Wouldn't call anyone else next time I need a plumber. Had a kitchen sink with a stubborn clog. Called them at 5pm and they got here in an hour. Denys took the time to look at the pipes throughout before getting to work. He did the extra work to make an extra opening to get the snake in, and got the job done.

Eugene was professional and responsive. He replaced the lead pipe servicing my house and also installed a backwater valve at a reasonable price. They did incredible work! It was a tough job due to some pre-existing structures blocking access to the sewer pipes. I highly recommend going with this company if you want a trustworthy and quality plumber.

Called in “rooter team” as we had roots in the drain. They gave me a price to get the work completed and it was more than reasonable. They got to work a couple days later as they had to wait for locates. They arrived on site and set up tarps to protect the garden, I was super impressed. They completed the work that day and showed me the drain after with a camera. I would highly recommend this company is very professional and really good price.

Ievgen was licensed, professional and came equiped to quote the job. His quote was accurate without any up charging on the completed job. His response to text messages was timely and contained additional information and advise. I was pleasantly surprised when he covered all entrance to the basement with cloth protection. Job was done quick and professional. On completion of the job all joints were wiped clean and ready for the home owner inspection. Overall Ievgen is friendly and knowledgeable tradesman.

Excellent work at a great price compared to other plumbing companies:) Found the basement flooded this morning, the sink was over flooded and wouldn’t drain at all! Baking soda, vinegar, boiling hot water, and continuous plunging had no effect. It was only until we called Rooter team that the problem was fixed within just 2hrs. The guy was very kind and genuine with us, it was already 8pm when we called and he still came all the way to Toronto to help. 10/10 Would love to call them again for ANY plumbing work. I called Eugene for trenchless plumbing to upgrade service line. They did really good job. Left site clean. Really happy with their job.

We had a leakage from our main pipe and urgently needed someone to fix the issue. Luckily we found someone to come check the problem out, and fix the leakage on the spot. Ievgen was able to show us things we had not known before giving us some tips and tricks whilst he was fixing the leakage. He was friendly and very knowledgeable and we are thankful for him and his company for responding quickly to our issue.

Great work! I had a trenchless sewer and storm water replacement completed by Rooter Team. Eugene was awesome! Very helpful, professional and answered any questions I had about the project. I have worked with the Rooters team on 3 projects in Toronto. The projects involved replacing the sewer and water supply pipes from the property line to the basement interior.

At two of the sites they excavated a tench to replace the pipes and help gain more clearance at the basement interior. At the third site they followed the pipe bursting method to get the job done and help protect the above grade landscaping.

Ugene and the team simply know what they are doing. They operate with high integrity and help problem solve. Will definitely be working with them again on future projects.

I called Eugene to install backwater valve. Really impressed with the service. Very professional and friendly.

My basement drain pipe was blocked and I called them for help. Eugene came on time and was very knowledgeable and professional, he was able to find an issue. I had broken clay tile pipe outside that needed to be fixed, he unblocked my pipe temporarily so I could use my plumbing fixtures. Later on we scheduled pipe repair service, they dug 8 feet down outside and installed a new plastic pipe. I will highly recommend them for any drain problems because they really know what they are doing.

My pipes were always getting clogged causing the toilet and sinks to over flood. I searched up a local plumbing service and called their phone number. I immediately got an appointment and the plumber came and fixed everything all in the same day! He was very nice and understanding, explained and showed what was happening on the inside. I'm sooo happy I can use my toilet again. Will definitely use their services again, 10 out of 10 stars.

I used Rooter team service to replace a leaking pipe and the shut off valve for the garden last week. Mr Eugene is very responsive professional and caring. He showed up very quickly within 3 hours to my place after I made a service call.
He did change new copper pipe and stop the leaking. Also installed new shut off to separate the waters to sprinkler system. And same time he changed new shut off valve to backyard and replaced complete new shut off valve in the garage too. What a amazing job. He also go beyond the service to help me locate my main water shut off valve and explain the details about whole water system using during the winter times. Did I forgot mention the price is very reasonable.

Phenomenal service! This is an under promise over deliver company. Eugene and his team don’t ace plumbing works only but they are the masters in fixing foundations that leaks water. Also, they are very responsive and will never let you down. It’s my third time dealing with Eugene without looking for quotes from other plumbers. I do recommend this company for those who look for quality products & services and fair price. (Note: my next time work for Eugen is to install outside and inside insulation around my house foundation).

Eugene and his crew were great to work with! Eugene was reliable, knowledgeable, accommodating, courteous, and reasonably priced. We had replace the private half of our old lead water supply line with new copper supply and also 55 year old clay pipe running 25 feet through our front yard at a 6-8 ft depth, that needed replacement due to root intrusion and shifting. Another plumbing company had suggested digging a 30 ft trench to expose the full length of the pipe, telling us that the shifting prevented any other option. A full-trench digging had a significant risk of permanently damaging our mature trees in the yard. After a drain camera inspection, Eugene was able to propose a trench-less option for us. This solution involved digging only two access shafts at each end of the section to be replaced, then inserting a device that bursts the old clay pipe in place and pulls a new PVC pipe into position. This approach was minimally invasive and preserved the integrity of our landscape. Once the new PVC pipe was connected Rooter Team plumbers back-filled the shafts, compacted the soil, cleaned the work area to perfection. By the time they were done, you could barely notice that a job this scale was just finished. We definitely recommend Eugene and Rooter Team Plumbers to anyone needing a good contractor, and plan to work again with them on our future plumbing projects.

We had our clay pipe damaged under our front porch, causing a sewer backup in our basement.
Rooter Team came the same day, investigated everything with colored camera and gave an option to dig it up and fix. They dug out under the porch, replaced old clay pipe and backfilled the hole all within the one day. Their team was exceptionally clean, courteous, efficient, respectful of social distancing, and the foreman Denys was consistently checking in the them and with us to ensure that we were both informed.
