other inquiries and provide products that best suit your requirements. I never felt pressured or rushed and the 4 or 5 times that I've been here, it has always been much more than satisfactory. Kudos to all of the staff at the Bayfield street store in Barrie.

PS: Can you train the Orillia store's staff so I can save on gas, it's expensive!

Worst customer service. We ask for interest connection the technical person can’t come inside the house coz of COVID but if we pay 99.99$ charge for him to come inside and fix the internet connection. For money they skip COVID.

Very very poor service. Staff didn’t listen the problem very well. I will definitely give zero star if there is a option.they even don’t know passport proof is more stronger proof then driving license.

I came in to upgrade a phone and ended up getting a better deal than I was told previously. Any people complaining on other reviews about having to wait outside get over yourselves. We are in a global pandemic and they can only have a certain number of people in to maintain social distancing.

Jared was the man! Thank so much. I came into the store in a panic when my stupid Pixel 2 was broken and he took the time (incredibly patient with me) to help.

He enlisted Dillon's help as well. I inquired about plans and new phones and Jared was no pressure and tried to guide me based on my needs. Would advise any customer to ask for Jared.

Nice looking store front. I was served by Alessandro.he interrupteded me 3 times within 1 min.and instated of apologies he blamed it on me.
He didn't even know my phone functions.

The agent was very helpful but couldn't accept my health card or PAL as ID for my account so we had to go back home to pick up my passport and when we got back we had to wait 40 minutes in line. Both are government issued forms of photo ID so I don't know why this was necessary.

Good place but watch out for Brandon.might as well be talking to a biased brick wall, and is not good with customers.

Very disappointed to visit Rogers service was not good waited for 45 min to talk to someone then i was told computer is down and the man had an attitude.

I have always preferred to go to THIS Roger's store. The staff are incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable
