I just wanted to take a moment to give a shout out to Roula and the staff at Raman Zaman, for their amazing customer service. The experience I had here was truly exceptional. The food was absolutely to die for. We started with the beet salad, which was incredible. The combination of flavors and textures was perfection. The hummus with eggplant was also a standout dish. The creamy hummus paired perfectly with the eggplant. And let's not forget about the fish and chips.

One thing that really stood out to me was the freshness of the bread and their delicious Kanafi. They were both served warm. I have to say that their Kanafi is one of the best, you definitely have to try it is so good!

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience. I was thrilled to hear that they are opening up another location in Vaughan, and I will definitely be trying it out. I will also be recommending this place to all my friends. The combination of exceptional customer service, delicious food, and warm atmosphere makes this restaurant a must-visit.

It was a horrible experience, 90% of the food was pretty poor. I don’t recommend it at all

We got the beef wrap and chicken wrap, they add chicken skin and beef fat to their wraps which is simply disgusting, you can seriously see the chicken skin and beef fat and can separate the pieces from your meal. I was going to go to the restaurant and get our money back however I'd rather just leave this review and warn others.

Appetizers came 25 min apart and the main courses took 45 min (fish & chips and 2 shawarma platters).

Was so amazed with the décor and atmosphere of the restaurant, was really extravagant and clever and fit well with the cuisine. The music really added to the ambience. The staff was also very friendly, we were treated with the best service and much hospitality. It took a little while for our table to get served; but service came quite soon and the server was very kind. The food came out at a good pace and came to our table hot and ready, I ordered a Kofta Bel Tahini. My Kofta Bel Tahini was great, meat was cooked to perfection and very warm, also very juicy and tender. It went really well with the Tahini as well. The rice was a bit bland and dry; however, the use of pomegranates, herbs, and almonds in the rice compensated for the blandness/ dryness of the rice. Can't wait to come back and order something else.

I found this gem of a place after a random internet search and I am so happy I did because we were looking for a good Middle Eastern restaurant to host a post-wedding dinner for my cousin and his wife. We were enthusiastically greeted by Ibrahim and from thereon, he was super attentive and helpful! The staff is pleasant and the food was AMAZING! The ambience was terrific as well! Will definitely go back for a date night with my hubby! Thank you Ibrahim and the rest of the team for a wonderful evening! More power to you!

I gave them 5 stars just because of the quality of their food, amazing! The best Arab cuisine that I have ever had in North America. Great balanced taste with something to fit everyone's palate. Not too spicy, perfect flavour in everything, and every dish was cooked well. Restaurant was also very clean, staff was friendly, and great atmosphere. What could be better however is the restaurant has no space, and they don't take reservations. You just have to show up and see if they have space, which if you have a large group or on busy nights is unlikely. Plates and portions were also small, so it's best to get a platter and try a bit of everything.

I visit this restaurant today to enjoy my time have a warm day, but inside restaurant was cooler than outside, I asked the employees two times to fix the temperature but it didn’t work, my baby got sick and I got cold too, will never go again.

The best in town to have middle eastern food! Food quality is VERY consistent, great welcoming staff. Clean and good vibes around. Good mood. Our favs are fatta’s and yalanji and of course the fresh bread! Very highly recommended

Went to Roman Zaman tonight and had a great experience. Their servings are pretty big and food is delicious. The grill platter and fettet hummos chicken shawarma were perfect and definitely the stars of the show, the mosakhan was alright (a little too oily and too much onion). I’d recommend a visit, you’ll be well fed!

Definitely I will come back to eat here every time I visit Mississauga the food is really good and decorations as well.
Try food from their kitchen don’t go with the sandwiches.

The employers are islamophobic and do not treat their employees with respect. Absolutely disgusted by their behavior. Do not recommend at all. Learn to respect your employees and women.

I really wanted to like this place, but was heavily disappointed. In comparison to normal portion sizes, this was sad. You pay 20$ for two meat skewers and the only thing you get with them is a tiny bowl of rice or fries, and a piece of bread. The food tastes good, but wasn't worthy of the price nor could compensate for the small portions. Service was slow despite there being barely anyone, and they even refused to refill hot water for the 6.99 tea that was ordered. I had friends with me in hopes of showing them some good Syrian cuisine, but I left embarrassed. I will not be going back.

Nothing special, I ordered mixed grill and when the food arrived it was so dry and the meat was very hard to cut. When u requested a steak knife the waitress gave me a big Kitchen knife. To make thigs worst the waiter spilled the left over food on me and when i request the bill the manager time me the debit machine was not working and I needed to go outside and withdraw cash from the ATM.

