I have been getting my nails done by Anna for over a year and have always had a pleasant experience with her services; the salon is clean, the atmosphere is inviting and polish selection is excellent. The one or two times I had a concern or wasn’t satisfied, I talked to her and she went over and above to make it better- I appreciate that she checks in midway through to make sure the service is ok and what I was asking for. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and this salon.

Liam did my shellac manicure and regular pedicure. He did not rush like the other places do and was really careful and precise. Definitely recommend booking with him and will definitely be back when I'm in the area again!

Had a young male do my pedicure first and was not satisfied. He cut under my toe nail and drew blood. I have been using antibiotic cream for last 3 days as the toe is quite sore. Once the pedicure was done, due to miscommunication, he started to put the chosen clear polish on my hand nails witouth doing the manicure! When I said something, he brought a bowl of cold water and was going to do the mani in the back until a co- worker told him to bring me to a table. The mani was rushed, my hands look horrible and the varnish was chipping within a day.

I went to Roses nail salon 2 days before my trip to Mexico and had a pedicure only and was recommended Shellac.

I’ve been going to Anna for years. She is the best manicurist I’ve ever been to. I’ve tried other places a little closer to my house but I just keep going back to her. The other employees do my pedicures and they are all fantastic.

My partner loves this place, and we'll keep coming back. We've tried other spas/salons in the Niagara Region, and this is the best one by far. The place is always bustling, and despite being busy, staff are always kind and courteous.

I came in for a walk-in and didn't make an appointment. Great service, attention to detail, good quality nails. I went in to get shellac, waited around 15 minutes, my nail tech took about 30-40 minutes to do my nails. He multitasked and wrapped up another client's pedicure during my session. The interior is spacious, new, clean, sophisticated, modern, and comfortable. It's a little nicer than other nail salons. I would recommend an appointment, they get busy.

Love love rose nails, i’ve been coming here since i moved to niagara falls! Mine and my moms go to for nails is ANNA, she’s the besttttt! I show her a picture and she does better than original everytime:)

It was the worst experience i had at this salon. Their service is so poor. The staff is so rude. They will make you wait so long even when you booked an appointment with them. I would not recommend this salon. They have a good interior but worst services in Niagara Falls.

I went and got a full set of acrylics today. They turned out really good and they were exactly what I wanted. I always come here and they do a great job every time, everyone is super sweet and kind. Will always be coming back here!

AMAZING! I was visiting Niagara from Barrie and I had just come from the waterpark with my grandsons who I was watching for a couple of days in the Falls. I had a big event that weekend and VERY little time to get my nails done. Haven’t lived in Niagara in years so I had no idea where to go so I started reading the reviews and I’m so glad that I chose this location. The location was very clean and beautifully decorated and everyone was super helpful trying to help me find the right colors and design to match my motorcycle. Emily did an amazing design job even better than I thought possible! Thank you! The nails were Perfectly done and not too thick and even better they glow in the dark.

Bad service, not great work. Hadn’t treated myself to a mani pedi since before Covid and was looking forward to it before going on vacation. Booked a pedi and full set mani one day apart. Pedi was good, but did not do even close to what I asked as far as nail art. At the time I was already there for over an hour so just wanted to get out. Came back the next day for my full set and sat waiting for 45 minutes after my appointment time. No one even acknowledged me after I sat down to wait. Ended up walking out. Can’t recommend at all. Went for the first time 2 days ago and got a fill done on my acrylics by Emily and she did an amazing job! I absolutely love the shape of them and they're painted beautifully. No bubbles or scuffs. Will definitely come back and recommend. Thank you, Emily!

I’ve been to many nail salons in Niagara Falls and only Rose Nails was able to make me so happy with my nails every single time. I would always recommend Rose Nails first to anyone who asks me where they should get their nails done

Today was my first visit to the salon and I have to say, I was very pleased with my ombre frech dip. Anna was amazing and I will definitely be back!

I only been here twice and had Emily both times for my nails. She’s AMAZING. I’ve been to other nail places before but this one has to be my favourite and I’ll continue going! All the staff are friendly 10/10 recommend.

Tried Rose Nails Spa this weekend and will be back for sure. Anne Marie was really great. Quick and a perfectionist. She did my bio gel refill with shellac. It was a pleasure. My nails are absolutely perfect. I'll be back!

