Thank you so much Jerome for your support with walking us through the unfortunate issue we had at my dads (roots broke through the underground clay pipes). He showed us the broken pipes through the camera and walked us through the next steps. He was also there when the crew arrived to start the repairs. And a thank you to Lisa as she was supportive from the initial emergency call up to the end of the service.

We had a sewer back up into our basement. Mike came by within 24 hours and diagnosed the problem, talking me through and showing me the issues. He scheduled a sewer line replacement on the spot for 2 days later. The crew turned up on time and were very professional, leaving the front yard so you could barely tell any work had been done. Would highly recommend.

There were slow drains in the house for nearly a year, until eventually the main drain backup completely.rooterman arrived in 20 minutes and did a video camera inspection for $129 and cleared the main drain sewer line in 10 minutes.the video showed the blockage problem, which turned out to be greasy sludge mixed with debris and household products, like paper towels.they said there was still a substantial amount of grease in the main drain line (the previous owners cooked a lot), which would eventually trap more debris over time.so they came back a few days later and did a high pressure hot water hydro jetting for a reasonable price, which restored the sewer line to like-new condition.they did a fantastic job.the drains have never flowed so good like that in the past.awesome company, very professional, reasonably priced.give these guys a call if you want a plumbing job done properly.

My kitchen sink was not draining. I was grateful that the company was able to send someone the next day. Neil was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and understanding. I don't know much about plumbing and he really took the time to talk me through my options and pick the one that best balanced my budget and needs. He also gave me several quotes for other less time sensitive issues that I am having, but did not pressure me to agree to anything without really considering it first. After calling 10 different companies Rooter-Man was able to send someone out within an hour. Mike was very knowledgeable and gave great advice on the what I should do to fix the problem. Lisa had amazing customer service and patience, she was able to answer questions each time I called (which was a lot).

We called Rooter-man for sump pump inspection as we did not know how old the pump was when we bought our home. They were able to clearly explain the difference between a functional sump pump and one that is not worth risking another year with, and it was very clear ours needed replacement. They had it on the spot and replaced it quickly. Very professional, very informative and polite and left everything perfectly tidy. We will definitely continue calling Rooter-man for our plumbing needs.

Serviceman's name is Neil (from Brantford). Charged $1600. Fixed a leak in pipes. Now no water for bath in upstairs washroom. Extremely disappointed.

Great service, my shower handle Valve was replaced in the first visit and the team was very attentive, clarifying all my questions.

Mike from Rooter-Man was so thorough during his visit to inspect our sewer. He carefully explained the problem to me as he took video of our broken service line and then he explained the problem to me. Mike was helpful as he made sure I understood what needed to be done to fix the problem and he even helped us look at our insurance policy to give us a little advice about what the insurance terms meant for our coverage.

Mike has been great during follow up conversations and we feel confident that he will take good care of us during the repair of our sewer line.

Called regarding water in our basement (new build). Service tech was here within the hour and determined with camera that outside clean out was plugged with dirt. We contacted builder and issue was resolved. Very knowledgeable and helpful tech.

Called with an emergency to resolve a leak that was dripping down into a bedroom. The plumber technician was able to replace the toilet seal and replace the screws etc. Seems to have stopped the leak. Technician was friendly and nice to talk with as well. Thanks again.

The service was prompt, efficient, competent, and cheerful. Any delays were due to supply issues, as many many businesses are experiencing now. I would happily use this same company and technician again.

Brian showed up on time. Looked at the issue with slow waterflow on drains. He gave me an estimate before starting the work. Everything is flowing smooth. Gave me some suggestions for future work that will need to be done. We will definitely use them again when needed.
