I needed a quick reflash of my computer in my pickup truck and they got me in right away and 15 minutes later, I was out and all good. Great service and much appreciated.

Just performed a two rotor/pad job that was quoted at $750 by Ron's at another location that allows part sourcing. Not only did I get ceramic pads/anti rust coated rotors instead of steel that they were supplying for $500. Paid $185 for my parts. And paid $375 total for my front end brake job, not the $750 quoted by Ron's. Do yourself a favor and don't get gouged by greedy shops like this.

Had my sons car in for the first time a couple weeks back, Frank & Breanne were fantastic to deal with and really worked with us to get us back on the road. Fabulous facility, friendly and professional staff, who are willing to work with you and find the best solutions! Thank you!

This place is great! And the pricing is reasonable! (They don’t price gouge) They are open and honest about what’s going on with your vehicle and keep you up to date as you wait for your vehicle to be finished being serviced. Also there are beverages such as pop, water and coffee for when you are waiting. They also have nice waiting area with magazines and some things for kids. Also the staff are friendly! Highly recommend this place!

I went there to get a wheel alignment done. But they couldn't do that, but they still charged me over a $100 just. To look at the vehicle.

I was having oxygen sensor system troubles in my 1967 Plymouth Satellite while passing through Fergus on my way home from Guelph, when I passed the "Ron's Auto Service" sign. I quickly pulled over and backed up to see if they might be able to do a temporary fix to get me home. Ron immediately investigated, and was able to disable some electronic fuel injection settings, which allowed the system to temporarily bypass the oxygen sensor. Needless to say, I was thrilled to be on my way again in such a short time, and he didn't even charge me! Great job guys!

We didn't use them for their services, we were on the way to a funeral and needed a place for my 8 year told to use the washroom! They were so nice.

Amazing and friendly service. Most importantly, they are trustworthy. I know I can take my car to Ron’s and they will take care of everything and keep me informed along the way.

Last year I had some suspension work done. Today I had a tire with two nails in it CT wouldn't touch. Harm took care of it quickly and professionally. And did not charge me a cent!

Service was incredible. Not on the cheap end, buts it’s definitely worth it. Highly recommend for anyone!

My experience with Ron’s Auto has been amazing. Not only do they do great work but they also give their clients excellent customer service.

Excellent service starting with prompt booking as needed. Repair was specific and did not amount to more than was asked for initially but rather simple warning of related area that may need service in the future, not immediately. Always very friendly!

Absolutely excellent service! Very professional and highly skilled tradesmen. I like the fact that they are transparent and go the extra mile to alert customers of things to be looked at in the future.

Called once again from a breakdown, CAA towed my car to Ron’s Auto, a quick call to the service desk and my problem was identified. I was texted a copy of their findings along with a estimate of costs. After approving the repairs I informed them I needed the car by noon the next day for an important doctors appointment. Of course it was ready before noon, I was picked up by 11: 30 by them and was on my way. They never fail to go that extra mile. I can’t say enough good things about Ron’s. We were new to Canada at that time and were looking around to buy a used car. Then we came across Ron'a Auto Services. Surprisingly that was the only visit we made in person, and decided to buy the car at once. That decision was truly based on the number of options that Nelu was shaving and also the way he recommended the car to us based on our family size and needs. He also helped us with the Extended Warranty options which provided 3 years of peace of mind at a reasonable cost. Later on, we faced a couple of minor issues which he addressed quite timely and effectively. He is a man of word and can be trusted anytime to buy your next car.
