Rose Nails

TLDR; Came for acrylic removal but didn’t even get that far. I was ignored until I gave up and left. Nail tech was not wearing appropriate shoes for a clean environment

There were 3 workers and 1 customer inside when I walked in. I asked for the service, he said ok and then answered a phone call.

The other worker who was free laid a towel down on a station. I asked if I should sit there he didn’t reply and walked away to join the phone call with the other guy.

They left out the front door for several minutes and I was completely ignored that entire time. There was one other worker inside but she was doing someone’s nails already so I just sat and waited for them to begin… After more time passed… I got up and walked out. They saw me leaving and didn’t even care.

Also one of the male nail techs was wearing crusty old sandals with no socks and I could see his bare feet… yuck.

Get a pedicure service and get two different prices. Call next day for price check for same service yet another price. Paid $90 for pedicure/acrylic fill. Price check next day $82 for the same service. Seriously! This has happened twice and will not happen a third time!

Never come to this nail salon. I had false nails put on. The lady doing them did not know how to apply, I was there 4 hours which is way too long for false nails. They were so thick and so much glue was applied that my nails ended up breaking and one even came off. 2 of my nails have been bleeding non stop. The salon I got them taken off at asked where I got these nails put on because they are so horribly done. My nails are completely ruined. I called and very nicely said I was unhappy with the services the women I spoke too were very rude to me and told me they would do nothing about it. I said I would come all the way there to show them how much pain my nails were in and they refused to even look. Would not recommend, very bad customer service.

When I got to the salon the first thing the nail tech asked me was to pick a color. I already had a color picked out to match an outfit for an event, she said no problem. I sit down and she preps my nails then proceeds tells me they don't have that color, after she has shaped and added tips.

I went here as a last minute appointment as I needed my nails done for an event and my usual salon was booked up. This was a terrible experience.
The older lady doing nails doesn’t have a clue what she’s doing. She cut me multiple times, didn’t file properly, she didn’t fill my entire nail with acrylic or the shellac colour & left me with chunky, thick, bubbled, crooked nails. Absolutely awful.

Every time.o go here I get amazing nails. They are incredible when making sure my nails are the shape and correct color i want. When my nails grow out they do not look bad.

Rose nails is a top rated nail salon. When no one in St. Catharines took me for an appointment, rose nails did so I drove to Niagara falls and it was completely worth it. When I called them, they took me in immediately with no hesitation. We had a great experience with the nail techs. My mom was so happy with her nails and so was I. Tipped them well too! Thank you rose nails! We will be back!

I think my nails say it all. Our service was great and I am so happy with the way my nails came out. Matches my Halloween costume perfectly. Thank you to the nail technician that work at Rose Nails.

Got a gel manicure and tips I’m a licensed hairstylist and know the standards of cleanliness and steps to a gel manicure. First she used a used towel that she first did a pedicure on a different person! Second she used a old file that was used on the person who also got a pedicure. You can have disease spread and bacteria. Thirdly she did not put a base coat on my gel nails so the polish will chip and come off much quicker. Also be aware that they don’t
Expect and American forms of money unless it’s cash and they want the exact money in American as in Canada so there making a 15% profit on you.

First time going here and it was a bad experience, I felt the guy doing my nails didn’t know what he was doing. He nicked my skin four times, Grinder used to fast to the point it was burning.

Best place to get your nails done! My nails last forever, I never have lifting & all the staff are so friendly! Love Rose Nails!

I’ve been going to rose nails for over 10 years now and it is the best nail salon I have been to, always satisfied with everything they do! Nails and toes always look amazing and exactly how I ask for them.

Went there for the first time to get my nails done. The shellac peeled off my nails all on its own by the end of the night. Not to mention the girl who did my nails butchered my cuticles and had such a horrible attitude the whole time. However the manager or owner is somewhat fair and gave me the money back for my nails the next day.although she did not give me the full amount that I paid, but it's whatever. I'll never go back there again.

Went to get an acrylic set and was very disappointed. Nails weren’t shaped properly at all and quality of work was very poor. Lady that did my nails seemed like she didn’t want to be there and her work reflected it. Complete waste of money and I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Went in for a powder dip. I have been there many times. I booked with Emily. When I got there all the staff was new. I picked a balayage power dip. Red and white, from their colour options. The guy doing my nails did not know how to do it. He did half, someone else finished. I said ok to the different style. Once completed, I walked to my car, the sparkles began falling off. I went back in to request my money back. I paid 60 plus tip. I was told I could have them fixed or have 10 dollars back. They refused to refund me. They added another top coat and sent me home. My nails are an expensive mess. I don't recommend going to this salon. The pics clearly show where the sparkles fell off and it was not what I asked for.

Mint was so nice and listened to everything I asked for. I called for an appointment and she took me right away! Very professional and kept asking if i liked the shape, colour etc. Very pleased and was less then 50$ for a full new set with shellac and long nails! Will be back My new nail spot!

I have been going to Andy for over 6 years now, Andy and his wife Anna run a very professional business and have a skilled team with them. They make you feel very comfortable and pampered in the salon.

