I can't say enough good things about this firm. My first lawyers had me capitulating on a particular issue that I knew was not legally correct. This guy talks a very good game but is completely ineffective and an outright thief. They charged me $12,500 to edit one 5 page letter WHICH I WROTE! Tries to justify it by saying there were 12 attachments to be photocopied (which I put together - not their work). Gerard Schertzer apparently does not have a secretary because he charged me $650 an hour to "hand walk" a document to the copy machine all by himself and photocopy it. Wrote to Rogerson, first agreed to refund me 60% or 70% of the bill and then reneged because I called made disparaging remarks about him to a friend. I have never seen such absolutely blatant thievery, not in NYC's top law firms nor in the developer I was suing. Absolutely shameless and without redemption. A predator not an attorney.

My experience with Rogerson Law Group was horrible. I hired them and costs began to increase and I became dissatisfied with their approach and execution. I ended up switching to a new laywer whom I was very happy with. I was forced to go to court regarding over charges. The end result was Rogerson Law Group signed minutes of settlement agreeing to pay me. They did not pay me by the date or method (Bank Draft) agreed in court. This in and of itself is unethical and unprofessional and further confirmed my earlier distrust. I have been forced to repeatedly contact this law group where I have been met with nothing but rudeness from Andrew Rogerson who appears to have a personal issue with me for being a woman who is strong enough and intelligent enough to stand up for her rights.

This was over 30 DAYS AGO and to date I have still NOT received payment.

I expect this comment to be followed by shock at these accusations and an offhanded insult towards me personally. Let Rogerson Law Group prove in their response to this why you should not hire them. If you want a law firm without ethics that does not honour a basic court agreement and tries to pass the blame then it is your loss.

I have worked with Rogerson Law Group and the owner Andrew Rogerson for over 5 years now. They are very professional and Andrew is a very kind and considerate man who takes good care of his employees, vendors and everyone he works with. I have consulted with him on a few business issues and his advise was very useful and practical. It is a great experience to work with him. I highly recommend his services.

It was an International case which I anticipated would be complicated but Matthew made it easy and I was very happy with the result. Natasha at the front desk was always pleasant and made my visits less stressful. Overall I would recommend them for sure!

I will never forget the kindness from Mr. Arash Jazayeri and the level of commitment to his legal service.
Mr. Jazayeri was introduced to me, through Consulate-General of Japan in Toronto, after the Hague motion went through the Canadian Central Authority. I called the consulate-general out of desperation after finding out the out-dated information on the lawyers in Toronto provided by the US government led me to the lawyers either out of reach or already retired.
Mr. Jazayeri even let me help him as I had a bit of paralegal experience in the past so we could save time and money to have the case go smoothly. I have never met any lawyers from past career who would be so generous and understanding to his/her clients.
Thanks to his tremendous work, we were able to have a solid result from the Hague court that my son's home country is US and his legal matters can be settled in a court only 5 minutes drive from where I live. It took me months to fully understand the impact of the Hague court and I'm really grateful for his support in the most difficult time of my life.

I have no hesitation in recommending Rogerson Law Group for your legal needs! I have been working with them for three and half years on a case that went to trial last month. Robert Rastorp has been awesome to work with as he has always been on top of things, constantly handling all matters ahead of schedule, effectively and efficiently, without any need for me to followup on matters or push for action. My trial was last month; I am awaiting the judgment at this time, but I feel quite positive because Senior Counsel Andrew Rogerson was tremendous at trial, and both he and Robert Rastorp were well prepared, professional, and ensured that all of the important points and relevant case law were covered.
