Roncesvalles Family Foot Care

Wasn't sure what to expect considering this was my very first visit to a foot doctor! Reception was polite and friendly and Lloyd was great. His knowledge and expertise made me feel comfortable and confident and needless to say, no longer in pain! Appointment was quick. I'll definitely refer others and come back for any other foot issues myself.

Lloyd was amazing. Super friendly and had great energy. I wasn’t sure what I was walking into (no pun intended), and had a bit of fear I would be sold to, or have a doctor that was rushing me outta there (guess I’m just used to the walk in clinics lifestyle) this was a great visit and I’ll be back when I need to remove more corns!

Dr. Traiforos was very personable, knowledgable and professional. Overall a great experience from check in with the receptionist to treatment. I would highly recommend.

I've been to Roncesvalles Family Foot Care on several different occasions, and had a pleasant experience each time. The staff and Lloyd are friendly, and very professional.

My doctor recommended that I go to Roncesvalles Family Foot Care, they have heard very good feedback. I was in complete agreement because I had brought my son to Lloyd in 2014 for an ingrown toenail and he did such a fine job. I was very confident that the removal of my soft corn would be professionally and competently handled and it was. I would say to anyone wondering if they should use Roncesvalles Family Foot Care that they can be confident they will receive excellent treatment and will feel comfortable getting it done.

Great service and friendly staff. This office was recommended to me and they did not disappoint. Friendly front desk lady and clean and nice facility.

As of last year abandoned all ODSP clients. Shame on you Floyd. I thought you were one of the good ones. Turns out you're just talk like all the rest.

My appointment was done efficiently. The Doctor and his staff are very pleasant. I have recommended them to my co workers and friends.

Reviewing our parking situation is not a review especially when you are not a patient. In response to the ODSP review, I did not abandon ODSP-the City of Toronto abandoned your coverage.

Not a client but my minimal experience was not friendly at all, rude and angry. Lady came to angrily and rudely tell me to move my car, says “read the sign” that says private parking so as anyone would, I assumed it was for the plaza as a whole. Hope you train yourself/employees some customer service skills.

Lloyd is very professional and informative. I was given a detailed explanation of my issue and treatment available. He’s also incredibly friendly and respectful. Definitely recommend this clinic.

Your feet will be in great hands with Lloyd! He is friendly, positive and provides a great experience. Been to his office now for a few years and I always leave with great feeling feat. Thanks Lloyd:)