Honestly, the food is awesome here. I've seen a lot of reviews regarding poor service and fortunately for me, I did not have any issues. It was fairly busy but the lineup was worth the wait.

The place is nice for dining in, Service is good, prices are not bad, but the taste of the food I would say is average compared to other middle eastern restaurants in Mississauga.

Waiter took one item in the order wrong. Then he argued that we must pay for it. Owner comes in with a really nasty attitude saying his employees are the best and never make a mistake. My friends and I left the place with a really bad impression. Please avoid it. Your money is worth much more somewhere else.

Good place to dine in. They forgot to wait for us to leave before picking up dishes. Perhaps because restaurant was closed and they were in rush to go home. Due to rush shown in the end, 4 stars other wise 5.

Shawarma wraps were $10, and contained nothing but chicken, fries, and a few miniscule pickle slices. The wrap wasn't toasted, either. It looks like a good place to sit down and eat but a bit overpriced with a lack of ingredients. Even the garlic on the side for my fries was bland.

The ambiance of this restaurant is top notch. They put in a lot of thought on the lighting. The food here tastes very similar to authentic Arab food. It tastes absolutely amazing. The skewers are juicy and the bread is always freshly made. The molas and the olive oil combination with bread is deadly. Highly recommend that. The presentation is really good as well. The quantity can be improved upon for the price that is charged. The customer service in general is good. They could smile a little more.

Food tasted fresh, portions were generous and the atmosphere is appealing. The bread they served here is the best I've had from all Mediterranean restaurants I've eaten at. Ordered the shish tawook x2, and i was very pleased with my food.

Went to take out shawermas as heard a lot about them. The restaurant has great ambience and the food was also good. Shall try a dine in to savor the full experience.

We went in ramadan.food was okayish.expensive as compared to other mediterranian resturants.it was buffet aftari and they ran out if food too soon.we had guests so felt pretty embaressed.wont be going there again

This is my top 3 favourite places to eat in all of the GTA. The baba ganoush and hummus so nice, rich, creamy, and goes well with their freshly baked bread and raw vegetables. Their meats (lamb, beef, chicken) are very well seasoned but I like the beef kebab the best. My favourite dish is the lentil soup. With a little bit a of lemon and some sprinkled in fried pita, it is something I could eat everyday. We've gone at all times (middle of a weekday, weekend rush hour) and the service and quality of food is consistent. We try to come at least once a month.

Really good food and atmosphere for a family sit down experience. Recommend the garlic wings and the mixed grill platter. This is authentic Syrian so if you are not used to that kind of food the flavors will be a bit different for you. But for those who are already familiar it's really good.

Very quite clean restaurant, great selection of menu, very good service, food is fresh and service style is so eastern and that’s what makes us comes back many times, try their lentil soap it’s a wow, I recommend this restaurant for others.

Nice place for a Middle Eastern gathering. I ordered the beef steak mtaffayeh. The food was average. There was a good portion of rice. The steak only had black pepper for spices and something that tasted like lime. But the steak was too thin and dry. It was odd to see that washrooms are not separate. No privacy. This place was average.

We made a reservation for Monday evening with a group of 10 after a friend recommended the place. Our experience was really good! The layout of the restaurant was really nice, the food was really good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was one of our family members birthday as well so we asked if they had any special desserts and a candle for it. They went above and beyond by playing the birthday music, bringing a very yummy Konafa with a candle along with a top hat, and once again being very helpful and joyful in their delivery.

The restaurant one nice and the food was good however the customer service is something that can be improved. The staff was nice but it took too long for me to get their attention and then even longer for them to bring out what I asked for despite it not being very busy.

Went there on a weekday and had an amazing experience! We got the chili potatoes and yalanji starters and both were delicious. The staff was very attentive and the owner was extremely friendly and hospitable. The highlight for me was the lemon mint drink. All in all im definitely glad we went and we will most definitely be coming back!

I was here for someone's birthday. Definitely recommended. Food was delicious including the hummus and warm pita bread, chicken shawarma and shish tawook. Dishes seem a bit pricey at once but the portions and presentation do complete justice. Arabic coffee is mystery by itself coz of its very unique flavour. The tableware and the decor gives the restaurant an extra edge. Will definitely come back!

Food and service were fine with the exception of the fries which were clearly of the frozen kind, McCain's I suspect and yet they insisted that they were freshly fried. The lying doesn't sit well with me.

Came there a few times. Had not been impressed by the Iftar buffet. Impossible to reserve a table on the weekend, they only allow walk-in.despite it was for a group of 40, they were unwilling to accommodate. Manager was supposed to call back to discuss but never did. Disappointed by this lack of service.
