Great and helpful staff. My husband had a issue with the printer and the staff kindly printed the exam request for us. During the exam the staff was super professional. Thank you!

The office is quite dingy looking. The manner of the technicians could be more professional. I went for a mammogram. Two other women were called in to change into gowns and wait at the same time. Once changed, we were all just standing around in a hallway in a gown. No one gave us indication of what was next. After waiting around and making eye contact with staff who didn't say anything, finally someone came and got me. The other women were still standing around asking each other what to do.

The technician lacks "bedside manner". It's an invasive, uncomfortable procedure. Communicating what to expect clearly, while being physically gentle with people would not take much but go a long way. I don't expect to be babied but I do expect a better professional manner.

While I was sitting in the waiting area, a woman angrily came out of the procedure area and asked for a manager. She was upset and swore at the woman at the desk. While no one should be spoken to this way at their workplace, I wonder if the angry patient was reacting to poor, unprofessional treatment during her time there as well. I'm going to see if its possible to have procedures done elsewhere in the future.

Had a mammogram done here last week. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The technician was amazing at making me feel comfortable in a situation that’s never comfortable for any woman who’s had this procedure done. Those that have had one know exactly what I’m talking about. Thx ladies

Worst experience. Receptionists are rude and laughed at a lady who clearly needed their help. The technician was a rude woman who screamed at me and did not treat me correctly for my pelvis ultrasound. I stayed polite and left as soon as I could. I've never been treated like that in my life. It is sad. This place shouldn't be in business.

I recently had an appointment at 27 Roncesvalles Ave, Toronto, and I must say that my experience was extremely disappointing. The overall service and professionalism of this ODC (Organizational Development Center) left much to be desired, and I strongly feel that changes need to be made in order to regulate this establishment.

First and foremost, the person I had my appointment with was late. Despite arriving on time, I was made to wait for an extended period, which not only wasted my valuable time but also caused inconvenience and frustration. To make matters worse, they accepted a late patient before me, disregarding my scheduled time slot. This lack of respect for punctuality and scheduling is simply unacceptable.

Furthermore, I was dismayed to discover that I was not the only patient affected by this disorganized system. There were other patients waiting as well, and it was evident that this establishment was struggling to handle the influx of appointments. This not only created a chaotic environment but also added to the overall frustration and dissatisfaction experienced by everyone involved.

After reading previous reviews, it is clear that this is not an isolated incident. It is evident that there is a pressing need for better regulation and oversight of this ODC. The recurring issues with late appointments and a disregard for patients' time and convenience suggest a systemic problem that must be addressed promptly.

In conclusion, my experience at 27 Roncesvalles Ave was nothing short of terrible. The lack of punctuality, acceptance of late patients, and the resulting negative impact on both my time and finances were highly disappointing. I sincerely hope that changes will be implemented to improve the system and ensure a more efficient and respectful experience for all patients. Until then, I cannot recommend this ODC to anyone seeking reliable and professional services.

The results I got for x-ray and ultrasound were prompt and useful. My qualms are with cleanliness and bedside manner. The male x-ray tech mispronounced names to the point where people were confused and didn’t recognize their own names. He mispronounced mine but I understood him. He immediately told me to take my top off while I was standing in the hallway and stood there for minutes before realizing I needed a gown. If I were a more sensitive woman it might have been traumatic but instead I’ve since laughed about it. Still bad bedside manner. Hand the patient a gown to change into and give them privacy.

Radiologist made an unnecessary but very useful recommendation on an x-ray which I really appreciated. Also, everyone else seems good at their job, including the reception who are friendly and helpful.

The place is a bit bare-bones in terms of decor and atmosphere, but it's a clinic, so it's supposed to feel clinical!

I never had to wait longer than 10 minutes when I came in for an appointment, and I'm glad this place is not that busy - getting an appointment at some of the other ultrasound places near me has week- or even month-long waiting lists.

The technician was nice and professional.

While the technicians have always been nice and professional, the environment is much less desirable. The temperature is at the freezing mark, especially uncomfortable when you are donned only in a gown. There was no paper towel in the bathroom, and the receptionist has no partition separating them and patients PLEASE TURN UP THE HEAT AND PUT UP PLEXIGLASS! Thanks.

