One of my best laptop check experience ever. I went in because I thought my laptop ran in some issue with the fans. After a thorough check and ran multiple tests the laptop was returned with no issues. Respect for his honesty and running his business legitimately.

This place is really amazing. The owner is so genuine & friendly. He understands your problem & gives his best to help as much as he can. I really like the way entire process has been handled. Every other shops told me that it will take 3-4 days but he solved my problem within 3-4 hours.

I came to change the SSD on my laptop and to replace the battery. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. Everything was done quickly. I highly recommend coming here if you are looking for a good computer repair shop in Toronto.

Visited in Sept '23. Great service, friendly owner. Shop has a warm workshop feel. He was busy but fitted in a repair for my Dell XPS laptop. Happy with the service and the fix. Definitely recommend.

Dropped my laptop and broke the back cover and bottom plate. With a broken back cover the laptop still worked but could no longer be folded shut.

Kia, the owner at Rosedale Computers, offered to see it same day. I wasn't happy with the first fix, but Kia called right away and promised to do the work to my full satisfaction. He got the parts overnight and cleared time to do the repair the next morning. Now my laptop is as good as new.

1. I'm extremely happy with the work and how Kia addressed my
concerns. You learn a lot about a business when you experience how much importance they place on timeliness and customer satisfaction. This will be my go-to place for any computer / apple repairs.

2. Before calling Rosedale Computers I visited 1 Canada Computers location (Yonge and Eglinton) and called 3 other. Despite explaining the simplicity of the issue, they refused to see my laptop same day. It had to 'wait in the queue for 4-5 business days to be diagnosed and then it's a 4-6 week wait time for parts'. They refused to schedule an appointment and insisted I leave my computer behind to wait in queue. What a joke. I can't give up my laptop for 6 days, let alone 6 weeks. I rely on it for work. And then Rosedale Computers was able to fix it overnight. This is a prime example of small business vs.big corporate. Support your local businesses!

Great location in midtown. Service was fantastic! Within minutes, Kia gave me an appraisal of how much a replacement screen for my laptop would cost, as well as expected turnaround times based on different factors.

I was pleasantly surprised when he called me the next day to say that it was fixed and ready for pickup! Prompt, friendly service - and at a fair price. Would definitely recommend!

Great service. Fast turnaround on my machine repairs. Very affordable. Will be returning if any other machines of mine go down.
