This has to be the best chicken souvlaki in the city.me and my family are obsessed with this place and it’s one of our go-to spots when we’re in the mood for takeout.the food is hella fresh, the portions are very generous and you can feel the love in the meal.it’s got that home cooking vibe.highly recommend!
Wonderful service. It takes longer for the food to get ready because she is literally making it fresh. Rosie is also a wonderful person just to have a chat with.
"Ideal and perfect service, a completely hygienic environment, and a professional chef with years of experience in preparing our meals. Both quality and timely food preparation are crucial for me, and both options are available at this restaurant. "
Great hidden lowkey kebab shop in Don Mills area. The food was made very fresh, flavored well, and topped off with very nice service from a kind lady at the front. Very big portions, well worth the price. Definitely worth a lunch or dinner!
The best kebab I had in Toronto. I did not pay attention to the comments of mean people, I personally wanted to try Rose Kebab, which was recommended by CBC. I must mention that the quality of the food was at the level of 5-star hotels I am definitely coming back to support them.
I had double koobideh for $18.99, which was quite tasty and better than other places I've had. The portion size was good with a lot of meat and too much rice, though that isn't uncommon for the dish. I waited a short while since the lady was on a call, but she was very kind and made the food in about 10min.
Really good kebab. First time trying koobideh kebab and got two for a decent price. The kebabs were really decent sized and tender and flavorful. Got fries on the side and the owner was kind enough to let us get sauce on the side. Very sweet and kind lady.
Great customer service. The owner is very nice! Food is amazing! Homemade, fresh, good quality ingredients and big portions. The best Persian food I have ever tried.
Me and my friends had an amazing time joking and laughing with the owner.she is very nice and patient.for someone who is not of persian origin i was very happy to find out that she was so open and positive as a restaurant owner in toronto. The food was simply one of the juiciest longer and pound for pound most amazing kababs i have yet tasted in toronto.
Amazing place, the food was fresh and the chicken tastes great! The Lady was really nice and she treated the customers very nicely. I do 100% recommend this place to everyone!
Our first time coming here and thank goodness we did! Don’t be confused with another similar named restaurant. The The owner here is a treasure. Not only is she funny and sweet (we spoke to her in Farsi and heard some great stories from her), the food was hands-down one of the best Persian places we’ve eaten at in Toronto. Don’t be thrown off by it being inside a food court. The food is true home cooked Persian food and delicious. We ordered kubideh and baghali polo mayche along with torshi and salad shirazi. Everything was amazing. It will remind you of your mom’s cooking! I thought I took a photo of our amazingly presented food, but sadly it disappeared. Suffice to say, it was amazing- in taste, presentation, and company! Thank you so much, dear Ms. Rose!
After seeing the article about Rose Kebab on CBC I knew I had to try it. It did not disappoint! We had Vaziri (chicken kebab and koobideh) and it was some of the best we have ever had. The meat was fresh and the basil was from Rose's garden. The food court is tiny and this place is an unexpected gem. I look forward to trying the ghormeh sabzi and lubia polo (green beans and rice).
In a dead, barren food court that smelled of construction cleaner (one booth getting constructed). Mostly high school students @ lunch but still not busy. Rose Kebab lady disappeared on us after we waited for 3 people ahead of us in line. The first man’s order (Shawarma platter & another combo) took 10min.to prepare. The 2 ladies ahead of us in line-up got tired of waiting & went elsewhere. Our turn came & she went to the back without even acknowledging us. Never came back out after 5-10min. Weird. Rude. Don’t bother. We went to the lovely zen Chinese restaurant called Old Time in the same plaza instead.