I have to say this is ONE of the most Elegant nail salons I have ever been to, But let me say the minute you walk in the door your are welcomed with the Best staff. The facility is beyond gorgeous. It’s very modern and clean. It is the best nail technician I’ve ever had. They take the time to make sure you’re getting what you came for. I would highly recommend anyone coming here. All the ladies at this salon are so sweet and friendly, i felt very welcomed when i came in for a manicure. Mint did my nails, she is very skilled and patient with attention to detail.i've been to many salons in the area, but never had a favorite until now.i will be returning to this salon whenever i want my nails done again.:)

Lemme tell u this, staff are awesome, the manager is nice, store look extremely clean and the quality is great.
They did a good job for me and my fiancee, we was really satisfied about their services.

I do not recommend this business because their prices change all the time. Nails are always different lengths and I brought my cousin in and she was extremely unsatisfied because they would not listen to her.

Very disappointed went once before was very happy with the service this time service is okay the girl was very nice she did try. She seemed to be a little off.the problem is not even a few hours later the top coat had changed color so my nails were no longer pink they had this purple hue to them they didn't trim any of the cuticles and for $100 to have a set of nails done I expect a little bit more. I won't repeat I will find someplace with better service and a better rate.

Got a refill done with shellac on top. They only put on 2 coats of nail polish with no base coat or top coat. Two days later the nail polish started bubbling and peeling. Paid $50 to have to get my nails repolished. They also didn't clean up my cuticles and told me that putting oil and washing my hands will make the cuticle look better.

My first nails were done here, my grad nails were done here. I like this place a lot they always do a good job on me and offer good pricing

Absolutely love this nail place. Great techs, super welcoming, dont mind the baby coming with me. And they're open on sundays! <- you may wanna make an appointment though they're ways busy on sunday.

Amazing experience! They did it fast and efficiently and we were amazed by the amazing price we got! The staff was really nice and cooperative! Definitely my go to place from now on! 100% recommend

This is the best place for pedicure ever. Very fresh and clean.i got my pedicure done here. It was awesome! I’ll go back definitely.

On the one hand they fit my group in after another place lost our appointment. On the other hand they stopped the work half way through to tell us to pay. They also left us with our hands in the dryer without telling us when we were done, or thanking us for coming. After half an hour we left and within a half an hour my thumb nail was ruined because it still wasn't dry. I could have saved myself 40 bucks and done it myself at home. First mani pedi of my life and I'll never get another there.

Been going here for over 2years! Andy and Anna are the nicest people and do amazing work i love this place! The other staff is great as well! I always leave here happy keep up the great work!

This is wonderfull place to do the nails. The staff are very polite. The price is reasonable and the shop is clean.

Last time I got my nails done here, they messed up my nails. Than they tried to charge me more, especially after I could only afford a fill, they tried to charge me full price for what they did.

Clean and friendly place. I feel so comfortable when I visited to do my nails done. Good services and nice prices compared to the quality!

This place ruined my nails by removing shallac with an electronic file and they said "it's the way we do it, there's nothing we can do".

Not the best pedi I have ever had but I will return for another and see if maybe it was just a bad day! I never leave reviews that are all negative but I am honest. Massage could have been a bit longer than 90 seconds, and the water was ice cold when I put my feet in the tub. Easy to fix with a little added hot water so no biggie there. Not sure why I left with dry feet though? I think the final step of something was missed accidentally because my feet usually feel like soft babies bottom when done, but not today.again not a huge deal. Staff is very kind and helpful but I noticed that some pedis were getting a bit rushed along though.as it got busier, and that shouldn’t happen. Everyone should get the same service. I left the last place I got my monthly pedi at for this reason. It doesn’t make the customer want to come back when the service is rushed and gets a bit sloppy. Also, when a customer points out that the polish was in a bit of an uneven blob on the tip of the toe.it should be fixed! Instead it was ignored completely and then the final clear coat added instead of making the repair. Not good customer service when you ignore something that was such an easy fix, and pointed out by the customer. Clearly I wanted it fixed but she wouldn’t fix it. Got a design on my big toes and by the time she was done I was so done with pointing out all these issues that I didn’t have the heart to tell her that one toe looked awesome but the second toe was not half as nice. Again I believe in giving more chances and because the people (staff) are very friendly, I will go back.but I sure hope it’s a better day next time. Someone should update the website too, the prices on your wall.are different on your website.again no biggie for me but someone else may try to call you on it. Updating your site is easier than arguing with a customer.

Was in the area today.went for a manicure.it was amazing.staffs was friendly and prices were great.thanks to Anna and Andy.they made me feel like home.great jobs guys. A+ for my experiences.would definitely go back when I am in Niagara Falls again.

This is a busy nail place but not put attention on clients schedule, even I had an appointment for pedicure but once I came all nails ladies were all busy and took me no concern. They let me soak my feet in the tub for 30 minutes and no one take care of them then I cant stand and left right after.

If you are looking for an ideal nails salon which is clean and friendly then Rose nails is the best choice I should recommend. They did a fantastic job, I will be back for sure.

Absolutely horrible customer service. My granddaughter and her friend went in to get their nails done and she asked the price and was told and agreed to it, by the end it went up $25.00 even though nothing had changed. The guy doing her nails even argued and yelled at her when she said the nails were lifting and that they were not sticking properly. He told her that he's been doing this for 25+ years and that she doesn't know what she's talking about and that she should just be quiet. Would not recommend this place to anyone. None of the girls were happy with the quality of the nails for how much they cost. STAY AWAY FROM THIS Place! Adding on to this, they had a booked appointment and still waited 3.5 hours to get their nails done.
