Careless Service despite selecting tableware multiple times on the platform, it was not provided, compelling me to reorder Uber Packages to help me buy the utensils from the supermarket

The food is good and reasonably priced with a decent portion size. Both times I’ve visited this location however, they somehow lost my order, making what should have been about a 10 minute wait into a 30ish minute one.

Delicious, healthy food.

First time trying the chicken habenaro kaarage bowl I love bowls in general because of the abudance of flavor and different toppings they add the only thing is could have had more sauce but would eat again if I was near one of their locations only $13.99 too!

Everything is great about the sushi burritos. Just hoping prices don't go up but then again, inflation is a b! Tçh.

The portion sizes are really big and the food is really good. I had their takoyakis, that they were served to me cold, but still pretty good. I also tried a bowl, very filling and the sauce was pretty good. The place was busy so the staff wasn’t really helpful when we were making the order

The place is dirty but the food is very good. Ask for a double helping of salmon, it's worth every dollar.

Purchased a poke bowl today with white rice. The rice was so soggy it was hard to eat. The miso salmon also lacks flavour in general.

Literally the best. Been eating here for a year now, always so fresh and tasty! Keep going the same guys

Had the sushi burrito with salmon, it was delicious and such a generous portion. I made the staff aware of my gluten-free diet and they helped me through chosing the right ingredients that were gf. They also were very cautious (changing gloves and using a different knive to avoid cross contamination)

I’ve ordered a sushi burrito - “make your own”. It was so delicious, all the ingredients were fresh and tasty and the roll was wrapped perfectly.the staff is nice and friendly! Definitely recommend️

The cheese takoyaki was yum! I found the sushi burrito tasty but more like a poke bowl wrapped in seaweed - a bit too wet (it was falling apart) and kind of like a salad. Next time, I'll ask for less kale. Service was good!

Filling burrito. Staff put in a lot of avocado / salmon and provided excellent service. This sushi burrito will keep me full for the rest of the day! ️ Keep up the good work.

Game changer. This changes my perspective of how sushi should be eaten. You will probably need a napkin and form cause it might get a bit messy

Food was not to bad. All tables were dirty when I arrived here. I ask to clean and the waiter cleaned only 1 table for me.

Very clean, well furnished. The choices went beyond what I would expect. I was happy to see that they offer a poke bowl.

The ingredients are very fresh, the flavours and textures perfectly balanced.

Salmon sushi burrito was very good, it'll be great to add at least one not spicy salmon burrito, vecause there is 2 types, both of them are spicy

This location never fails to impress me! Always fresh and consistent. I go out of my way to go to this location out of the other ones. Way better than the trash university and dundas location

The server name Rosie was extremely rude. She was the server to place my order and packed it. I ordered a kale noodles salad and added crabmeat as add on. When she packed my food, she forgot to put crabmeat in. When I was asking for two forks (ps. I don’t know there are two forks in one bag), she took out the one inside and THROW another one that is exactly the same into the bag without explaining me that there are two forks in one bag. The store’s service need to be improved. Very disappointed.

Great rice bowl! I think they should change their name from Burrito to Bowl

Not worth the price. Size was only decent. Fish portion was sad. Vegetables were good portions and rice was fresh.

The sauce for the miso salmon could use some work.

Well, maybe we arrived in the not a good time, it was a long waiting time. It seems they need more people to work during lunch time.

This is a newer Rollation conveniently located close to Eaton Centre! The shop is quite spacious and I was able to order ahead for prompt pickup. They have both sushi burrito and poke offerings.

I had the Gochujang Chicken Karaage poke, which was well-drizzled with mild gochujang and mayonnaise. The other ingredients more closely resembled their burrito offerings with carrots, kimchi, cucumber, green onions & pickled radish on a bed of white rice. Not bad at all.

Portions were large and this new menu item was was decently tasty. I will consider Rolltation again next time when I’m looking for some poke eats.

Food is very tasty and healthy with a lot of options, the place itself is clean, and the staff is very nice. Will definitely come back for more

I like this place especially this location, I go there so many times and I brought tones of my different friends to buy food there. The reason why I left this comment is the attitude of the staff who was the cashier yesterday was really bad. I was trying to get the stamps after I purchased one salad bowl and one burrito, I asked him “can I use this card? ” He didn’t answer me and he even wouldn’t like to take the card that I passed to him. Seems like he doesn’t care at all. After one second silence, he put one stamps on the card. I thought that’s wired cuz every time I order two or three, they gave me the same amount of stamps. Therefore I asked him “sry I order two? ” He said “yea, one stamp each order” and he just show me his back right away. I’m sure it’s one stamp for each bowl or burrito, not one time of order. I find the policy on the card and was trying to show him, he showed me his unhappy face and didn’t say anything back even wouldn’t like to give me the stamp he missed. However his coworker was very kind and gave me the stamp, he also said sorry to me. I’ve been here so many times and I never met any one with this attitude! And it is his fault, he was not clear with the policy of his working place, at least say sorry to your customer? Once I oder one bowl and a takoyaki, the didn’t give me the snack. It was winter time and it’s freezing cold outside, I went back and get the item, it was really bad experience but I wouldn’t leave the lower star comment because we can solve this problem. Couple days after I order same thing, really worried about the forget takoyaki again, so after I got the paper bag I checked it right away and they didn’t put takoyaki inside. But at least I was still in store, I told the lady she didn’t give me takoyaki and it happened last time, I also got a mad face. But none of them worse than this time. I can totally understand they have their personal emotions and it’s hard to run a business during the pandemic. I don’t wanna leave a one star review because I like this restaurant! I also enjoy when I dine in there, staffs will bring the plate to my table, they are awesome! This review should be a five stars one but the staff who worked yesterday, he totally ruined it.

