I ordered online a bouquet from Hong Kong for my sister who lives in rosedale area. The flower arrived on time, very fresh and was just as the picture on website. The birthday girl was happy, so am I! Thank you!

I bought a bouquet of very lovely flowers for my wife from Rosedale and I was very impressed with the quality of the arrangement. Her eyes immediately lit up when I presented it to her. I would recommend this flower shop to anyone seeking quality and care in their flowers. It’s clear that the staff truly has a passion for floral design.

Great place to deal with. I had to place an order overnight, and they were able to make a fantastic arrangement and deliver it to my door quickly the next day. Looked as good as the picture! Very friendly and cooperative staff who care.

I can't say enough about how fantastic Rosedale Kennedy Flowers is. They helped us get out of a sticky situation when we left ordering a floral spray for a funeral to the last minute (I'm talking the morning of!). We had called probably 5 other floral places and they laughed us off the phone when we said we needed it in a few hours. Rosedale Kennedy Flowers accepted and made us a stunning display that I regret not taking a photo of. The service and expertise is top notch and I will definitely be coming back, and recommending this place to all of my family and friends.

Loved ordering from here! I live abroad so ordering these online was so easy, and the customer service was amazing (Hi Don!). My friend loved the bouquet and they came out beautifully. Definitely going to be a return customer.

Very disappointing service. Was quoted one price, but after spending 15 minutes making two orders and giving a credit card, was told that the price is actually higher. Both the employee and the manager argued with me when I asked for the original quote to be honoured. The manager actually told me that I’m lucky the driver is doing the delivery at all, since he’s already at home, and that the price should be even higher. After I placed the order, she had the nerve to call me back and get into an argument with me, telling me I should cancel the order if I’m not happy. Will definitely NOT be using this shop again!

Ordered flowers the morning of Mother’s Day and they arrived within 3 hours. Amazing quality and look just like the pictures. Really amazing service!

It's our favorite flower shop. We always order flowers here for all occasions. The arrangements are always pretty and flowers in them are very fresh. Bouquets from this store always last for at least a week. And it's a big bonus that their staff is very friendly. The only thing I'd wish to change at this store is adding flower food packets to each arrangement like many other stores do. They aren't expensive, but I just keep forgetting to buy them. And when we order delivery for someone else it'd be nice if that delivery had those packets so that flowers can last even longer.

I have used Rosedale Kennedy to send flowers on 3 separate occasions in the last year and a half. Each time to my aunt in Toronto, while I am in Texas, USA. Each time I have chosen the Deal of the Day, allowing the florist to design their own bouquet. Each time, I get to see the flowers over video chat and they have been very beautiful each time. The bouquets are colorful, cheery, full with no bare spots, and delivered as promised.

They used to be OK’ish but my latest experience was extremely unpleasant. Terrible customer service. Got a quote over the phone but I when came in to make an order was quoted almost 50% more and they refused to honour the phone quote.

After calling a number of flower shops I quickly discovered that the phone quote was reasonable but in-store one was way off.

Lost business, lost regular customer, got 1 star review. Was that $30 rip-off attempt really worth it?

At the end got even better bouquet from a different flower shop cheaper than the phone quote.

Lovely flowers.they were gorgeous for the first few days, but the roses quickly softened and toppled over even though they were trimmed and in water.

My husband got me a flower bouquet for my birthday from this shop. A couple of days later, flowers were wilting and shedding petals. I get freshly cut flowers often from different floral shops but this has never happened before. I contacted them about it and they told me to bring back flowers along with the receipt. My husband and I won’t be buying flowers from them.

Great arrangement that my girlfriend loved! I went from walking in with little to no idea of what to get to leaving with something beautiful.
