Michelle certainly knows her plants!
She exudes so much joy when talking about all the plant babies in the store.
There are little treasures and gifts situated throughout the store, that make it feel like a whole new place each time you walk through the door.
I went inside yesturday and mentioned I have a sad monstera at home and asked if I could bring it by for some TLC.
When I arrived today, she set up a station and talked me through the process as she dug her hands in to the soil.
Thanks to her help and insight, I have a much happier plant, and many other goodies that came home with me.
I will definitely be back!

From the moment we walked in it was a pleasant experience. Owner was smiling, friendly, polite and knowledgeable on everything I asked about. Beautiful selection of plants and gift ideas, as well as decor. Great selection of Marshville chocolates too! I did not leave empty handed! Definately I'll be returning to see what new plants and decor items I can find. Thank you for the lovely time we had, and the yellow rose!

I would rate Roots and Blooms higher if I could! After having my previous florist drop out less than a month to my wedding, I was fortunate enough to be given Miechelle's name and even more blessed that she was able to help, even on my shoestring budget. She created the most gorgeous centrepieces and bridesmaid bouquet for us (I had already secured my bouquet, otherwise I would have had Miechelle do it too!)

I can guarantee that if we ever want fresh cut florals, we will come here!

The staff at Roots and Blooms were accommodating and professional. The pumpkin centre pieces were a hit (the attention to detail) and the bride's bouquet was beautiful.

As someone who is quite hesitant to buy house plants as I have a history of killing many in my past, this place and the owner Michelle has been an absolute godsend. The store is beautiful and has the most incredible arrangements. Michelle welcomes you in with the kindest smile and is so helpful in giving tips and recommendations. My day is always made brighter after entering Roots and Blooms.

This morning I went on a spur of the moment visit to try and get some flowers for the woman I love. For a very specific reason there was a beautiful arrangement and I just had to get it but she threw in the beautiful sunflowers because that has a significant meaning. This gorgeous arrangement was made on the spot. I would recommend roots and blooms to anyone looking for gorgeous flowers

Absolutely recommend for all of your flower needs. We got our wedding flowers here and it exceeded my expectations. Miechelle was so accommodating for our budget and delivered the most gorgeous bouquet and arrangements for our big day. We got so many compliments that day about our flowers, 10/10.

The shop was so cute and beautifully decorated, they have amazing items in the store it’s so hard not to leave with just one thing! Everything is also reasonably priced (very) the lady who owns the place is so sweet and had great customer service that she even chased me down the street to make sure I didn’t forget the bracelet I have left behind haha. Highly recommended to stop by and definitely check it out!

What a gem of a shop in Chippawa owner Miechelle is a wonderful person, very smart, thoughtful and kind she knows her flowers she is very well priced with something for every budget! She has plants, flower buches, she can make you the bouquet of your dreams, I bought a beautiful dry pastel bouquet that I love for my home. I'll save the real flower purchase for my hubby she made a point to get my name and my hubbys and asked what I like! That's exactly what you want from by your local florist. For men a no brainer shopping experience, and for women a beautiful selection of gorgeous flowers, plants, gifts like candles with rings in them? , she's selling and supporting local artisans. There's lots of different things to buy - she also does workshops! If you're in Chippawa or Niagara Falls pop in, you won't be disappointed! If you're local and love plants/flowers definitely check this shop out!

Roots and Bloom is amazing. Miechelle is absolutely kind, personable, and talented. Her way of teaching is phenomenal. Easy to pick up teaching methods and great tips and tricks to help with. Her shop is gorgeous, with all the decor she creates and sells. Her shop has a wonderful atmosphere with nature being brought in from outside and turned into unique items and furniture. I would come back in a heart beat for another workshop or for an event or even just to purchase a plant. Thank you for helping us make beautiful succulent holders.
