We are super happy with the entire experience with ROLLer UP! From research to realization, ROLLer UP was top notch. They are professional, organized, conscientious, neat and thorough. We love our pergola shades and would definitely recommend ROLLer UP without hesitation.

Please stay away from this company! Do yourself a favour and find an alternate supplier if you're in the market for overhead doors/roller doors of any sort. Not only is the quality of the product subpar compared to its competitors, they DO NOT stand behind their products. I had an issue with some of the hardware on my purchase (it came defective), yet they insisted it wasn't, even after hours spent and photographic evidence provided. Had to go to another supplier to get the hardware, which was MILES better in terms of quality.

We had a shade installed on our pool cabana. Great installation crew. The shade was actually installed ahead of schedule and the guys worked through a steady rain to complete a perfect installation. We can't say enough about how much we love this product, wish we had done this years ago.

The product looks good. Unfortunately it does not work. It has been breaking from day one. The company has really bad service, their technicians do not know the product, they cannot service it, never mind repair it. It has been causing a lot of frustration, stress and wasted time.

I don’t think I need to say much here. A company that claims their client is not in the data base and is a “machine or a fake account used to reduce ratings of reputable business” is a company that shows who they are. Nothing more needed to say.

By the way, my account has 76 reviews, 41 of which are 5 star reviews, 5 are 4 star reviews, 6 are 3 star, 5 two star. This makes only 20% of my reviews to be reviews on the lowest end. Doesn’t fit a profile of a fake account or a machine. When something is great it is noted as well as it is noted when an experience or a product (in this case both) is simply bad. It would be unfair to great business doing good job if businesses (like yours) that don’t, would get same reviews. If everyone got a five star, regardless of work they do, the reviews would be simply pointless.

I used ROLLerUp for a small roll up door on my backyard patio bar. They were quick to come measure the project. Delivery was within a reasonable time line (4/5 weeks). Installation was quick and professional. I am very satisfied with this product and company. I would certainly recommend them to anyone needing their services.

My total experience from start to finish was a total pleasure. Professional in every way from Kirill in sales to Mania in the office to the whole install team. There was attention to detail, and follow up all the way thru. And there is still a custom piece to come. I will update this review in the next couple of weeks. I don’t post often, but my experience with Roller Up was so positive that I felt it necessary to share. From the initial consultation with Kirill, to the install, and finally the UNBELIEVABLE customer support from Marina, I can’t recommend this company enough. The quality of shades are top notch and this is a company that truly cares about its customer. I had a couple of small adjustments that were required after I had already paid in full, and even though they could have shrugged it off, roller up did the opposite and helped me out immediately. Marina made sure I got the support I needed, by sending out a tech and connecting me with someone over zoom as well, just to make sure everything was working as it should (btw, THANK YOU, Eugene, for the patience and support you gave me as well). I could go on and on but basically just wanted to give roller up my highest praise and I fully recommend this company to anyone looking to install any of the products they sell. You won’t regret it. We have to say that this is the best decision we did! During the pandemic, we undergone a backyard renovation project to create our oasis/cottage at home. An outbuilding was the focus point of this project and we knew, how much sun this building would get. Like anything since the pandemic started, with all prices went up and we were busting our budget, this was one item that we were glad that we did not scrape. With the photos below, one can see the difference of that sun directly shooting to your eyes, versus the UV 90% block afterwards. I believe the video shows the best difference on the effect RollerUP's screen! We are truly appreciative of Alex and Eugene's passion and hard work for their clients and would recommend their products to anyone in the market!

The customer service at roller up shutters is nothing short of stellar. If I could put 10 stars I would. Marina and the entire team did an excellent job at meeting all of our expectations with our order. We ordered two very large shutters to enclose the kitchen area of our Cabana. From our first consultation to the final installation, it was timely, they gave updates and they were very accommodating with installation dates that worked with our schedule. As a residential design/build firm, we have used many sub-trades for various reasons. ROLLerUP created a rolling door for a cabana. Their service, communication and installation were impeccable. From my first interaction with ROLLerUP I was pleased; getting a phone call returned in the GTA is a feat unto itself! Star 1. It cost less than I thought it would. My roll up laneway gate arrived within the timeframe I was told, (star 2) but when installers arrived I wasn't quite ready. They didn't freak out, they advised me to reschedule. "We don't mind, and we don't want you to have to spend money later if the door is damaged". Star 3. When installation finally happened I couldn't have been more pleased. Brandon & Leo did a great job & made me feel as though my job was important, all the while being personable. Stars 4 and 5. Highly recommended.

This is an excellent Company to deal with. I first dealt with RollerUp about 2 years ago as I was looking for someone to repair an old Rollag shutter. They came out to look at the job and discovered a broken plastic spindle reel guide and since parts were not available, they had a metal guide manufactured to make the repair. I have just had 2 additional shutters installed and the process from selection to measurements to manufacturing to installation date to installation all went very smotthly. I cannot say enough about the RollerUp employees- warm and friendly while very professional and competent even with all the issues with COVID. Great people, great product and a great experience.

The Roller-up Shutter door is perfect for our new basement to cover up the electrical panel in our basement renovation. It adds a beautiful finishing touch and provides the perfect aesthetic and practical solution to "What do we do with the electrical panel? " question. Irritating process and installation took a few times to do but they did fix it in the end. And did everything they could to find a solution. I will also note that the owner made me rewrite this review and called us non stop for over a month begging me to change it. So I went from two stars to three to make him happy. I have the right to freedom of speech and refuse to be bullied again
