HAVE TAKEN MY CLOCK BACK THREE TIMES, PROBLEM NEVER SOLVED. EACHVTIME THEY OIL IT SEND IT HOME SAYING ITS RUNNING FINE. AFTER A DAY ITS BACK TO SAME PROBLEMS. THEY CANNOT FIX IT, I BOUGHT IT FROM THEM LESS THAN A YEAR AGO AND IT ONLY WORKED FOR ABOUT 2 MONTHS OF THAT TIME. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL

Old school. They know clocks! Many on display. They do a thural job but it takes time. Well worth it.

Wanted 380 dollars to service a mantle clock and said they were undercharging. Did it myself for less than 10 dollars

Excellent place to bring your clocks and watches; the customer service is top-notch and they are truly the clock experts. My mom's treasured clock of more than 30 years kept draining the battery; every 3 weeks we were replacing the battery. We brought it in and they were able to replace the clock movement and voila! Like new, it's working perfectly, the pendulum is moving even faster and I'm sure this clock will last another 30 years! Not to mention that my watch battery was replaced on the spot in less than 10 minutes. It's so great to still have these local businesses that know their stuff, provide great service, and we're supporting local. Thank you so much!

Roman's Watch and Clock Repair is owned by a Master Craftsman Horologist. Robert, his Dad and friend, (I never got introduced but could see he was working on watches also), have a quick and friendly service at great prices. He did a fantastic service, polish and crystal replacement on my Father's 1960's Tudor watch that had been sitting for a while. It looks brand new. Their store also has many modern and antique wrist and clock selections, (large standing, bookshelf and wall mounted). Highly recommended AAA+. Thank you.

Great service fast friendly & fair prices. Brought in 3 watches for new batteries and to fix the leather straps on two as the clasps had come out. The 3rd needed to have the bracelet shortened as it was too large for my wrist. Figured I would have to leave them and wait a few days however they repaired them all while I waited. Was out of there in about 30 mins. Definitely go back.

A bit late posting this I bought a very expensive vintage chronograph watch but the chronograph features were not working.or so I thought I took to a watch shop.they guy looked at the watch and without even inspecting it quoted me $500 to repair just because it was expensive. Went to Romans, they inspected the watch and said there is nothing wrong with. He worked the chronograph and all was good Will never deal with anyone except them Honest, professional and very pleasant

There are not words to describe how good this place is, I have a Rolex that at best, was between 10 seconds a day, after it was cleaned and properly set but this magic person, it’s impossible for me to said how accurate it is in a day, since after three weeks still I can’t see if it is a second out of time, and this is controlling it with an atomic clock at home, just incredible

Great price for a great service. I needed the second hand mounted back onto the centre of the watch. For 20$ i had that done, the crystal polished as well as the clip on the band tigtened. Very happy with the service

When I walked into Roman's I knew I was someplace special. It looked more like a museum than a repair shop. They did some wonderful work on my pocket watch after I was told by several experts that repair was impossible. So glad I found them.

Roman and his son run a friendly little shop. Its kind of like going back in time when you enter with so many grandfather clocks on display. Ironically I attended to get the band on a smartwatch resized and they attended to it right away and charged a reasonable amount.
