Rolly & Bubbly (Bubble Tea Plus)

I love buying milkshakes from here but today i was kinda disappointed, the milkshake i always doesn’t have the usual consistency, but still i love ordering milkshakes and milkteas

My boyfriend and I came to visit Niagara Falls from BC and stopped by this shop for some rolled ice cream. It was so fun to watch her make it and she was so sweet. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for some delicious ice cream or boba!

I had the pleasure of tasting the Rajbhog Falooda prepared by Tejasvi at Rolly Bubbly Ice Cream Niagara, and it was an absolute delight! The flavors were perfectly balanced, and every sip was a burst of rich, authentic taste. I highly recommend Rajbhog Falooda to anyone looking for a taste of authentic Indian dessert perfection. A small little shop but amazing and tasty rolled ice cream. Better than we’ve had before. Staff are friendly and kind. Definitely will visit again and recommend to everyone.

Was in Niagara with the family and was really looking forward to a great real fruit.the girl in the shop was so welcoming and smiling all the time.but it was the worst drink we could ever had, no one finished their mango or strawberry iced tea, the pieces of fruit was some artificial chunks of something.i would definitely not come back again

Had a marvellous experience with Rolly and bubbly. I tried bubble tea for the first time with the larger quantity in cheaper price. The way Ms. Tejaswini Patel presented it I’m fan of it. I think this is the best place to visit in summer in Niagara Falls.

I ordered taro milk tea with bubbles, it was really amazing and the staff was so friendly. Loved it. Highly recommend.

Drink was too sweet and tapioca super bland. I normally don’t let BBT go to waste but had to trash this one out without finishing it.

Rolled ice cream was a great experience.
Love it! Rolled ice cream with so many selections with flavours and toppings. I highly recommend try this roller ice cream by Niagara Falls.

I tried Very First time, Staff Member Helped me out to decide which one should I choose to start. It was Really Nice, Not too Sweet bubbles are Delicious too.

Will Definitely pay the Visit again.

Really good taste it's one the best bubble tea stores in niagara if you're there and you are a bubble tea fan do try it we ordered mango, coffee toffee, and rainbow icream eveything tasted good.
We had it two times a day on our trip.

LOVE THEIR BOBA. I’ve ordered from here sooo many times and I’ve never had a bad experience. They have some of the best boba i’ve ever tasted. Also I 10/10 recommended trying their mango fruit tea with tapioca!

Best place to visit at least once. Good variety of ice creams. You can't possibly eat anywhere else if u once tried this. The variety of their ice cream is just awesome. Give it a try

What an experience! The dessert was outstanding as my wife and I ate the pistachio almond ice cream. The ice cream was not too sweet, and the very flavourful. The staff are warm and friendly and the service was fast. It's a must try! You will not be disappointed! Thank you for this delicious experience.

Must try. I tried mango coconut slush and it was more than my expectations.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING ROLLED ICED CREAM AND BUBBLE TEA
Me and my wife were in town on vacation in Niagara falls, ON. We tried the bubble tea and were very impressed so we came back later on for the rolled ice cream and were blown away by amazingly flavours and creamy texture. We returned for more bubble tea and iced cream every day on our vacation and will be sure to do so next time! Highly recommended!

Great service, was pretty quick, offered the best of their menu. Right on the street. There were no parking for the bubble tea so we parked at the motel parking lot behind. Easy access through the parking. Would go there again for sure and recommend to everyone else too

I had the rolls ice cream one day and a bubble tea the next. The ice cream was to die for omg, it was so good! I had the mango fruit tea with aloe and it was perfect with the right amount of sugar, was not overly sweet:)
I would definitely give this place all thumbs up and would recommend everyone to come by and give it a try.

Really happy with my visit to Rolly & Bubbly! All of the other bubble tea shops in the Clifton Hill area were closed but Rolly & Bubbly stayed opened a few extra minutes for us:) We ordered 4 drinks and they were really delicious, It's also cheaper than most chain bubble tea shops like Onezo, the Alley, etc. I highly recommend the peach oolong tea and the brown sugar milk tea! Might take a few minutes since there was only one person working there when we went but we didn't mind the wait. Will go again!

Amazing strawberry cheesecake ice cream and mango slushie.
I would recommend enhancing it with the Mango popping bubbles.
The icecream is made fresh and in front of you.
I definitely recommend a visit.

Probably the best bubble tea I’ve ever had. Products aren’t overpriced and you definitely get your money’s worth. I’m sad there isn’t a location nearby where I live otherwise I would strictly get bubble tea from here. Great customer service as well. This is definitely the place to get a cold treat

Amazing place! The bubble tea in particular is delicious with a wide range of unique flavours. Look forward to trying their ice cream next. The staff is so welcoming and kind.

I always like to go for the best little spot for ice cream/bubble tea and this place as been the greatest in Niagara Falls ~

I ordered the Mint Chocolate Chip & a Peach Green Tea. Both were very delicious. Price, I would say the same as any Bubble Tea shop so nothing overpriced:)

From the photos, I do not know if that is noticeable but this was quite a big portion and totally full by it.

Friendly staff, small shop (only two seats on the side for you to wait for your drink/ice cream), quick and efficient.

I am going to come back to try another flavour eventually~ Worth the walk to get all the way there

Tried the Rolled ice cream, I would say it’s totally waste of money. I was going through the comments, and would suggest people to visit Scarborugh, Toronto to have real Rolled Ice cream.

Have enjoyed the drinks I have tried so far. They taste good and are mixed well. They have adorable wet floor pylons.

Poor selection of natural ice cream rolls. If you like real fruits instead of processed flavors, then you're limited to one choice that includes 2 or 3 preselected fruits (whether you like those fruits or not).

Eveyone is always super friendly, thry have a good range of drinks, even though I usually go for the brown sugar milk tea. It's quite good.

I probably wouldn’t come back here again. It doesn’t seem very authentic bubble tea or rolling ice cream. I’d rather go to a chain bubble tea place than here. It’s not in a good location at all. It’s honestly in a very scary location to come here at night. The bubble tea was way too sweet and was all syrup/sugar and there’s no way to lower that sweetness. I ended up pouring it out half way and putting water in it.that’s how bad it was.

I wouldn’t order or come here again.

The manager or owner he is absolutely disrespectful he had a line up of people waiting to place a order after 20 minutes I asked what's going on and he shouted no one telling you to wait. He then said they are only taking orders by ubber or skip and we asked out of respect why wouldn't let your customers know. He shouted what do you want me to do you heard me tell someone else we are 20 min behind we asked him to show respect to his customer her then pretty much said well we arent forcing you to buy. So horrible and disgusting
