Fun and helpful staff, Bought my Weber BBQ on sale, wasn't sure my wife was going to kill me for it, but the staff said they spoke to her and all was fine, fun bunch here,

Totally awesome customer service which will keep me coming back! I had a unique situation where I ordered a gazebo online + installation services. Everything went perfectly except for a mislabelled part from the manufacturer. Not sure how unique this situation is, but with 100s of different parts i'm sure this occurance has happened more than once. However! I called our local Rona and spoke with Heidi (1st time) then had a follow up call with a gentleman (did not catch his name!) reassuring me that they were going through the steps to make it right. 2 weeks later, the single part we required to finish putting the roof on arrived via fedex. I was worried I wasn't going to be able to deal with the manufacturer directly as they were an american company that did not ship internationally to consumers.

Rona went above and beyond helping correct my issue. Because of this, I will definitely continue to give Rona my business. I feel box store customer service has gone by the wayside a bit, maybe that was in bigger centers, but I have enjoyed all of the customer service received since moving to the Trenton area.

Went in to order our new washing machine. Lowes had none in stock but the warehouse did. So it was closer for us to go to Rona than Lowes (since they are merged as one now). They said delivery would be on said date, the date arrived and it was delivered. It was actually earlier than the time frame I was given. The delivery persons were quick, clean and pleasant. They put my old washer where I needed it put (I have a claim in to Hydro for damage so I need to keep it for 60 days) otherwise they would have taken it away for me too.

Small store but lots inside. Well laid out. Neat and tidy. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Shelves were fully stocked. Nice to of have to go all the way to Belleville for a hardware store. Doesn't necessarily have everything you might be looking for, but it's well stocked and the small town feel is a nice bonus.

Staff when it's almost closing time. Seem to have closing time mentality. Still had pleanty of time to buy what I needed and time to spare. When you see someone struggling with something. Please offer help. I couldn't ask for help because everyone was huddled at the back talking. Next time I will be mindful instead of half hour before closing. I will try to make it during the day. Bright side of shopping there they do have a variety of products and prices are decent. Lots of parking.

Hard to find things have been here 3 times in the last 2 weeks.both times I left and not one worker offered to help me so I went to Home Depot!

Gary was amazing getting us setup with Timbertec decking and all the fasteners. Overall I find the associates friendly and helpful.

Heidi and Kim are always super knowledgeable on Rona products. I was looking recently for something not in stock and Heidi called other stores to get the item for me.

Unhelpful staff I was there July 9 2019 male employee about 30 actually pretended not to to see me. I then asked him about some paint and he says it’s All over there, it’s all marked. After looking for a couple minutes I gave up, sarcastically told him thanks for all the help and left. I don’t think I will shop there anymore. It’s abit the fifth time. My next door neighbor says it happens to her, all the time at that Rona.

I needed a hot water tank and found they had the best deal. They don’t hold items but when I called and explained I was going to be there the following day, they wrote up an invoice for me. I went in, fast and friendly and was out of the store before I knew it. They don’t have smarthome devices, but that is ok, you don’t need to have everything. I feel if some business can focus on what they are good at. Better to specialize than diversify.

The few times I have been here I can't complain. This is not the largest store but, offers most things I have needed randomly without driving to another town. I haven't been to this store enough I feel to leave a 5 star review.

I have been to this Rona many times and all the times it is the same thing. Their website says it's in stock, I go there, nothing in stock.
They never put their website up to date for quantities. In 2018 it seems to me that this is not the hardest thing to do. Throw it down and build a Home Depot.
