Their phone hold times are so long it's disgusting. No matter how much you complain it just falls on deaf ears. Rogers has lost their way with customers.

Promised same services as Shaw was giving me. They broke their promise despite being a contractrual obligation of agreement. They also refused to give me paper bills unless I gave my banking info. They cut off my lines on Christmas eve without anyone in the office to fix it. This place is both aggressive and a thief and a liar!

They gave me an attractive deal for the first year. But increased price like crazy for the next year. I felt being manipulated like a fool by this greedy monopoly player.

Arguably one of the worst companies and customer services in Canada. I really feel sorry for anyone that rely on in this company at some level, as employee, contractor or customer.

I never ordered a cell phone number from rogers and they just went ahead and started billing me.i called customer service to let them know and they sent me to collections and dated the cancellation the day that i called.i informed the collections agent that i needed to speak with a manager prior to her putting through the cancellation because she was not cancelling it the right way.she understand i never ordered the service and never used it.now the bill is over 200 dollars for a service i never wanted or used. This is a horrid despicable way of getting money out of people by force!

Very knowlegeable and friendly staff. Perhaps about 5 staff for the 8 customers at the time. So the only negative would be the 20 or 30 minute wait and then probably the 20 minute service time but there was ample space to be seated and wait

Really. 1 of 1. Way less than a star. Employees trained to lie, assure they will call back and don't, say I'm calling the wrong department, but there are only two numbers to call, say they are trying to fix it, I was on the phone with them for close to 8 hours yesterday, the last 5 in one shot, but could not get anything arranged. There is no good time to call because "people don't work 9 - 5 so it can be busy all the time. They are so good at telling the sincerely that for the first 3/4 hours and 5/6 people, one may be taken in. But, if 14 people cannot make an appointment for me to get a home phone after 8 hours, what are they doing? Getting trained, but not in delivering anything. The name should be changed to Rogers Miscom.

Can't leave 0 Stars. 4 Days on the phone. Multiple Departments. 2 service visits and a bill received to a 90 year old that is already being paid in a tenancy agreement. These people switch you to another department, then after 3 hours on hold you are cut off. Absolutely disgusting. Still on hold. Day 4 131 minutes today. Still waiting.