I love this place. They sell the best poke bowl in Toronto. Went there today and got a free one with their coupon. Thank you for workers who are polite and friendly. Highly recommended.

This was the first time I tried Rolltation, and I definitely be back! I tried one of the rice bowls, and was impressed. I got my order extremely quick. The portion was larger than I expected, and found it to be a good value. I got the brisket with kimchi, and although I didn't really taste the kimchi it was still a mighty tasty dish. Would definitely recommend.

I've been coming here for lunch almost bi-weekly for the past year, as many surrounding options are much more unhealthy. I usually order the California "poke" bowl or a build your own salmon. The portions are great and always leave me very satisfied. I like ordering mango sauce on the side. It helps balance an otherwise saltier/spicier default sauce. The fish they use is much fresher than the other location on Dundas/University. I usually place my orders via ritual and really appreciate that they participate in the rewards program. They're able to get my meal ready within 10 minutes.

Ordered the classic salmon poke bowl. It was alright, compared to other places, I think the portion is quite small and there’s only a small amount of salmon.

Staff is one of the most efficient I've seen. Three of them were handling tons of orders. Ingredients are fresh, dishes are creative and price is really good. Totally recommend!

Ordered the new Habanero Karaage Chicken. The Chicken was extremely chewy, it was hard to tell as it was breaded, but it could have very well been raw. Very poor quality of veggies. The customer service was extremely poor. Very disappointed and disgusted. It's extremely frustrating to walk there on your lunch break (in extreme cold weather) and get back to work to find out you can't even eat the meal you just spent $13 on.

Yum! Similar concept to bowl/wrap restaurants but with sushi and fried chicken, and tons of interesting ingredients. I ordered the umami wrap and it was fresh, tasty, and huge! It was a little messy when I got to the end (tried to eat standing outside during pandemic closure:/) I will definitely be back.

This restaurant is #keto friendly. Tried the miso salmon, and loved it, great service and very tasty food. Will definitely visit you again.

I love the food, but service.
Ordered uber eats, at first it was showing food will arrive at 7: 05, it actually came only at 7: 45 I had to wait for almost two hours for my meal. It is not a first time happening at this location. Im giving up. I have been a regular customer for a few years now, and I love the food but the service got so bad and slow, I guess the staff was changed or something, even the burritos got smaller.

One of my new favourite places. If you like sushi and the convenience of a burrito this place is a must!

Bought a fruity tofu roll on Wednesday night, and few hours after, had incredible stomach ache. We are now Friday morning, and you still hear noises coming from my belly across the room! Can’t leave home…will never go back

Fairly priced! Especially for salmon poke bowls. You can get it in burrito or bowl form.

For bowls, you can switch out the rice for veggies (kale or lettuce) for keto friendly diets.

I love Rolltation! It’s delicious, quick, super filling, and cheap (considering the fresh, high-quality ingredients). Like c‘mon—sushi burritos—what can get better than that?

The Karrage Chicken was absolutely amazing! Can't wait to come back and try something else. The gentleman that served us was extremely fast and totally nailed the presentation of all 4 dishes. Highly recommend if your a fan of food!

Love this place and the foods are amazing! It's kinda expensive but worth it. They have a lot of healthy foods and they also have vegan and plant based. It's really worth to try their famous sushi burrito (I like salmon) my favorite.

Honestly never go this location was impressed by customer service and quality of the sushi burrito they made for me. I love tuna and this place delivers. I was in and out in 10 mins and it was a delicious healthy lunch that gave me tons of energy to start my day.

Missing ingredient.
I used to buy in location Yonge and Bloor and love their sushi burrito. And first time order in this location through online then pickup but rice is so old, missing tempura bits and avocado. Taste is not good at all. So dissapointed when I place 3 orders in this location

I never write "bad" reviews but I have to warn others that I have gotten food poisoning from Rolltation Sushi Burrito twice. After the first time, I thought it might've been something else I ate so I returned a second time yet I got it again. Both times I ordered the California Roll. This is such a shame because they did have great service and a nice environment. That said, after throwing up all night and still being sick today (the second day), I will not be returning. I should also add, I do not have allergies and can't remember the last time I have gotten food poisoning aside from here. This is not a common thing for me.

Honestly the best sushi burrito in the city. Sometimes I just walk in and ask them to surprise me and I’m pleasantly treated every bite I take. Amazing food and even better service!

I’ve ordered here a few times but the latest time I decided to try the karaage and it definitely did not disappoint! Perfectly crispy, hot, and paired well with the spicy sauce that they give on the side.

It’s also a given that the sushi burritos are good. The ingredients always seem fresh and I’m left satisfied after finishing one.
