Who ever it was that cut my boyfriends hair should not have a job on this industry. Does not listen to instructions and cut off all my boyfriends hair when he asked for a little trim absolutely rediculous.

This was the best, most professional haircut experience I have ever had. Davide is amazing and goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy. For you guys out there looking for an amazing cut, your search is over.

Been going here for a couple years now. Everyone who works here is great! I generally get a haircut and shave from Connor, he's professional, quick, chill and very good at what he does! 5 out of 5 stars!

First time at Roosters Kanata. I decided to book with Davide based on the reviews I was seeing online. He did a fantastic job. I got the exact cut I was looking for. Davide was professional, courteous, and extremely friendly. I'll definitely be booking with Davide again and recommending family, friends and co-workers to book with him.

Davide was amazing! He took us last minute and worked through his lunch. My son loves his new haircut! Davide is patient and super nice!

Waited 45 for scheduled haircut for my 4 year old son and eventually just left. Nobody welcomed us or advised Sophia was running late. After 30 minutes we approached and were told she was running late but would “be here any minute”. We waited another 15 minutes and gave up. Horrible experience today. Never going back here.

Sophia gave my son and I a cut and we were very impressed with her work and expertise. I have returned to Sophia since for another great cut and colouring and will continue to do so!

Connor did an absolutely fantastic job. Went in with not much idea of what I wanted, Connor was great at recommending a cut that would fit my head and face shape well. Needless to say, he knows his stuff! The few requests I had were followed to a tee, which was very pleasing, and the cut looks excellent.
The shop was clean and well put together with very friendly staff all around.
The 5 stars is well deserved.

Arrived at my appointment a few minutes early. Waited 15 minutes into my appointment. The barber was only just washing the hair for the person before me. Won’t go back.

One of the worse haircut in memory. I asked for a trim and practically went home with a shaved head. Do barbers no longer know how to use scissors? A trim means put away that razor!

Just had an amazing experience with Sophia! Very nice and takes pride in her work! Will definitely be going back to keep up with the new cut!

Excellent haircut from Connor. He seemed to know his stuff well and gave extra time to ensure a great look. He especially helped me by fixing a terrible hair cut that I had just got from Tommy Guns. I was very satisfied with the service.

Great haircut and you can get a great spa like facial and shave as well. Ellen is the best. Highly recommend

Worst barber ever. My haircut doesn’t look anything of how I requested it to be. My barber has done a terrible job.

Had a haircut recently. There’s a guy named Abhinav. He’s just amazing. I barely get satisfied by any hairdresser but he got me.

Everyone at Roosters are super friendly and every person is very skilled.

Service was very rushed. The manager kept walking around leering at myself and the employee which made me feel uncomfortable - probably why the employee was rushing as well. Neck was left with a lot of missed fuzz and the back of my scalp had a number of cuts that scabbed over. Hot towel and wash was about 45 seconds; pretty expensive overall for minimum treatment. Front looks good but not the best experience.

My son went for a bear and hair buzz. He came home and wow terrible. Many long hairs left, and many patches. My wife had to finishing cleaning him up properly. On top of it they charged him 60$ for a terrible job. Avoid at all cost. I will never recommend anyone go there. What a rip off!
