Hands down, best dispensary around! I’ve been to. Nothing compares to Roll’D. I’ve been to many dispensaries and this one by far has the best staff, best product, and very welcoming environment!

Customer service is not their priority.
It's unfortunate because I spend a lot of money and now that I've had an issue with one of their products, they will not reimburse me for it but whatsoever.
They also make you kind of feel like you're doing something wrong When you express to them how you feel.
Worst customer service ever.
Have some decent products but so does every other store.
There are plenty of other pot stores to go to.
Thanks for not taking my complaint seriously. Especially the girl with the nails.

What I really loved was the delivery aspect to all of this. Didn’t pay a cent more than if I walked into store. Now I go for the ounce bags D Fraser valley I love and that D burger is incredible. It’s a go to For me. Took maybe a hour but I was located near Healeys Heath. 5/5

You guys lost me today after giving me the run around and ending our exchange awkwardly. I will be shopping at cannatime from now on. Telling me to go home and come back. I went home but i wont be back. Yikes on the customer service.

Nice store, friendly staff. Ive had issues returning things. I was in getting a new dab nail a while back and the guy was talking to me and i guess grabbed a different one then the one i pointed at and it was way to small, tried to exchange the un-used peice and they wouldnt accept. I also had it where i purchased 28 grams of this "chopped harvest" expecting it to be milled bud or however you say it (pre ground), at no fault of theirs, the bud was not as advertised and was litteral shake, probly 40% stems and the rest was leaves. I tried returning and was told they cant help me. This wouldnt stop me from going, but itd be nice if there was a little more they could do for dissatisfied customers.

Friendly and helpful staff make for a positive experience. I would recommend going here for any purchases or even more so, questions that you may have about various products.

Open late, can’t beat the prices, nice clean organized set up, super friendly staff and owners! What else would you want? Love this place! Highly recommended!

My favourite dispensary. It's the only one I go to. They always greet me with a smile and have a wide selection of things to purchase.

Since moving to the area, this location has been our dispensary of choice! There is always a ton of selection, the owners are lovely and really know their stuff, prices are competitive, and it’s a great environment!

The only issue (and the reason I wont give 5 stars) is one employee who is really not friendly at all. Like I said above, the owners and staff are amazing, but I went and picked up an online order recently and the employee at the counter was SUPER rude. Light brown/Blonde hair, about 5’4”, didn’t catch her name because I yeeted outta there when she barely made eye contact, was unfriendly, and seemingly couldn’t care less about my business. When I discussed this with a few friends, they immediately knew who I was talking about and had the same experiences. Unfortunate. I’ll still be back because I don’t believe one bad apple should ruin the bunch!

Same experience as all the 1 star reviews. The store manager here isn't happy to have customers. There's not static menu so I asked for a list of their investory. That's when the attitude came. I apologize for not knowing what you had in stock. Luckily the 10 other cannabis shops in the area are happy to serve. This a very saturated market. If you don't lose this employee or her attitude, you won't survive. The shop by the dollarma is my favourite. That owner loves dealing with customers. Go there.

I've been coming to Roll'd since day 1. I've been to the store over 100 times to buy top quality and fairly priced products that match OCS, every single time I have been greeted and informed with the utmost professionalism service. Christina and her staff are amazing and are knowledgeable! The website is detailed and easy to order online and you pay at the store for easier transaction! They have detailed in-store screen that include the percentage which will help you make decisions for the experience customer. This store is also involved in the community by raising monies for charity and also sponsors local events! I love going to this store and look forward to the new points system!

Great selection and awesome staff. I’m shocked to see people saying staff were rude. I’ve never not been welcomed with a smile and greeting. Odd times I send my wife there for me (she doesn’t smoke) she comes back asking why everyone is so friendly lol. Keep up the good work.

Rude staff, inconsiderate and not helpful at all. Ruined our shopping experience. We have never had a negative experience at a dispensary before this was the first. Manager is just rude.

Christina was awesome. I literally had no idea what i wanted and she was so patient and it got really busy really fast.im in retail so i told her to go ahead and help them and inbetween interactions she was checking up on me and recommending different options. Really great customer service, definitely coming back even though there are two other dispensaries between me and rolld.
