Rolltation Sushi Burrito

I ordered a salmon poke bowl. I agree with other reviewers in that the salmon does not taste fresh.it had a bit of a smell and a “fishy” taste that you’d get from salmon you know is not fresh. I’m not sure if that’s a frequent issue but it was off-putting during my visit, hoping it was just a bad day and willing to give it another shot. I was happy with the portion size relative to the price, but I was also a bit annoyed that some of the toppings cost extra, as this isn’t a thing at other poke places I’ve been to (I.e. +$1 for seaweed salad). The mango was also not fresh, it tasted like frozen mango that had been defrosted and was tart (this is fine but again I’ve just been spoiled with another poke spot that this was a bit disappointing to me).

Willing to try it again and hopefully will have a better experience next time.

EDIT: returned today and had a great experience! The salmon tasted spectacular. Still unsure about how I feel on the frozen mango though.

The Korean staff gave a really bad attitude make me do not want to be there. Will not be there any more

This place is SOO bomb, the food is super good i love the sushi burritos so much.also really nice prices especially for a downtown place n good portion sizes.def worth it

This place has gone downhill. The customer service sucks, and the portions have gotten smaller. People who work here always have an attitude. They also charge for everything. Want a tiny bit spicy mayo and a tiny bit of unagi, even though the combination of the 2 would be smaller than the one serving—well that’s extra.

I asked for edamame and got 5 pieces (I counted). Can’t stand businesses who charge $20 for a sushi bowl, but nickel and dime you.

Got the salmon sushi burrito and it was small as hell for $15. Tasted pretty mid. Wouldn’t get again.

Karaage was good, but unfortunately the quality of the fish and rice has been quite inconsistent each time I’ve gone. Sometimes the fish has tasted fresh, and other times it’s been a bit off (too finely cubed, quite fishy and has an off colour).

I’m a fan of the poke bowls which are a great option if you aren’t a fan of the big sushi burrito

This place used to be amazing but recently has just gone absolutely downhill, I got a tuna bowl for $20 and the tuna was rotten and tasted like off canned tuna, not fresh at all. I even contacted their support and was completely ignored. Warning if you go to eat here be prepared for a bad time with no after care in terms of customer support.