I seriously think they shouldn’t be in business. Or they need to hire a whole new team. I felt immensely uncomfortable and vio**ted.the technician for my ultrasound was completely dismissive, rude and my transvaginal ultrasound experience was MUCH different than others I’ve had. There was no warning at all and not gentle…. I will recommend no pregnant women excited about their journey or nervous go here.please do better Roncesvalles.

They have no respect for your time. What is the point of inviting you to a certain time for an appointment if they are going to make you wait a long time? And when you complain they tell you to have patience and when you do get to see the technician they don't apologize and treat you like you're dirt.

Dyna care poor hygiene, Toilet doors are always open, bad smell in the lab, collecting of blood sample the technician didn’t not tie rubber band before collecting the blood. Long waiting time for knowing the results.

The Receptionist is very rude and yelled at me infront of other patients, they made me feel so uncomfortable. This isn’t the way to treat any patients trying to get some service.

I don’t recommend going here!

Called phone number listed on website to book an appointment. Was very specific about the imaging type I needed. They booked my appointment and confirmed the location the appointment was booked for. Next day went for my appointment to be told "Oh we don't do that type here. " when I arrived. Wasted money to take a taxi there and back. Very frustrating!

UPDATED REVIEW (January 2023) :

Two years later, and I still think this clinic leaves so much to be desired. It feels like an absolute cattle farm, sterile as can be (and NOT in a good way).

There's a request on the door to wear a mask, but as soon as I walked in, staff were not wearing one or they were wearing theirs improperly.

While they do take appointments now, don't expect to be seen on time.

Unfortunately, another (great) ultrasound clinic in the neighbourhood has recently closed, so I had to resort to this one.

Do not recommend. Go elsewhere if you can.

Something has to be pretty "not good" for me to write a one-star review (99% of my reviews are for five-star service), but Roncesvalles X-Ray and Ultrasound has left me with no other choice, and I see I'm not the only one.

It should be noted, first and foremost, that they DO NOT take appointments. Apparently, they did last year, but have since ceased that practice.

I was told that I would need a full bladder for my procedure, so, of course, I obliged. When I arrived, I was told I would need to wait for two hours (? !), keeping my full bladder intact.

I think that not taking appointments, especially during the times of COVID, is not acceptable, and if I had another option closer to home, I would gladly take it.

Already wasn't looking forward to this visit, given the poor reviews, and my expectations have been met.

Waited over 2 hours because they "lost" my paper x-ray requisition form. This was after they "didnt" receive my form electronically from my doctor's office. Also the place looks like a dump, cramped, disorganized, poor lighting, cluttered, messy and only one shared washroom (no soap). To top it off, this is the only medical office I've seen that actually charges clients $1 for a medical mask but requires one be worn at all times. Go elsewhere for your medical needs.

Super unhelpful clinic. Tried to book an ultrasound appointment based on the requisition form from my physio doctor- was told it wasn’t good enough- I needed a referral from my family doctor, although I don’t have one.

I actually had the unfortunate experience of having gone to this location 5 years ago for an ultrasound on my other knee (referred by a walk-in clinic). A few days after the ultrasound, the clinic called me directly with the results, which they stated were negative. When I asked what the results were negative for, they did not know.

I had a requisition for an Ultrasound and was told by my doctor to go here as they take walk ins and are not appointment only.

I arrived at the clinic and stood at the window for several minutes before being greeted. Finally, the woman working the front desk acknowledged me. Without asking a thing told me to go sit down as they will call me. I told her I didn't have an appointment, she repeated to go sit down. I then politely asked if she needed my health card and she annoyingly told me a third time to "go sit down! ". Confused and wondering how they were going to call me without my name, that's what I did.

After waiting for about 10 minutes, the same woman waves at me to come back to the desk. I hand her my requisition form for her to tell me they don't take walk ins for ultrasounds. Needless to say, I waited 15 minutes in their clinic to be told me and be sent away.

I left there feeling like a nuisance and a bother. No wonder why people don't want to take the steps to look into their health. We needed caring people working in these fields.

Avoid this place if you can.
