Rogers Enterprise Business Centre

I came in here the other week looking to get a new phone and a family plan. Honestly so impressed by the customer service! I originally visited some other phone providers whose representatives noticed my indecisiveness and did not bother to assist me properly.

Here I was helped by Mehdi and he really took his time to help find me a phone and family plan that was right for me and I haven’t looked back since! Cannot recommend enough!

I walked in with a terrible Virus on my phone and it had been spamming my phone for over 2 days. A very knowledgeable, personable, employee who could have chosen to brush me off as I was convinced I'd have to factory reset and he was as well, offered to try a few things first. This saved my files, pictures, phone. The biggest thank you, for taking that 5 minutes to try something first.

I signed up for a promotion on June 30th. I had called them to sign up over the phone but was told to complete it over the web. I did as requested and received an email to confirm my employment to validate I would qualify for the preferred plan. I did provide the information and followed up with a phone call. At the time, I was told that I did qualify for the preferred plan and that I should be getting my phone in a few days. 1 week later after several tries, I finally been able to talk to an actual person (pete) he told me that the phone was on backordered but should not be much longer. 1 week later I called again for another status, and once again I spoke to Pete and told me that he was embrassed by the situation and tried to call the processing centre. He was enabled to get a hold of them but told me he would walk upstairs and someone would call me back in 5 to 10 min. That was Thursday July 16th. I never heard back from him or anyone from that matter until July 21. I received a call from the processing centre and they wanted to check a few information with me. They informed me that while I had signed up for a promotion the Samsung s20+ was on back ordered and that the price of the device went up from 39.99 to 54.99 and since it was on back ordered and the ordered could not be completed while he promotion was still on, I could no longer qualify for it. I have requested to talk to management and I have not heard from anyone. I will be contacting the better business bureau. This is fraud. No where in the order it stated while supplies last, or given an option to choose another phone.

Really appreciated the service that was provided at this location. Honestly the best customer service by owner and sales representative Faysal S. Faysal made sure we got the best plan for our family as if he was getting it for his own. Answered all the questions we had. Honestly five star worthy!

Went here for some help with selecting a replacement phone. The young man working there was so incredibly helpful and patient, and even stayed a little after closing to help us. He was super kind a pleasant - amazing customer service. Thank you so much! Highly recommend!

Rogers business employment I have a Rogers account with them for a cell phone they give me very good deals I am happy with it or continuous bee say with Rogers I've been with them for a long long time it's been close to 15 years I've been with Rogers Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year the Rogers staff and all of their family I feel like I'm family with Rodgers cable inside light and cell phones with all the product what they have Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to Rodgers cable and their staff