My daughter and I just left Rose's nail salon feeling like a million bucks. We had shellac manicure and pedicure and they were incredibly professional and went our of there way to make us comfortable. The salon was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. I can't believe how they took there time massaging and making us feel almost like we had a vacation. Thank you to the wonderful team at Rose nail salon

I am disappointed in pedicure. Skin was left uncut and rough around the nails but she took so much of the corner of my nail left me in pain.
Fast 20 min unprofessional service. I was clear when i booked i need good service and wanted to see Andy but was put with 2 different ppl.for nails and pedicure. Was told Andy can not see me as he does not work this week but was there doing someone elses nails while i was drying my toes.
It was my first time in this salon and not good experience.
Had to ask for cream and oil cause they dont seem to use it even seeing dry skin which is obvious. I asked for round shape on my nails end up having pointy.cause my hands are big i was told.really?
Overall disappointed even tho the place is nice and ppl friendly.

Appointment are easy to obtain and especially the new location on Lundy’s lane is very relaxing with hard working staff and quality service. Will definitely continue going here for years to come!

I highly recommend Rose Nails Spa. The space is fresh and clean, the customer service is very professional and friendly, and the quality of work is fantastic.

My real issue was that I was still charged full price even though I was visibly unhappy and the clear nail polish shows bubbles form the dip layers below.the staff was nice and friendly but the girl was not following the instructions for what I wanted after I expressed it repeatedly (nails looking really chunky just from the base application), after some time I just asked to have clear polish and be done with the service to avoid adding more layers and making the nails thicker still. I get it people have different techniques and this one was simply not for me - I shouldnt have been charged full price for this given I didnt even finish the service

I had a wonderful pedicure here! Tina was so friendly and sweet and helped me feel so comfortable. I enjoyed the relaxing environment and amazing service! This is definitely going to be my go to spot for nail care!

I wasn’t really satisfied with the service whoever lady served me but the manager or the person in charged was great, fix my toe and did an amazing job for my daughter, overall it’s a clean and professional place that could happily do what you needed, his name was Bryant or Ryan, young and talented

I have been going to their location on McLeod Rd for over a year and decided to try their new location on Lundy's Lane. Large and spacious. Other than Anna and Andy (owners) Ryan is my go to. He knows what he's doing and does it well. Definately a returning customer!

I just moved to the area and this is my second time coming here, Andy did such an amazing job with my nails. He took his time and was very nice to talk to.
The place is very clean and the staff is also very friendly. This will be my new nail salon:)

Anna and Andy go out of their way to make you feel like family every single time. They are nail gods, you will walk out of there with exactly what you want each time, the best pedicures (Ryan’s great), nails that last me a month at a time, the best staff, and the cleanest salon!

Can I just say the owners and employee are quite a delight I’m very hard workers, they always make sure I leave happy. They are extremely talented from something simple to show stopping nails they can give both. I went there for my birthday yesterday and they treated my like a queen always make sure I was happy with everything. I highly recommend this nail salon they are clean professional talented and pleasant what more could a firm ask for!

Anna and Andy are amazing. I’ve been getting my nails done with them for 3 years and they always do amazing work. They ensure you’re happy. They always make sure you have exactly what you want. They are the best in the area for ombré.

I had a pedicure here Fina did a beautiful job, so professional and friendly actually all the staff very friendly. I enjoyed the massage chair while getting my pedicure and listening to the music I was so relax it was amazing. Will definitely be coming back.

I needed manicure and pedicure I went and the attention was excellent and their job was excellent but when When it came time to pay Lili showed me the calculator (so I could see the amount 100 dollars but she didn't speak because it was more money) and my friend went the next day and she was charged 69 dollars for manicure and pedicure (the same services). I paid for ingenue: (I liked that place but I felt robbed

The salon reached out to me and fixed my pedicure and even gave me a free design to make up for it. The staff was very apologetic and I’m very happy with the service I received. Will definitely return.

I was happy with the girl who did my toes and I was drying and then Another girl came over said I was done so she put my sandals on me. Which I wasn’t sure was a good idea because I thought they might smudge but she did it anyways and then both my big toes smudged while walking to the front before I even left the salon. I said “oh no I was worried that wasn’t a good idea” and she just acted like nothing happened and asked me how I wanted to pay. Didn’t offer to fix them or anything. Was pretty upset and felt my experience was ruined and my money was wasted

The staff here are amazing and the salon is extremely clean and organized. They pay close attention to detail and it shows because the work is amazing. They are now my go to salon in the Niagara region.

This is by far the best nail salon in Niagara Falls! If you want any kind of specialty design, Anna can do it. The quality is great too, my nails last for weeks without lifting.
