Rolix Auto Collision

Brought in my Mercedes CLS63 for a front bumper repaint. Paint was color matched perfectly and my car was returned exactly on the day and time promised.

I have since been back for other small body work, custom paint work and detailing and the results are always excellent.

Definitely a 5 star body shop.

Got in accident in september 2019, car fixed finally in feburary, 2020.5 months they took. Once I got it back, had to get dealership to fix the parts they couldnt't fix. Also got surprised with a 407 charge a month later. Funny business they are running here. Do not recommend.

I've had just a great experience with Rolix. They work on time and precisely to have me back on the road. Also, they were very nice to answer all my questions no matter what time it was. My mini Cooper came out looking brand new! So happy I was refer to Rolix.

Beware! Don’t be fooled by Rolix managment. Biggest sham ever! My car was with this shop for 4 months! The job was only suppose to take 2 weeks. My car came back with new damages and incomplete. I am left with an undriveable car. Time and money wasted. Not to mention as soon as he got paid he disappeared. Good luck ever getting a hold of this crook. Read all reviews. The truth is evident. Sad story.

I cannot express the level of unprofessionalism this “business” provides for it’s customers. Horrendous job fixing my vehicle after an accident. I was referred to bring my car to this shop by the person who towed my car, because he gets a kick back off it. They did not fix my AC, the hood does not match the colour of the rest of my vehicle, they removed parts and did not put them back on (also refused to give them back), and did not properly repair my steering wheel, just to name a few of the issues. Once they get paid by the insurance company, they dodge all your calls and could care less about you or your vehicle. The owner, Ryan, set up 3 appointments with me to have my AC repaired after they failed to do so, and all 3 times, he was a no show when I went to the shop. I was even told to leave by an employee because he wasn’t aware of any appointments scheduled for the time/day. This business is a joke, and this review is just a brief summary of the hassle they’ve caused me. I’m reporting Rolix to the Ministry of Transportation. This type of service is unacceptable by a registered business that customers trust with their vehicles. Seriously, save yourself a LOT of stress.go somewhere else.

My car got into accident, I was brought here. Not sure about the previous reviews but my car was fixed in a timely manner to my satisfaction.

Worst auto shop you can ever deal with. They will keep your car for almost half a year to find out that they only change 1/4 part of the job. You've been warned not to come here. They will be hearing with legal soon enough

They work along side with Russian thieves! Fraud your calls and fraud the insurance for non existent towing fees and storage fee and tear down fee which never happened!
Stay away from these scammers! They do the cheapest and dodgy job, paint over paint and dent etc! Stay away!

The worst communication i have ever dealt with by whoever runs this place. I call sometimes 3-4 times a day, i message them as the owner told me to i never get responses and i send emails and no one answers. It's an insurance claim and at this point they are taking advantage. They have been telling me the same excuse for a month as to why the car is not done. I regret the day i awarded them to fix my car, it has been a nightmare since. The repairs and the 'painting' they did is literally terrible. They kept my car hostage.

If your car gets towed here after an accident, get it out as soon as you can. The repairs on the car were NOT PROPERLY DONE; the parts weren't put on correctly and half of the parts aren't even painted to match the color of the car. Not only is this shop/business owner unprofessional but once he receives your business he dodges all your calls and messages. The owner has the WORST communication I have ever experienced. DO NOT use this Shop! Save yourself the aggravation and stress.

One of the worst autoshop.they are blackmailers.once they got the business then they will stop reciving your calls.messages.i car was there for more then 7 weeks.the worst communication.even they did not fix the car properly.today i fixed it on my own from other mechanic. If It's an insurance claim.once they got the business after this point they will take advantage.

Was involved in a accident had horrible experience with a shop my Insurance recommended so I decided to give Rolix a try. Taking my vehicle to Rolix was the best decision. I have never had such a pleasant experience with a shop as I did with Rolix.
Their staff is great extremely helpful and friendly. Helped guide me through the process. Cleared all my concerns I had about getting my repair.
They fixed my Mercedes Like New. I cannot tell it was ever in a accident! The best repair I have ever seen! Also Lifetime Warranty on their work!

I would give this shop a 10 star rating if it was possible. I came in with my senior uncle who had been a victim of a hit and run accident. The guys there were so helpful and patient and showed nothing but utmost respect for us and what we were dealing with. As we were unfamiliar with the process of going through the insurance and the repairs of the car, they answered all of our questions and concerns and were extremely patient with our indecisiveness. The service was fast and everything was done properly. Very happy customer!

In December, I brought my Mazda CX-9 to Rolix Auto Collision for repairs. I was very happy with the service I received. The owner was very informative and patient with me. I had numerous concerns and questions, and he took the time to explain everything in fine detailing. The team at Rolix did an exceptional job at fixing my SUV, I couldn't be happier. Not to mention, they gave me back my truck in immaculate condition!
I highly recommend Rolix Auto Collision.
